It also confirms that Ross shot Good in the face with one hand while filming her with his smart phone in the other hand. And no, he wasn't hit by the vehicle. That sound you hear is his gun shooting.

In the video, an unmarked ICE vehicle is stopped in the middle of the road… no vehicles are in front of it, and nothing is preventing them from driving forward.
