A Dalit brother is also pointing out how the Constitution is discriminating against people from Savarna (general) castes. And I agree with him. My grandfather was a village headman (mukhiya). Then the government imposed a ban that general category people cannot contest elections, so even today we have not been able to contest elections. Equality 🥀

A Candidate scored 306/400 in BPSC AE 2025 was still Rejected to get admissions. Whereas someone with just 168/400 was selected because he had Caste Certificate This is no longer equality, this is Open Discrimination towards General Category.

High Court Lawyer SLAMMING GOVERNMENTS & Unequal LAW in our country🔥👏 There is no Constitution in India. Constitution dies the day government brought SC/ST Amendment Bill. Constitution’s Pillar are Equality & Justice but it’s just on Paper. Shame on GOI for this UGC Act.

Former India MP says “If Muslims become more than 30%, that country is in danger.” Reporter “That sounds like language of hatred” MP “It's easy to say hatred. I'm being kind to them by not letting them come to India” Reporter “Article 14 of the Indian Constitution guarantees the right to equality, as you know, for all persons living in India.” MP “I can tell you that's a misinterpretation of Article 14. Article 14 guarantees equality of equals. I’ll give you an example. All people are not equal. Muslims do not deserve equal rights to apply. There's no such thing as equal rights. They are not in an equal category.”

List of Blunders in Indian Constitution👇 Repeat after me - Right to speech is converted to freedom of abusing Hindu Gods. Right to Religion is converted to Freedom of forced conversions. Right to property is converted to conquering lands through WAQF. Right to equality is converted to oppression of Hindus. Right to equality before law became the means to escape for criminal advocates and bureaucrats. Modi ji government is eradicating one by one and hence Jihadis are worried that the way they imagined India, knew India for many centuries, is dead now. Arfa Khanum Sherwani Watch this video to know who included these blunders in constitution. SHARE THIS WIDELY🚨 #UniformCivilCode PMO India Amit Shah Narendra Modi

Debate on reservation should begin with facts, not slogans. In India, reservation and affirmative provisions exist in different forms for different groups. The real debate is not simply "who gets reservation," but who is eligible under which constitutional or policy framework. Instead of reducing the conversation to one category, let's discuss reservation with honesty, constitutional understanding, and evidence-not misinformation or selective outrage. #Constitution #SocialJustice #Reservation #Equality #IndianConstitution

It's a shame that 100 years after the Equal Rights Amendment was first introduced, we are still fighting for gender equality in our Constitution. So today, we marched to the Senate floor to demand Congress finally pass the #EqualRightsAmendment

Standing in the podium at the General Assembly is a powerful experience. Today, I explained that gender equality is a primary source of strength for the Icelandic society, not a luxury the we afford because we’re strong.

#WATCH | Delhi: Stéphane Dujarric, Spokesperson for the UN Secretary-General, says, "The Secretary-General has no input in the election but I think he has been a champion of not only gender equality but in terms of acting. We now have gender equality and gender parity across the board of the UN, including at the senior-most levels. There is no reason any rational person can think of that a woman cannot be elected to any position, including Secretary-General of the UN."

It’s a deeper battle now than just elections. We are fighting for an alternate vision of India. What the BJP is proposing is - • The elimination of the Constitution • The elimination of the idea of equality between states • The elimination of equality between languages and religions • The elimination of the central core of the Constitution—that every individual should have the same value For example, when we see a BJP leader voting in Uttar Pradesh and then voting again in the Haryana election, the BJP is saying this person is worth two people. Or when one woman votes 200 times in a polling booth in Haryana, the BJP is saying this woman has 200 times the value of a normal Indian. That’s our problem. : LoP Shri Rahul Gandhi at the Hertie School, Berlin
