When we in Kashmir talk about Rationalisation of Reservation, what we actually want to say is beautifully articulated by Waheed Ur Rehman Para in this clip. After years of silence, the first voice that unanimously came out of Kashmir was about RESERVATION. When we spoke of rationalisation, we were not asking for privilege or ridiculing or tickling reservation, we were demanding the right share that Kashmir deserves. We are fighting for empowerment.
