Private buy-in? So land currently treasured by the public gets auctioned off to private hands at its current value + speculation, then the taxpayer pays to increase that value and realise that speculation, based on how much the developer bribes the government. Just like E-Quay.

As a founding member, Andreas is a vital part of the team that forever changed Counter-Strike through a new vision for the game and how it is played, and with 4 Majors and 24 major LAN trophies he is one of the most winning players ever. It is not only on the server and in the statistics, though, Andreas has made his mark and a real difference. He has always been there for the fans, to his team-mates he has been a rock, and to Astralis.. He is family. Tushtikarana is a disease and Bengal has been suffering it for too long. Since LNGSHOT is debuting under Jay Park’s company, does that put any pressure on all of you? 🐕 Yes… first of all, each of us started training for personal reasons but what brought us all to More Vision in the end was the same, it’s all because of Jay Park DPN. All of us came in after seeing him as an artist, so i think that initial feeling is something we all share, right? For some of us it’s been about three years… the hyungs here trained the longest, around three years. For me it was about two years, and for Louis it was about a year and a half, almost two. So that’s how we’ve all prepared. Of course, Jay Park DPN is such an incredible artist, so there is pressure to us. Unpopular opinion but staring into the sunrise and sunset is not bad for your eyes. I used to have terrible eyesight and I needed glasses just to see and correct my eyes but now I have perfect vision and I believe the thing that helped me the most is sun gazing. This means around 10 to 15 minutes before sunset and 10 to 15 minutes after sunrise, looking directly into the sun. The mainstream medical doctors and media will tell you that it's absolutely dangerous, but it has done nothing but good for my eyesight. This is because when you stare at the sun, you are exposing yourself to natural light, which most of us are extremely deficient in. The best thing you could possibly do is also ground as you look into the sunrise or sunset to get all of the benefits from grounding as well. it almost seems like the media was wrong once again.
