This is maddening. Speaking of the 2004 election in Ohio, John Kerry told Brian Lehrer in 2018 that “The problem for us was we were doubting whether the [voting] machines themselves had been appropriately measured & whether the algorithms were correct, etc. We challenged that ahead of time by the way. People don’t know that. And we were told by the court that we were not able to get that algorithm, to check it, bc it was proprietary information. And I believe that it was absolutely incorrect that in the United States of America, the election for the presidency of the United States should somehow be the purview of privately owned machines where the public doesn’t have the right to know whether the algorithms can be checked or whether they are hackable or not. And we now know they are hackable. But we knew as we sat there to decide where to go in terms of the challenge, that we were a nation at war, we had just been through a Supreme Court test of an election four years earlier. I thought once I measured it that whatever constitutional challenge we brought or whatever appropriate challenge we brought to the ballots that were counted, it was going to wind up ultimately in the Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court would do the same thing that it did before. We would take the country through a three month exercise with a 5/4 decision that would award the presidency back to George Bush. Now some people may think that’s the right thing to have done. I thought it would have been horrendous for our country one year into a war, at that moment when there were serious doubts about terrorism and other things, to be going through a long period of questioning of the presidency, and I didn’t think it was the right thing to do for the nation.” 1/ Vice President JD Vance Marc E. VIDEO: How we used religion to give Tinubu victory – El-Rufai The former Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai, has said that he and some northern governors used religion as a political tool to give victory to Asiwaju Bola Tinubu in the 2023 presidential election. According to the former governor, the decision to use religion as a political strategy was to help tackle the issue of tribalism and religion in politics in the country. The former governor stated this in a viral video. He was speaking to an audience in the Hausa language in Kaduna at an event before handing over to his successor. He said, “Allah sees our heart, me and Zamfara State Governor, Mutawalle did it because of God and we didn’t do it because of anything. We only do it in order to have solutions to the current religious problem we are having in Nigeria and for us to give South West Muslims a sense of belonging to rule. And it is because of religion that we used that gave Asiwaju victory.” He also noted that the Muslim/Muslim ticket that he used to achieve political success in Kaduna has now been replicated in Nigeria with the emergence of Bola Tinubu as president and Kashim Shetima as vice president. He said, “What we are able to achieve in Kaduna state now has been achieved in Nigeria as a whole. There is no liar that will come and say he will do politics as a Christian and win an election. Even Peter Obi didn’t win.” He stated that he alongside other northern governors successfully pushed for the emergence of a Yoruba Muslim from the South West as president despite opposition from some quarters El Rufai speaking in Hausa said in part, “Concerning the Presidential government, what Professor Akintola said is true. We the Northern governors agreed that the presidential position should go back to the West. It was a verbal promise but a promise whether written or spoken, God knows. “When we saw some people plotting for presidential position to remain in the North, we disagreed, we are not like that. We said we are Muslims and we have our traditions and we cannot go back on our words. That was the first step. The second step is after we all agreed or they realised that they cannot do anything, we will tackle the issue of tribalism and religion in politics in this country. We agreed that we will support BAT. “When we had that agreement I was not on good terms with him, (Tinubu), we were fighting. But Professor Akintola and their leaders came from Lagos and said this is their thought If power is given to the West since we all agreed that it should be given to them the Yoruba people from the South-West have a problem, their Muslims cannot contest, and win an election. A Christian will have to contest and have a Muslim from the North as a vice. They said since from Abiola it had never happened. They said they wanted that and I asked them to bring the person we will support and BAT got the ticket. We knew he will have to take a Muslim as his vice.” He added, “What we are able to achieve in Kaduna state now has been achieved in Nigeria as a whole. There's no liar that will come and say he will do politics as a Christian and win the election. Even Peter Obi didn't win.” Credit: Tafarkin Magabata TV --- Follow us for more breaking news and videos

The Lyrics of Imperfect Mew : Every moment in the song is based on a true story. 🗣️: Can you share some of it with us? Mew : Looking at the lyrics, the first verse starts from the moment of waking up. I wrote it when we were on a cruise, we went to the Caribbean together. The image of sunlight shining on his face, that messy, bedhead look right after waking up... just how incredibly cute he was 😆 Mew : The next verse talks about things we’ve experienced together, such as when we went traveling and missed a train. When we look back on it now, it’s actually funny. Or when it suddenly started raining and we didn’t have an umbrella, so we had to take off a shirt and cover ourselves. In those moments, the imperfection somehow became perfect for us. 🗣️: So this is all based on a true story? Mew: All of it is real. 🗣️: Not a scene from a series? 😂 Mew: No, it really happened. The train incident happened in Munich. Usually, he’s the one who checks the schedule. Like, where to go, which platform and what time. But that day, it looked like he read it wrong, so we rushed because we thought we were going to miss it. But actually, he didn’t read it wrong, the train changed platforms. We had to go to another one. It was funny. No one was at fault… the platform was the one that was wrong 😂 Mew : When I told him which moments behind the song, he related to it so much. He listens to it every night now. He probably knows the lyrics better than I do 😂 Mew : Usually when I write a song, I let him listen to it first. He relates to this one so deeply that he especially loves it.

FNC Boaster: “These events are, as you can probably imagine, quite tiring. We go from the upper bracket into three games in a row for the final days. That, on top of lots of media, lots of features, lots of just random stuff that we do. Not to mention the fact that when we go into our games, there’s a lot of adrenaline. After every game, my body aches and my head hurts, and then we have to somehow get to sleep, and then we’ve got to wake up early and stuff. So there’s loads of factors into this. It’s not just simply, you go in and you play. And I think we started slow today, especially on Corrode and Lotus. A big map was Lotus for us, and we weren’t able to, just everything wasn’t going our way. The Odin was completely annihilating us. Then when we got to Abyss, we were like, ‘This is the last chance.’ And I felt very confident that we could win this one, because I felt like I knew everything they did on the attack side. And then, what were we like 1–11 down or something? I was like, ‘Oh bloody hell, this one’s going to be a tough one, isn’t it?’ We managed to do it, and then I was like, ‘Holy guacamole, the dream is alive!’ And it felt amazing, hearing the crowd and being able to just do that, because it would’ve been so disappointing of a final to just bomb out there. But in the FNATIC way, we fight back. Ascent, we’re starting to feel the kind of momentum. And then it gets to Sunset, a map that was the one kind of perma-ban we had, but we had some stuff on it. Unfortunately, it was just the crucial map for us to get the win, and some of the rounds just didn’t go our way, and that’s how VALORANT goes, you know. It felt like the rounds that we needed to win, we lost, and then they had an ultimate the next round, and that’s how brutal it is on defense. If we had just been able to win one of those rounds, like the bonus round, holy guacamole, we would’ve been loving life. And it was the difference of like a 1v1 in the end. So yeah, I mean, we tried our best. That’s why I’m not that [sad]. I am sad, obviously, but I’m not like how I was in Toronto, because I felt like we pushed, we tried our best, and I’m very happy with the boys. It would’ve been nice to win, but there’s only one winner, so it’s just a blessing to compete instead.” #VALORANTChampions via Pedro Romero

ABC’s George Stephanopoulos attempted to trip up Secretary of State Marco Rubio by asking the same question about Venezuela three different times. “What is the legal authority for the United States to be running Venezuela?” And three times, Rubio shut him down. RUBIO: “I explained to you what our goals are and how we’re going to use the leverage to make it happen.” “As far as our legal authority on the quarantine, simple. We have court orders. These are sanctioned boats, and we get orders from courts to go after and seize these sanctions. Is a court not a legal authority?” STEPHANOPOULOS: “Is the United States running Venezuela right now?” RUBIO: “Well, I’ve explained once again, I’ll do it one more time.” “What we are running is the direction this is going to move moving forward, and that is we have leverage.” “This leverage we are using and we intend to use. We started using already. You can see where they are running out of storage capacity. In a few weeks, they’re going to have to start pumping oil, unless they make changes.” “That leverage that we have with the armada of boats that are currently positioned, allow us to seize any sanctioned boats coming into or out of Venezuela loaded with oil or on its way in to pick up oil.” “We can pick and choose which ones we go after. We have court orders for each one.” “That will continue to be in place until the people who have control over the levers of power in that country make changes that are not just in the interest of the people of Venezuela but are in the interest of the United States and the things that we care about.” “The legal authority is the court orders that we have.”

The antisemitism that was festering under the surface for decades, has exploded. And for those of us who stand against it, we are not the popular kids. The so called “cool kids” are wearing a keffiyeh, calling for an intifada and demanding a Palestine between the river and the sea even if they can’t tell you which river or which sea. Keffiyeh Karens. That’s the mainstream now. Standing up against jihadism is now the counter-culture. Standing up for western democratic values against terror and extremism: that is now the counter-culture. Using facts and reason and knowing history: that is now the counter-culture. People! WE are the counterculture. And we are doing it. The Jewish people have found our voice because standing up for what we believe in, even when it’s not popular, is part of who we are. Our tiny people haven’t survived for millennia and outlived every empire that tried to destroy us by always being the cool kids. In fact, we almost never are. We know when it’s time to swim against the tide because we know this playbook. We have been here before. And our message to the world is as follows: the hatred that targets is targeting you too. I have a question for you, keffiyeh Karen from campus: where would you prefer to be a woman? in Iran? In Afghanistan? or in Israel? We cannot take the freedoms that we enjoy here in the US in Israel and in the west for granted, and right now even saying just that is swimming against the tide – it is being the counterculture. This is not a war of Israel’s choosing but we cannot avoid it either. They might call us the chosen people: in fact we are the people with no choice. But the entire western world needs to wake up to the fact that it has no choice either: that what is at stake is the survival, not just of the Jewish people, but of Western civilization, democracy and freedom itself. And where we do have a choice is in how we do it: and we choose to speak the truth, even when the truth isn’t popular. To speak up, even when we are shouted down and to be proud even when they tell us we better hide. Thank you so much, am Israel chai

YOKO ONO: ONOCHORD, VENICE, 2004 Yoko: The world is divided in two industries. One is the War Industry and the other is the Peace Industry. The people in the War Industry are totally together. They don't have to talk to each other, even. They know exactly what they want to do. They want to go out there, kill and make money. But the people in the Peace Industry, which are us - we are so idealistic that each one of us criticises the other Peace Person in the Peace Industry. And we are always just arguing and we are wasting our energies doing that. So let's just forgive each other and see that we are in the Peace Industry and that's all that counts. Even if you are not marching for peace, just be yourself, being a florist, being a merchant, being a talior, anything. That way you're contributing to the Peace Industry. People are just concentrating on fear, confusion and anger. And therefore just for a moment, I'd like us to think about Love. In a very magical, straight way, John and I met in London and from then on we stood for Peace and Love. And when I do this kind of event. Well it is... I was inspired to do it, but I still think that I'm still with John in spirit. John and I created the country called Nutopia. Not Utopia, because there was Utopia as a concept already. And we wanted to create a new concept, so we just added N on it - Nutopia - and as a country. Well, that is the concept of a country. And we all are citizens of that country. And in my apartment in the Dakota Building, we put a little plaque on the back door, the kitchen door. It says 'Nutopian Embassy' and even now we have that. (laughs). Nutopia exists in our minds. And because of that, some people want to rebel against it. The reason some want to rebel against it is a good proof that it exists. I think that it was a terrible thing that happened in Chechnya. But we have to still keep our hopes up. And instead of giving up, we have to keep on sending the message of Love to each other. You say that I am the Ambassador of Peace. We are all Ambassadors of Peace. You are too. Everybody in this room are Ambassadors of Peace. Just the fact that we are not participating in War. The fact that we are here, and we are what we are, means that we are in the Peace Industry. All of us. John and I used to say that our apartment in the Dakota is a conceptual monastry, just for the two of us. And when we go out of the Dakota, we get so many people communicating with us, so it's very important that we had silence and quietness. And my apartment is a very small space compared to the world. And I need that for my peace of mind. You should be kind to each other. You should come together, hug each other, love each other, express our love to each other and we should make it work. We should finally create a world that is a totally an Earth for Us. So let's do it. So yeah, after watching it yesterday for the 5th #ChristmasDay in a row, there is no denial: Patty Jenkins’s #WonderWoman1984 became my Post-Covid #Christmas movie staple. I think I’ll never forget the preview night when it came out, with the film in theatres during just a short evening, because of the announcement that, from that night or, depending on the city, on the following day which was supposed to be its opening day, all theatres would be closed for the following 6 months in the U.K. The rush to get to the nearest theatre still open that evening when the lockdown announcement came, we had to go all the way from London to Maidenhead to be able to watch it on that THU, as the preview screenings that evening in London were being canceled… I was so excited for that film for over 2 years, and somehow I knew that would be the one and only opportunity to see it in theatres. And I was so damn right! I think I never understood, till that point, how much movies, movie theatres and the moviegoing experience were important to me. They’ve always been there as part of my life, I’ve always taken them for granted. Until, all of sudden, they weren’t. And for a moment, #WW84 would be the last blockbuster we would see in a movie theatre, for a long while. That day for me was like our last, desperate way to hold on to the old normal pre-Covid. And in a way, in my mind, I was saying good bye to those Pre-Covid times without even knowing it. When theatres reopened again, 6 months later, things never got back to where they were. On top of a period already challenging as it as, my mother passed away within that bleak period, 2 weeks before theatres reopened. While some say ironically or mockingly that we went through a Great Reset, to me it was a literal reset. A forced one I was never consulted about nor agreed with. But life goes on, and we had to move on with it - but never losing that hope deep inside that, one day, we would have that life pre-Covid back. And that’s how #WonderWoman1984 deeply connected with me, I believe even more on the following Christmas in 2021, when things got scarily more relatable after that tough year. The film had all the messages I needed just on the right time. All the social unrest, forced division and global turmoil that followed from 2021 onwards, mixed with that longing desire to have back a life and the people that I would never have again, it felt like that film was predicting what we were about to go through in the following years, while offering its perspective on how to - and how not to - deal with most of these phantoms. And every time I rewatch it, I appreciate it a bit more. All those beautiful, powerful messages still stand and they feel even more meaningful now than they already were back in DEC 2020. They remind me of what we used to be as society, but also remind me of what we still can be, depending on the path we decide to take. And I know, I know - on this app, that movie means different things for different people, or even it might be the case it feels meaningless for some. I totally understand, respect and appreciate the diversity of opinions around it, and I see where they are coming from. I’ll never fight about your own views about the movie or your experience with it. That’s the magic of the movies after all, resonate differently with different people, as a collective but diverse experience. But to me it has a deeper meaning, and I love revisiting it time and time again. Until next Christmas!

"I want to describe to you the life of a non-vaccinated person in Israel today. Our life has been destroyed, and we woke up to a nightmare in which we have have been kidnapped by our own government, who sold us to be guinea pigs to an experimental vaccine. They want us to give up our bodies and our souls with no questions. We have become the biggest clinical trial of a vaccine in history in the scale of an entire country" Listen to this testimony from an Israeli citizen on what life was like for an unvaccinated person in Israel at the beginning of the insane vaccination campaign and mass experiment on the Israeli people. What's the difference between Israel experimenting on millions of their own citizens and killing thousands of them with forceful coercion techniques, and them bombing a hospital in Gaza killing 500? or letting Hamas kill their people as justification for the war and perpetuation of more death. If we just go by the numbers, shouldn't we all be far more outraged about the vaccine? That death toll is easily over a million globally now, perhaps even tens of millions. Why should I trust the government that did this to their own people? Why should I listen to any government that did this to their people? It's willful murder no matter how you spin it, and we should all know by now that the denial of such evils by all the authorities that people are still clinging to for the truth, or the ignorance/negligence excuse that they didn't know, is a complete and utter BS lie. They had a clear purpose with the vaccines and knew exactly what they were doing, just as they have a clear purpose now with war and propaganda that comes with it. Depopulation.
