In my entire life, I have never tasted a pineapple more delicious than what I tasted here in Meghalaya. I have a few questions: 1. Why isn't the best-tasting pineapple available to the entire world? 2. Why is the best-tasting pineapple in the world not being sold in London, New York or Tokyo? 3. Why are the farmers not benefiting from the sale of pineapples to the rest of the world? It is because the infrastructure has not been developed to send these pineapples to the rest of the world. Today, I had the good fortune of offering prayers at Maa Jayanti Mandir in Meghalaya. One of the 51 sacred Shakti Peeths, nestled amidst the Jaintia Hills, this temple stands as a powerful reminder of the deep and enduring roots of Sanatan Dharma in the North East. I am sure that the CM is also lying. Union Home Minister Amit Shah should send the CBI there as soon as possible..." He also says "Sonam called his brother, Govind, who informed me that Sonam has been found at a dhaba in Ghazipur. My appeal to the government is to get a CBI inquiry done. Meghalaya Police is lying. They did not do any inquiry. I am 100% sure that Meghalaya Police is involved in the murder of Raja Raghuvanshi. I have not spoken to the family of Raja Raghuvanshi. The Pynursla Bypass will decongest the town, speed up tourist travel, and improve connectivity to the Umngot River (Dawki) and the international border. The Jowai Bypass has eased congestion and improved road safety in Jowai. These projects will provide a major boost to international trade and tourism in Dawki, Dalu, and Cherrapunji, while generating large-scale employment and self-employment opportunities. Yesterday, Ri-Bhoi district in Meghalaya received record rainfall of nearly 100 mm. Heavy rainfall in the hills along with rains of 60 mm in Guwahati- this 90 minutes of rains was nearly 25% of rain fall the city receives during the entire monsoon season. This resulted in extraordinary flash floods in parts of the State Capital. Today, I chaired a meeting with all stakeholders to work out a comprehensive solution baked in with an early warning and quick response mechanisms. We will also be in touch with the Meghalaya Government to implement a real time coordination protocol.
