35 years ago, Thailand hosted the #WBGMeetings when it was still a lower-middle-income country. Today, Thailand stands as one of East Asia and Pacific’s most dynamic economies, a reminder of what long-term investment, innovation, and partnership can achieve. This October, leaders from government, business, civil society, and international organizations will gather in Bangkok again to discuss the next chapter: jobs, private investment, AI for development, and resilient growth.

Barack Obama is responsible for legally allowing the media to use propaganda against the American People “Your testimony, PSYOP tactics being used by the U.S and U.K military against the American people. That is really scary stuff.” Michael Shellenberger explains how the same tactics used to destabilize nations , are now being used against us “We have documented that the Agency for International Development has overseen basically a takeover over the last decade and a half of independent investigative journalism in Europe and around the world through OCCRP and supposedly independent journalism organizations with an eye to basically controlling the information and controlling the major news media that do investigative journalism”

In a step that reflects Dubai’s forward-looking cultural vision and its belief that creativity and innovation sit at the core of sustainable development, we have launched the Museum of Digital Art (MODA) - the region’s first museum dedicated to digital art and new technologies - in collaboration with the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The museum is an important addition to our cultural and creative ecosystem, serving as a global platform where culture meets technology and the creative economy, reshaping how art is produced, presented, and experienced in the digital age. In Dubai, we continue to build cultural institutions that keep pace with future transformations, expanding opportunities for artists, creators, and talent, guided by the conviction that culture is a key driver in shaping the economy of the future. MODA embodies the concept of future museums: living spaces for creativity, knowledge, and community interaction that go beyond the traditional role of preserving heritage, becoming bridges that connect ideas and generations across time and borders, and reinforcing Dubai’s position as a global hub for culture, innovation, and creativity.
