3 years ago this was an empty hangar. But we had an audacious vision: restore American maritime leadership by building the most compelling marine vessels and tech stack. Building something from nothing is certainly the greatest feeling and I wouldn’t trade it for anything!

So WTC building #7 was not hit by anything. It was just a fire supposedly from the neighboring tower that reached #7. Can anyone show me another building, on fire, that has ever fallen in this manner? I am fully open to seeing other evidence. But this is just unusual that it would fall in such an even and controlled manner. Can anyone convince me that this was just a fire and nothing else going on? Thanks.

This City of Denver spent $9 million dollars to buy this building for the homeless 1,200+ days later ZERO people are housed. The building remains boarded up and vacant over 3 years later The City bought the building and planned to sell it to a California based nonprofit for only $10, they deal never went through The project now just sits here vacant. $9 million dollars wasted for nothing, zero people housed This is Democrat leadership in action. The city has also admitted the building will sit empty for at least another 12 months At some point we have to start considering this criminal and hold politicians accountable

Someone sent an SOS to me last night. A raccoon had struggled and died on the neighbour’s shed four days ago. The rotting raccoon was decomposing. The smell was awful. There's something genuinely inspiring about watching the younger generation take an idea-sometimes nothing more than a spark —and turn it into something real. Building a business from the ground up isn't easy. It takes grit, creativity, and a willingness to bet on yourself when nothing is guaranteed. It's good to see. This AI support for building from scratch a drone. >No days in modeling the frame on blender >No days in flashing bad firmware >No weeks for receiving the components, but 3D print them >No wrong components purchased A simple chat with the blender mcp for designing the drone and betaflight for test and simulate the firmware. I understand all of you who are building day and night, doing these things is too much fun.
