I will not eat this. This is unhealthy. Nothing compares to the healthy proteins from animal meat.

@Rainmaker1973 The microstructure engineering in 3D bioprinting mirrors natural muscle fiber formation. Morimoto et al. (2022) demonstrated that printed myotubes self-organize into aligned bundles through mechanotransduction, just like embryonic muscle development.
