My grams used to use old grocery bags to wrap her feet after putting lots of lotion on. Right before bed and sleep with them on. Maybe not any kind of lotion, aloe or olive oil maybe, i dunno where these people are or what they have access to. This poor kiddo gotta stop scratching even though it seems impossible not to. Scratching always makes it worse.
