Got a call from a buddy about 6:00 pm that he had an extra ticket. Went straight from the office in a suit. Watched the whole thing from right behind Barry Bonds in the left field stands. Great memory.

Next to UGA breaking the wall in ‘21, this is the single most greatest Georgia sports moment of all time, and it ain’t even close.

I was 9, in my bed down in Newnan. I was jumping up and down on my bed screaming. I could hear my parents downstairs screaming. My Mom crying. I subsequently then pissed myself. One of the best moments of my life lol. Pissing myself.

10 year old me snuck out of bed to turn on my 10 inch black and white dial tv to watch this moment. I’ll never forget it as long as I live. I screamed when we won and my parents thought somebody had broke into the house.

Not a Braves fan at all. I was a Sophomore at UGA and lived with three boys from Atlanta. Athens was pandemonium. People driving down Lumpkin blowing horns, yelling. It was easy to get wrapped up in the emotion. Great memories even if they weren’t my team

I was 23. Working as a security guard at Carrier in Athens. Standing in the parking lot listening to the game on my car radio. I will never forget that moment. 😂
