This is a bit of a tough one. I really like Kathleen Delaney, I grew up on that Rouge. But I really like Kazumi Evans' Rouge in Prime. I think she strikes a very nice balance between Kathleen's deeper tone for Rouge and the voice Karen currently gives Rouge.
