There were countless times I wanted to quit—struggling with consistency, feeling crushed by big losses, and doubting if success was even possible. But the levels you reach after those low points are unbelievable. If you can stick through it and push through those hard times, it’s inevitable.

I am back in my old hunting ground if Hong Kong.The last time I was here was 30 odd years ago. I worked it out I have been to HK at least 45 times in the past. I am staying in the Peninsula hotel in the same room I occupied all those years ago. The major changes I have noticed is that the main land Chinese people are the majority here now. The sky line once illuminated with signs of Sony ,Canon,Nikon,Philips and Panasonic are totally dominated by Chinese companies. However it has been great to come back.

Tonight’s workout. I know nothing I do will ever satisfy people who hate. That’s fine. For those who genuinely care: I’m okay. I work out regularly, stay on top of my health (my metabolic numbers are normal), and see my doctor every quarter. I’ve faced challenges and gained some weight back, but I’m still lighter and far healthier than when I started. I won’t back down.
