Here’s a new video showing what looks to be Tesla’s production-ready version of the Cybercab. What's different/new compared to what we saw previously: • Redesigned trunk with slightly less wide opening. Side humps are gone. More rugged lining material (no longer fabric). Powered, significantly stronger struts. Also looks like there could be venting towards the back? • New door card design with new trim and redesigned handle area • Frameless windows • Updated ambient lighting • New carpet material on the interior • Powered butterfly doors with open/close button located near bottom of b-pillar • New wheel covers with thicker tires • New seats with upgraded bottom seat cushions • New powered door mechanisms • Updated front lightbar with headlights • Dual front windshield wipers (vs one in previous) • New open slit across the dashboard (air vents?) • Redesigned roof/headliner area, including different break points • New front bumper design with extended bottom splitter • Two USB-C ports facing upwards in the center console • Slightly updated rear hatch design • Powered door struts are all new • The ~21" center screen, the largest ever in any Tesla, is now more integrated into the dash (pushed in), rather than have a suspended/hanging look More photos of this Cybercab are in the thread below. Thanks for providing me with the pics cory! This was located at Tesla's Santana Row showroom. Cybercab is on track to start in ~4 months 😎

"360º acoustic glass" • More sound insulation for a quieter ride • Uptick in hood to let wind go over more quietly • Upgraded suspension for a more premium ride. New springs & dampers. New geometry on front suspension. New bushings. New way they mount the sub frame to the chassis • Stiffer body, better handling • More premium sounding door "thunk" • Passengers are more protected from door impacts due to new latch at the bottom of the door • Two motors close the trunk now vs one before, resulting in a quieter automatic close • Tires have more cushioning for improved ride • Center touchscreen now brighter, has smaller bezels, higher contrast & is more responsive • More comfortable rear seats • Redesigned lower rear bumper • All seats are now perforated • No fog lights anymore • Front seats are now ventilated, in addition to heated • 8" touchscreen for rear passengers in the back to control climate & enjoy entertainment. You can connect two headsets at the same time. • Better drag coefficient of 0.219 Cd • Upgraded 2.0 ventilation system. You can now separately turn off the passenger side air • Slimmer and sleeker headlight and taillight design • Single wing-shaped taillight design, meaning better reliability and low chance for leakage/part misalignment • New 17 speaker sound system (up from 14 before). It now includes 2 subwoofers and 2 amplifiers. More punchy • 65W USB-C charger in center console so you can charge a laptop • Improved bluetooth • Upgraded microphones. Now one on each passenger side. New mics make phone calls clearer and "smooth" • 5G connectivity. 50% improved cellular service. 2X greater WiFi range (dual-band) • Improved connectivity to phone so car will recognize your phone from farther away • Two new wheel designs that better optimize battery life • New Tesla lettering replaces rear Tesla logo badge • Car is 8% more efficient thanks to better aerodynamics • Car is 1" longer overall (Original vid from Andy Slye, cooked by me)

NEWS: Neoen Australia says it has begun construction of a new $220 million big battery project, which will also be the first project in the world to deploy Tesla's new Megablock product, its next generation grid-scale battery tech. Megablock combines four Megapack 3 units into a single deployable block offering 20 MWh units, each with an integrated transformer and switchgear. Tesla says this will translate into faster installations and lower costs for grid-level storage, up to 40% cheaper. Megapack 3 production will begin at Tesla's upcoming Megafactory in Houston, Texas in 2026 with up to 50 GWh per year of manufacturing capacity. Megablock: • 23% faster to install with up to 40% lower construction costs • Plug and play platform (hardware, software and services) delivered as one all from Tesla. It's a pre-engineered medium-voltage block that integrates next-gen Megapack 3 • Eliminates above ground cabling between the transformer and the megapacks using new flexible busbar assembly • 91% MV round trip efficiency • 20 MWh of usable AC energy • Operates in temps of -40°C (-40°F) to 60°C (140°F) • 248 MWh per acre • 25-year life & >10,000 cycles Megapack 3: • 5 MWh of usable AC energy • Weight: 86,000 lbs • 28 foot long enclosure that can be shipped globally • Optimized for up to 8-hour applications • New drastically simplified thermal bay. Uses Model Y heat pump, but on steroids. 78% fewer connections, which minimizes failure points • Larger battery module and larger battery cell • 2.8 liter battery cell, co-engineered with Tesla's cell team • LFP battery • Operates in -40°C to 60° • Went from 24 cable connections in Megapack version 2XL, down to 3 simple busbar connections • 75% of the mass of Megapack 3 is battery cells. • A single module in it weighs as much as a Cybertruck • Tesla has enabled easier front access service, so there are no roof penetrations • Drastically simplified bussing system • Will partly use battery cells from Tesla's new 7 GWh LFP battery facility in Nevada. Additional cells sourced elsewhere.

Starfield is getting a massive new overhaul update on April 7th, alongside a PS5 release and a new expansion "Terran Armada" - FREE LANES: A massive new update, with its main feature being that you can now travel between planets in space with no loading screens - Going into hyper drive no longer takes you into a loading screen, instead you can get up and explore your ship, talking to crew members while you travel - There are new POIs on planet surfaces so exploration is no longer as repetitive as before on the randomly generated planets - There are a new set of encounters that interrupt your space flight, making the act of travel actually interesting now - TERRAN ARMADA EXPANSION: A new faction that you have to face, mainly robots and there is a new companion which is also a robot named Delta. The new weapons are more like modern guns rather than futuristic stuff - Terran Armada incursions: These seem to be new radiant quests to take on enemy outposts - X-Tech is a new material that allows you to upgrade your weapons further, with a ton of new weapon perks alongside it - There are new skins for weapons as well - New player home: A mansion carved out of an asteroid, seems to be the most expensive house in the game - New ship modules that enhance the ship, including a stealth drive that makes your ship invisible. - New ship optimization module that optimizes specific ship systems, as well as a ton of new ship upgrades - New modules for the home building system that are already furnished, such as cabins that you can also further customize - A shared container that acts as one storage box between all your different settlements - New action figure collectibles that give you passive bonuses, pretty much the same as the vault boy collectibles from Fallout - You can now get pets in your settlements and there's a new little robot companion, Muria is also now a companion. - New Game+ now allows you to keep your items on a replay when you finish the main story through crafting a new container with quantam essence and allows you to put any item you wanna keep in it - You can now upgrade all Starborn powers through new levels using the new Quantam Essence item, which can be gained by taking out Starborn enemies - New location: Anchor Point star station, where you'll find many new quests - New vehicle "Moon jumper", it can boost upwards and basically fly - Enemies have new traits and they are "smarter" now, more challenging. Starfield is coming to PS5 + Terran Armada and the update all on April 7th for all platforms.
