Proud of you Dan, keep going. He rated the fish as a 10/10 on a phobia rating with a 7-8/10 as food he’d actually eat. Peas were 6/10 as a phobia rating with a 2-3/10 overall

See I have every sympathy with @DanHasAPodcast . I also have ARFID, (Avoidance/restrictive food intake disorder), at 60. (you'd never know it to look at me because I mainly eat crap!) I'd love to not have to stress about going out for food. Good Lad Dan!
