3 things all last minute Lightfall preppers should consider doing before Destiny 2's 24 hour downtime: 1) Strip your mods from your armor. Held over mods have proven to be prickly in season past and with mod system and artifact changes, better safe than sorry.

2) Move all the weapons and armor pieces you want on your character at launch to that character. @ThisIsDIM and other vault services will be down for some period of time tomorrow. If you don't do this today, you'll find yourself running gear relay races on Tuesday.

3) Marie Kondo your Vault. You don't need that 23rd Ikelos SMG. That Wendy you farmed this week that's a 2/5 will be upstaged next week. Look over your vault in @D2Recipes. Find the weapons that bring you joy and keep them. Delete what you don't use.

@DANFlNlTY How dare you imply I keep weapons that aren’t great or hold heavy emotional value. They’re all valuable dammit

They are pixels that will disappear one day when servers get shut down.

@DANFlNlTY I would add get a good night sleep, and since most folks won’t leave the pc screen, get some vitamins, electrolytes, don’t forget to take breaks, get up and walk around.

Just looking out, man. Would rather people have a good time than send Bungie CMs harassing messages for stuff that long time veterans take for granted.

Here is my full daily routine and scan process I follow. I swing trade stocks, and do all of my work in the last 30 min of the trading day. That's how I manage to average 100%+ returns/year with -10% max DD, entering my trades EOD. If you don't have a daily routine/process you adhere to, it will be almost impossible to make money swing trading stocks in the long term. I have the same routine and scanning process I followed for the past 6 years without fail. That's how you build consistency in your own trading and your setup/system/strategy. If you don't have a solid process you repeat every single day, you would be doing random stuff. Random stuff = losing money. Here is how my day goes: --> 3:30pm EST - I get to my laptop (yes, ditched the 5 monitors for a single laptop), - open up my software (TC2000, TradingView, and TWS) - And begin scanning on my long, short, and ETF scans on TradingView (see video attached for scan details and layout ✅) --> 3:50pm EST By this time, I: - already know which stocks are giving my signals according to my system, - I sort them in TradingView by ADR %, - And prioritize if I have more than 5 signals (that's my max limit per day) --> 3:58pm EST - Now I pre-loaded my orders on TWS, - check my position size to have a 1% risk per trade in all positions, - and execute just before the close --> 4:01pm EST - Markets are closed, so I add my Stop Loss and BE alarm - close my computer, and come back tomorrow in the last 30 minutes before the close and repeat... As you see, once you have your system and process in place, you can execute your system flawlessly, and that's what brings consistency and growth to your account over days, weeks, months, and years of doing the same thing over and over again... Build your process, and execute every day and you will grow with your system 📈

The Road to Recovery: Understanding Burnout Healing Timelines TLDR: It takes about 2 years of diligent work to recover from burnout... but you can absolutely make it take longer... The burnout recovery timeline nobody tells you about... After struggling with burnout for almost a decade, I've finally mapped the real recovery journey. It's longer than most people think, but understanding these timelines saved my sanity. Mild burnout can resolve in about 6 months with proper rest. My first burnout took 4 months of doing absolutely nothing but playing video games before I started feeling better. Severe burnout? That's a 2-year journey with the right interventions. Without them, it can become permanent - I learned this the hard way when I still wasn't better after 3 years of "trying to recover." CFS or complete collapse is a 3-5 year road, sometimes with permanent changes. Each system in your body recovers at its own pace: Your gut might take 2 weeks to clear pathogens, but 6 months to heal damage and 2 years for complete microbiome restoration. Your adrenals respond to adaptogens within weeks, but need 2 years for full reconditioning as your brain physically remodels and stress hormones normalize. Your nervous system takes 2-4 weeks for initial stabilization, 3-6 months for improved vagal tone, and 1-2 years to reprogram anxiety responses. Your mitochondria (energy factories) recover fastest - noticeable improvement in 2-4 weeks, and major function returned in 2-3 months with proper support. Your immune system takes 1-3 months to begin reducing inflammation, 6-12 months to calm brain inflammation, and 18-24 months for complete balance. The #1 recovery killer? Impatience. I kept my burnout going by always pushing through, exercising harder, working more. Your body knows how to heal - you just need to create the right conditions and give it time.
