The “why” on waking up early and working out: I believe it is the fastest way to break a negative identity cycle. There’s no such thing as a loser who wakes up at 5am and works out. One simple act that immediately makes you self-identify as a winner. This has ripple effects.

The “why” on building a marketable skill and living below your means: These two address your financial situation. Living cheaply to build a base of savings and investments is how you step off the financial treadmill. Building a marketable skill creates real financial upside.

I'm approaching 1 million followers on Twitter. Sadly, it’s much easier to grow on these platforms by stoking anger and controversy. That’s not something I’ll ever do. If my platform can help me reach people to make positive changes, I consider that a gift and responsibility.

Working out will change your life. It has clear ripple effects: • Eat better • Sleep better • Focus better • Feel better One change, massive results. If you found value in these videos and thread, follow me @SahilBloom for more positive ideas for life.

Confirmation Bias in life: Whatever you believe about yourself, you find evidence to confirm it. Believe you’re a loser—find evidence to confirm that. Believe you’re a winner—find evidence to confirm that. Waking up early and working out sets a positive flywheel in motion.

Great example of just piling up wins and stacking great habits. The second and third order effects of doing shit successful people do are really undersold in todays society.

It’s probably because there’s nothing to “sell” here. There’s no course or handbook, just simple (though not easy) basics.

Working out is the gateway drug to self improvement. Waking up early is the gateway drug to self discipline.

As an alternative, you could wake up early to work on that marketable skill. Pay yourself first before doing work for others.

Yep, I just think working out has powerful ripple effects.
