I think these oil paid these influencers to promote sooo called healthy oil. Look at the linoleic Acid which is bad for heart if taken mid -high quantity . Don’t trust blindly anyone including @foodpharmer2 . They don’t research deep enough. Actually Palm oil healthy than Sunflower oil if taken at low quantities.
