300 completely unique meshes ~2k triangles each, each mesh has a completely unique 512x512 texture, each mesh cloned 5 times and placed randomly. 1800 objects in total. This is running on an iPhone 12 Pro that is 5 years old.

Why? I’m trying to benchmark our system but more importantly test whether we can support player housing with lots and lots of different objects used as decor, and this kinda proves it’s possible.

On desktop the limits are much higher on modest hardware. This is the same setup but with 300*18=5400 objects.

CPU usage is negligible but GPU starts kicking you on your ass. But with CPU usage so low we have lots of room for interactivity, gaming, etc
