@ChidiOdinkalu Why are we being forced to listen to these primitive people passing as elite? Most of these will end next year sha.

@ChidiOdinkalu Some of you in this comment section are so dumb but you are calling another person dull. Sewage management, waste management, pipe borne water, electricity and others are basic amenities that keeps a city like Abuja running, it lacks that. Low quality humans all over the place.

@ChidiOdinkalu A 'professor' that isn't up to scratch. A programme is a collection of projects. Sewage system, public transport, schools etc in the way he described them are services. Everything exists first in a project phase before they're then run as services. Chidi dey yarn dust

@ChidiOdinkalu Intelligence with no sense

@ChidiOdinkalu Mumu prof , who dash this daft that title sef 🤣🤣🤣😆😆🤡🤡🤐🤐🤐🤐🤐

@ChidiOdinkalu No one is forcing these guys. @GovWike has performed and he has killed your campaign messages. Go and sleep and concede your party’s defeat at the polls. Don’t force new jargons on the people; it’s it all waste of time.

@ChidiOdinkalu Another IPOB propaganda machine disguised as professor

@ChidiOdinkalu Both project and accountable institutions should develop equally.

@ChidiOdinkalu Tis one no get sense na

@ChidiOdinkalu This guy has a hole in his brain! Sounds literate but ideas are Neanderthal!

@ChidiOdinkalu See him head like a bowl of fufu. Very useless man. He has been running from one media platform to another to profess is fake propaganda. He is against everything cos Obi was not elected. You will cry forever useless man

@ChidiOdinkalu @ChidiOdinkalu is just saying 'beautiful nonsense'.

@ChidiOdinkalu This was an acclaimed scholar whose state lacks infras development & zero social security programme piloted by govt not to talk of grassroot dev which do not matter to him, than to dispel what was visibly acknowledged as efforts of leaders to develop other States.

Dr Odinkalu has gone from being a critic to become political and tribal in all his public discourse. Nowadays, he no longer critique the government; all he does is to condemn without suggesting reasonable or viable alternative solutions to those things he condemns. You heard him saying here that Abuja cannot be "projectified." Whatever that means, seems immediately unclear. But from his follow up comments, he seems to be at war with minister Nyesom Wike for building infrastructure rather than providing services. But the question is, can a city have a good service delivery when there are no infrastructure to support them? For example, If you don't construct gutters, how can your public drainage system function properly? If you don't construct schools, how do you educate the city's residents and their kids? If you do not build waste disposal sites, how do you dispose their waste? If you don't construct roads and bridges, how do you provide transportation services that will move people and goods from point A to point B? If hospitals are not being built, how do you deliver proper health care to the people? It is a no brainer, no city can function without massive infrastructural development because good service delivery is possible only when basic infrastructures are available to complement and support them. From any angle you look at his public comments, it seems Dr Odinkalu has already made up his mind to perpetually condemn and attack the government. But the consequence of that will also continuously hurt his academic credential and image to the extent that, for the sake of politics/ethnicity he wilfully and demostratably became biased and completely blindsided to what is essential and necessary the overall good of society

@ChidiOdinkalu I agreed with Chidi on this, and that is I keep criticizing Nigeria style of governance that measures success mainly by the number of projects commissioned, instead of by whether public institutions reliably serve citizens over time.

@ChidiOdinkalu Did he make NERC accountable? This guy is just a poser. He uses flowery words and diction to package his bias and biafranness.

@ChidiOdinkalu You are bereft of ideas. You will soon tell us that infrastructure itself is not needed. You won’t be the Attorney general anytime soon pls.

@ChidiOdinkalu Coastal Road (project ) instead of a sustainably running economy (program) 🤔

@ChidiOdinkalu Good one

@ChidiOdinkalu This is the capital of Nigeria. Public transportation.

@ChidiOdinkalu Services not rendered in Abuja: 1. Sewage management system 2. Pipe borne water to homes 3. Refuse sorting, collection and treatment 4. Last mile public transportation. 5. Lact of green areas. 6. Electricity to homes. 7. Relaible public healthcare services. 8. Standard public sch

@ChidiOdinkalu A city like Abuja is not about projects

@ChidiOdinkalu Very valid points.

@ChidiOdinkalu So he does not know that projects create jobs? Leave matters of economics out of questions posed to people like this. He might be educated, but he's clearly an illiterate when it comes to economic matters

@ChidiOdinkalu A retard at a professional professorial level

@ChidiOdinkalu Useless professor, dumb ass bloody bigot ..

@ChidiOdinkalu Dr chidi ! Well articulated speech! ..
