Lymphedema can become incredibly debilitating when severe. I really hope people understand that behind what we see, there may be a person dealing with constant pain and loss of independence. 💔

You can control it. You need to lose weight, eat special diet. Do special massages that are painful and wear pressure garments for most of the day. But if you do this you get you life back so it's worth it.

My Father in law has a machine that has to be put on his legs twice a day to empty the fluids .Maybe it’s something you could look into for the future when you know a treatment plan . Best of luck
