Share time: The process of making something is an art performance spectacle. They can all be so fascinating to observe. The making of a cup of coffee. The slicing of fish for sushi. The stirring and rocking of a wok for fried rice. The cutting, carving and sanding of wood to make a chair. The pencil gliding on paper for hours to create an illusion of volume in an illustration. The mixing of pigments to create the resemblance of a faces or sceneries on canvas. The testing and retesting of an assembly of sound from different instruments to sculpt out a tapestry of music. The weaving of fibres into strands into fabric into clothings. The coming together of ideas to turn the clothings into fashion and style. The setting up of lighting to set up moods for a photoshoot. The disassembly and reassembly of tiny machineries that measures time. Heck, even the cleaning and polishing of a toilet. Etc. What's your process?

There’s a difference between the theory of gravity which is derived from the theory of relativity and the law of gravitation which describes gravitation as a constant in mathematical form. Gravity in the form of spacetime warping is a theory, this is why GR is titled ”The Theory Of Relativity” and not, “The Fact Of Relativity”. This takes nothing nothing more then a simple google search to figure out, just google it.

An endangered world heritage: Taiwanese hand-painted tiles In this reel workers race to save painted tiles reliefs from yet another traditional house slated for demolition. In the past wealthy Taiwanese would hire artisans to create elaborate tile “paintings” for the front of their homes. These one-of-a-kind works of art showcased the family’s wealth. The home owners also believed they protected the family from evil/brought good luck. This tradition was developed during the Japanese colonization of Taiwan, a blend of Japanese decorative tiles and Chinese themes. Sadly this practice ended after the arrival of the KMT on Taiwan. The ability to create this beautiful artistry has also disappeared as artisans passed away with nobody interested in continuing the tradition. #Taiwan #history #art #tradition #architecture #tiles
