A case of appendicular lump with perforation in a 20 year old boy. He was on antibiotics since last 5 days. My personal advice to all, please never take antibiotics for Acute appendicitis. Due to issues with our printer being unable to obtain the appropriate blanks garments in a timely fashion, everything is running late with them (not just our items). That's the bad news.
