$28 hardware is a massive unlock for the data flywheel. When teleop becomes this cheap, the bottleneck shifts from hardware access to data curation. The real alpha is now in how you filter and augment those 10k hours of human demos to avoid training on noise.

And I just want to remind you that you can use our arm together with this model and with LeRobot The arm has the same DOF as the arm used by Pi0, but has smaller size and cost starts from 200$ per arm. You can use better motors like we did in our demos, then it will be more precise and stable but the price will be about $600 per arm. Had the rare privilege of buying a brand new CRT. Being the first person to fire up the tube used to be a common experience but now, it’s as rare as they get. Of course the first device was MiSTer via IO analog pro and Saturn universal AV cable :) Hope your day is going great!

I made an interactive three.js site that constructs towers with weather and time of day effects. I went from making mostly static sites with huge images to three.js with highly textured, detailed 3D models, and the entire site is under 1-2mb. Because it's 3D, you can ask AI to customize everything: themed towers from different countries, ancient and modern styles, weather like snow and rain, lighting from morning to night. The surprising part is that with a solid foundation it creates those changes pretty much one-shot. It's like starting a design system, where the AI figures out how to stay consistent in quality with the rest of the design. The hard part is avoiding 3D slop, which is easier thanks to Opus 5 and open-source projects. I used Claude Code for the harness, Higgsfield to generate textures and soundfx/music. Let me know if you'd like the open-source. Inspiration: Btw, I love that we get auto-translated posts from around the world. It really expands our horizon in terms of inspiration.

New open-source 3D world-generation model. I'm rendering a couple of worlds in the video, so check it out. You'll find the GitHub and the Hugging Face links to the model below. This is a multi-modal world model that you can use for a bunch of things: • To generate new worlds • To reconstruct worlds • To simulate 3D interactive worlds from a prompt, images, or a video You can edit the 3D outputs in Unity and Unreal Engine (they export as meshes, 3DGS files, and point clouds). You can also generate 3D characters in the world and walk around. Pretty fun stuff!
