@JamesClear Excellent. In my journaling I've stumbled upon the idea that 'small, optimistic progress' is better than 'large, frustrated progress' in regard to habits and routines. It trades raw productivity for optimism, elevated moods, flow, and is generally a holistic improvement for me.
