Serious question... I'm stuck at 20kg DB shoulder press (8–10 reps). At 25kg, it feels too heavy and I get shoulder pain. Would you: Increase reps first? Add more volume? Use smaller jumps? Something else?

3+ minutes of rest between sets being THE PLAY is so easily verifiable Just A/B/C test it Workout 1: - Do a set of Chest Press for 5-10 reps - Rest 1 minute - Do another set of Chest Press with the same weight Workout 2: - Do a set of Chest Press for 5-10 reps - Rest 3 minutes - Do another set of Chest Press with the same weight Workout 3: - Do a set of Chest Press for 5-10 reps - Rest 5 minutes - Do another set of Chest Press with the same weight Assuming you get 7 reps on your first set each time, here’s what the rep count will LIKELY come in at on Set # 2 in each respective workout: Workout 1: 3 reps Workout 2: 5 reps Workout 3: 6 reps 1 minute rest AIN’T IT 3 minutes rest is v good 5 minutes rest is probably MOST ideal

For this BOULDER SHOULDER workout 🔥 3D SHOULDERS = 3 Parts. Hit them ALL like this 💀 *Part 1: SIDE DELTS (width)* Seated Lateral Raise - 10 reps *Part 2: FRONT DELTS (front roundness)* Front Raise (palms down) - 10 reps Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press - 10 reps - Finish with flex / pump check Do 4 rounds x 10-10-10 with 60 sec rest. Save this for your next shoulder day 📌 Short & Savage:* Want wider shoulders? Stop doing only presses. Do this combo: Side + Front + Press = BOOM 💥 Try 4x10 and tell me if you can lift your arms
