A chicken-tractor is a mobile pen with no bottom that allows chickens to be raised on pasture without being eaten by predators. I invented an automated one that runs on sunlight and stores rainwater. It’s powered by a solar panel & capacitors, so I call it the Clucks Capacitor!

I saw the Clucks Capacitor in person when I visited @RepThomasMassie in his office:

Yes, this is an early prototype of the board I designed. It can put out 200 amps at 12 volts for a few seconds, and it can produce 4,000 volts for the shocker all night. It has Bluetooth so an iphone can connect to it with the App I wrote.

We use old trampolines powered by kids, but I like your idea better!

We gotta talk about building a proper deck off these doors, so you can watch the chickens from a proper vantage point.

Farming is what our children need to learn.

Chicken tractors are great for building soil. They are usually moved once a day so the chickens get fresh grass to scratch, eat, and find bugs. The grass gets a pruning which brings growth and the chicken manure brings fertility to the soil. These chicken tractors are also great for bringing behind cows managed similarly with rotational grazing. When timed correctly they can limit pesky insects from thriving from cow patties. It’s amazing how green and how fast the grass grows after the chickens are moved.🌱 Agriculture done responsibly is what we’ve always done and what we must do to ensure a prosperity going forward.
