"The politicians don't need our votes to get to power. Who do they need? The judges. That is why Nyesom Wike is building mansions for judges. That is why state governors are donating prados and land cruisers to judges across the states. That is why they're making sure judges are the best-paid people in Nigeria. Meanwhile, governors who cannot pay the minimum wage are feeding judges with the kind of money and emoluments you cannot add up." — Chidi Anselm Odinkalu, CGoF

Even the police cannot really deal with these criminals and their blatant disrespect which we have for our police in Britain and have been taught to do so! So when it comes to the public having to save the police what is going on? Should all police be armed now? What’s your view?

Stephon Castle, on Game 7: “Somebody’s season is going to end that night, and we don’t want it to be ours. ... Who doesn’t want to play in a Game 7? To be able to do it in the Western Conference finals in my second year is definitely a blessing, so I’m ready for it.”

"There are two types of coaches, those who do nothing and those who do a lot of damage. I prefer to be one of those who do nothing. The game belongs to the players, always ⚽. You can introduce them to a certain strategy that we have to implement, and they have to be convinced that they can do it. Then, there is the quality of the player, there is the attitude, the commitment. What a coach can do is make the players understand what teamwork is 🤝. Because we have the quality, Bayern Munich has it, Paris Saint Germain has it. Where is the difference? Where do you want to put this quality? If you want to put it in for yourself, it's not right ❌. If you put it in for the team, you can win 🏆."

Marc Andreessen says AI is hyper democratizing. “Is the future of the world going to be one or a small number of companies, or for that matter, governments or super AIs that kind of own and control everything?” “Or is this a technology that's going to diffuse out and be in everybody's hands?” “This is the time in which AI is actually hyper democratizing. It has spread to more individuals, both in the country and around the world in the shortest period of time of any new technology I think in history.” “The best AIs in the world are in the consumer products.” “This technology is going to be in everybody's hands. And everybody is going to be able to use it to optimize the things that they do, have it be a thought partner, assistant for building companies.” Marc Andreessen 🇺🇸

Farmer lives in New York Someone stole this 4 wheeler, they filed off the serial numbers and dumped it on his property He called the police to report it and have it removed. NYPD said he would have to pay for the tow and impound to remove it This is what it’s like living in a Democrat state, they always side with the criminals He says he’s not going to do that obviously, so it’s just going to sit there Apparently this is common in places in New York where the police budget is a concern. If the vehicle is not high value or part of an active investigation, they’ll decline to pay for the towing have the property owner deal with it

"This is the leverage the #Patriots have to me. I'm letting it be known to Howie Roseman that you're not getting a first round pick in '27. You want a first round pick? It has to be 31. It has to be right now...if it's 31 for AJ Brown and that's the deal? Shake hands and do it." Zolak & Bertrand Alex Barth

Indian real estate is in a real bubble, but it is not bursting any time soon. A lot of big people are involved in it, and they will never want that real estate to be in the hands of common people. It is a hub of corruption. It is a hub of black money, and it will never go away. You will have to pay 1 crore for a 2 BHK house, and you will keep paying emails for your life.

"There will be a third term. I did say that. I was not hallucinating; I was totally of sound mind when I made those statements, and I accidentally went further to say I was willing to bet on it. I'm not the person writing the script. Opeyemi Bamidele has said they were amending the constitution to introduce a single six-year presidential term. When will it be done? After the next election. The only question that will then arise is: can President Tinubu be entitled to benefit?" — Chidi Anselm Odinkalu, CGoF

‘it is.’ was released 10 years ago today. The album to me was meant to talk about what everything is. It just ‘is’. Whether you do it or don’t. So why not do it? “You are a human being, so ‘be’.” Things will continue to change around me as well as within me. All I can do is try to be what I want to be more and more everyday. And continue to send out my communications through music. I’m grateful to everyone that has received and/or will receive the messages in the future. Thank you to all who have supported and will support in the future — love y’all.

Does Xenophobic South Africa have any excuse for banning other Africans from their country? "When Paul Kagame opened up Rwanda to be Visa-free and people said aren't you afraid there is going to be sort of all criminals but he said, the street is organised and will deal with it. Simple. And I think in many African countries where the trend is to have more Visa free for Africans, what they have to do is ensure their law enforcement and politicians are kept in check." Ambassador Fred.

🚨 WHOA! President Trump just delivered a massive FAFO warning to Iran: "In one half of a day, they wouldn't have ONE bridge standing. They wouldn't have ONE electric generating plant standing. And they're back in the stone ages. I'd rather not do that!" "But I do believe they're going to come to the table on this because nobody can be so stupid as to say that we want to have nuclear weapons." "I could take out Iran in one day. I could take down in one in one hour." "I could have their entire energy, everything, every one of their plants, their electric generating plants, which is a big deal." "And I hate to do it because if I do it, it takes you 10 years to rebuild. They'll never be able to rebuild it." "And the other thing you take out of the bridges. I took out one just to show them because they went public with a statement that wasn't true. They admitted it." "I say, I'm going to take out a bridge. And I took out a bridge. And that was the end of that. Now they've been really behaving quite well."

.President Donald J. Trump: "In order to do it, they have to be a member of the Abraham Accords... it's time now that they do it. They, and others, didn't want to do it because of the problem that they had with Iran. You don't have that problem anymore... they were the bully of the Middle East. They're really not going to be that much of a bully anymore."

Arteta: “You want to be part of the noise or not? If not then go to do something else, be part of another different club. You want to be Arsenal and everybody's been demanding for 10 years, 15 years. We need to go back there. Now we are there and now what? “You don't want noise. Noise is part and the bullets are part of that. Try to deal with them in the right way and achieve what you are looking for.” On Man City having the Premier League title in their hands: “We have to do what we have to do, and nothing is going to change for anybody at the end. You're going to have to win the next match and if you do that, you're going to be in a much stronger position. That's the only thing.”
