@Wayne501Mardle One fact you are missing is, in every single leg of darts you get your own turn and the same chance at a 9 darter from the off. In Snooker, your opponent may pot a red off your break and you may never get the chance at one most frames you play. Also not in a snooker players…1/2

@Wayne501Mardle 2/2 … interest to go for the black necessarily to build a break at the start of a frame, where as you go for the treble 20 every time you play, so basically you are always effectively going for a 9 darter every leg. It’s not about that “DATA”, more about the real facts 🤪

@Wayne501Mardle I still can't believe this is still an argument. Until I see Phil Taylor whacking a 9 darter in with reverse side, playing cannons off other darts, judging darts bouncing off cushions, developing other darts to keep the 9 darter going then I'm afraid it's bollocks

@Wayne501Mardle Crazy. There were almost 2 x 9 darters in one leg in the world final. Never been close to 2 x 147s in the same frame in any snooker comp. The end.
