When the owner, 23-year-old Emma Lee, refused, the customer offered her the drinks back in exchange for $5. She then grabbed and threatened to throw the drinks at him if he didn't leave. He requested to hand back the drinks and said she could keep the money but threw the drinks at her as soon as she gave them back. Lee retaliated by smashing the customer’s windshield with a hammer. Police were called, but the customer was not arrested. Lee has pressed charges for misdemeanor assault, and the customer is banned from the stand.
