A decision has been taken that lands under CP & Berar will be converted from ‘Class II’ to ‘Class I’ directly by the Government, eliminating the need for any application process. ‘सीपी अँड बेरार’ अंतर्गत येणाऱ्या ‘वर्ग-2’ जमिनी सरकारकडून थेट ‘वर्ग-1’ मध्ये रूपांतरित करण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात आला असून यासाठी...

It’s clear that the UCP government does not care about the needs of Calgarians. Just 34 days ago, the UCP promised that funding for the Green Line was “100 per cent” secure, even for the new shorter version. Now they've decided to pull their funding. This reckless decision could mean the end of a badly needed transit project and a massive waste of over $1 billion that has already been spent as construction is well underway. The UCP has chosen to give up 20,000 jobs directly associated with this project, including 1,000 people employed today who will be thrown out of work by this decision. Not to mention all the private sector jobs that will come from the redevelopment and densification of lands surrounding the future stations. Let’s be clear. This decision will drive both public and private sector investment out of Calgary and Alberta because there is no certainty. Who will ever bid on projects if the province’s signature is no longer worth anything and they can pull funding at will? They are pretending they are looking at new options, but we’ve seen this movie before. Minister Dreeshen’s proposed alignment has been studied. And studied. And studied. It won’t work. It dumps SE commuters nowhere near where they need to be and expects them to trudge to a red or blue line station to get on a train that is already packed. It’s a dream from someone who has clearly never taken transit in Calgary. The UCP government has chosen to make this a political issue. The UCP wants to make this about me. It’s not about me — it’s about doing the right thing for the tens of thousands of Calgarians that will be hurt by this decision. As always, the UCP would rather pick a fight than win for citizens. The Green Line is a required investment for the future of Calgary. It’s an investment in ending the congestion on Deerfoot and Stoney Trails, and the Centre Street corridor. It’s an investment in the environment, in quality of life, in getting people to and from work, and kids to and from school. We simply have to look at the congestion nightmare that is Toronto today because that city didn’t invest in transit when they should have. This is untenable and the people of Calgary deserve better than to be used as a political football. The premier needs to intervene directly, take control of this file from her minister and advisors and work with the city to find a way forward.

این پیام من خواهد بود در کنفرانس امنیتی مونیخ و دیدارهای خصوصی‌ام با برخی از قانونگذاران و رهبران جهان. At the Munich Security Conference, my message is clear: any negotiation with the Islamic Republic at this moment of extreme weakness would be a historic mistake. The world must recognize that this regime does not understand diplomacy، it survives on hostage-taking, terrorism, and executions. Take the case of Jamshid Sharmahd, a German citizen kidnapped by the regime. The German government spent months negotiations to bring him home. Instead, his dead body was delivered to Germany. This is the Islamic Republic’s definition of diplomacy. Empowering it now would prolong repression inside Iran and instability across the region. The Islamic Republic is not a legitimate government; it is a threat to global security. So, it is surprising that the German government intervened to cancel an opposition figure from taking part in the Munich Security Conference. I strongly condemn such efforts to cancel dissidents and activists. Because the Islamic regime does not represent the people of Iran. The regime has systematically executed, imprisoned, and tortured its citizens for over four decades. Beyond Iran, the Islamic Republic exports violence through its proxies, from Hezbollah to the Houthis. Any deal with the government in Iran will fund more terrorism, not peace. The Iranian people, not the regime, must be the West’s partner. The people of Iran have shown, in nationwide protests from 2009 to 2022, that they reject this regime. Supporting the Islamic Republic in any form, through negotiations or financial relief, betrays the Iranian people and strengthens a dictatorship that will never reform. Western policymakers must learn from past mistakes. The 2015 nuclear deal (JCPOA) failed because it provided a financial lifeline of billions of dollars to the regime, which it spent on its military and security forces rather than improving the lives of ordinary Iranians. Let us not repeat the failures of the past. The opposition has been divided for years, but now is the time for unity. One reason the Islamic Republic has survived this long is that opposition groups have been fragmented and unable to build a unified front. This moment of crisis presents an opportunity to unite opposition forces, mobilize international support, and work toward a common goal: the end of the Islamic Republic. Western governments must actively support a transition to a secular democracy. The world should engage with and amplify the voices of those fighting for democracy. Just as the West supported the transition from apartheid in South Africa, it must take a stand against apartheid regime and state terrorism in Iran. Final Message: The Islamic Republic has proven time and again that it cannot be trusted with negotiations. Every deal has only given the regime more time to advance its nuclear ambitions, fund terrorism, and oppress its own people. Eliminating Islamic Republic proxies, nuclear sites, IRGC leadership and regime’s key figures, would not only neutralize a direct global threat but also accelerate the fall of a brutal government that has waged war against its own citizens. Eliminating terrorists is not a tragedy—it is a victory for those who have endured the cruelty of dictatorship. The Iranian people do not need another failed diplomatic process, they need decisive action to remove the very system that has kept them in chains. We all need to fight against one of the most dangerous virus, which is called Islamic Republic that is how we protect global security.

RFK Jr. tells CBS News why he’s running for President “I feel like our country has gone off the rails. Both political parties have lost track of what America is supposed to look like. We’re supposed to be a country that is nurturing a middle class rather than Wall Street. That the people run our government rather than the corporations that have captured it in this corrupt merger of state and corporate power. That our children are the healthiest children in the world. Today, they’re the sickest. 60% of our kids now have chronic disease. When my uncle was President, it was only 6%. There’s no other nation that has anything like that. We’re mass poisoning our children with processed foods. We have 1,000 ingredients in our foods that are illegal in Europe. We’re destroying our soils, which is the basis of our economy, of our history, of our culture. We have opportunities now in the future that are gonna come from technology like AI and blockchain, but those technologies can also be used to destroy democracy, to further degrade the middle class. Or, they can be used to make government more transparent and more of a servant to the people, and I think we need leadership that understands that, that understands the peril and the potential. [Leadership] that has a very clear understanding of what America is supposed to look like, and I don’t think we have that from either political party. I think both political parties have now been captured by corporate interests. I think that trend was accelerated and amplified after the Citizens United decision was issued by the Supreme Court in 2010. It unleashed this tsunami of corporate money into the American political landscape. This campaign apparently is gonna cost about $15 billion to both political parties. Because of all that money in the political process, our economic system has become a kind of … strip-mine of the equity and wealth from the American middle class to this new oligarchy of billionaires that is really stealing our democracy from us.”

5 Foreign Universities in Maharashtra 🎓 Delighted to be a part of 'LOI Granting Ceremony of 5 foreign universities to establish campuses in Maharashtra' at the ‘Mumbai Rising – Creating an International Education City’ project along with Hon Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan ji in Mumbai. While addressing, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the entire global community for standing in solidarity with India and the families who lost their loved ones in the tragic Ahmedabad plane crash. Gratitude towards Hon PM Narendra Modi Ji for his visionary leadership in bringing forth India’s New Education Policy. For years, there has been talk of bringing world-class universities to India offering world-class education not just to Indian students, but also to learners from across the globe. Today, we are finally witnessing that vision come to life. This moment has been made possible by the unwavering leadership of Hon PM Narendra Modi Ji and Hon Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan ji, who have led this transformation from the front. In a remarkable display of commitment and efficiency, Letters of Intent (LOIs) have been handed over to 5 globally esteemed universities. Special appreciation to the University Grants Commission (UGC), which made this milestone possible in record time of just 1 month. It was really great to extend warm welcome to all 5 esteemed universities to Maharashtra—and to the vibrant city of Mumbai. Their presence adds immense value to the city’s growing stature as a global hub for education and innovation. The idea of creating a world-class Educity took shape when the NEP opened doors for global universities to enter India. We’ve always envisioned Maharashtra and especially Mumbai as a global education hub. I appreciate CIDCO, the Urban Development Dept for swiftly identifying a prime, well-connected location—close to Navi Mumbai Airport and linked to South Mumbai via Atal Setu in under less then 30 minutes. This Educity will be a true extension of South Mumbai, right in New Mumbai’s heart. Apart from Educity, plans are underway for a MediCity and Sports City. Another upcoming project yet to be officially announced is the Innovation City, a first-of-its-kind hub designed to house the entire innovation ecosystem. It will foster next-gen technology and research. The proximity of leading universities around this zone will create a vibrant, self-sustaining ecosystem for innovation and growth. The presence of these 5 world-class universities in Maharashtra will mark a major step toward making top-tier education accessible and affordable for both Indian and global students. It ensures that deserving students regardless of background or resources can pursue their dreams without barriers. No dream should be left behind for lack of access and this ecosystem makes sure of that. And we’re not stopping at just 5 global universities. Our vision is to build one of the largest ecosystems of foreign universities in India—right here in Navi Mumbai. With this initiative, we’re unlocking potential, empowering dreams, and shaping the future. India is no longer a consumer of global education, but a co-creator of the global future. Hon Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan ji, Minister Chandrakant Dada Patil, Vineet Joshi, Secretary, HE & Chairperson, UGC, Prof. Siladitya Bhattacharya, Vice-Principal, Global Engagement at the University of Aberdeen, Ms Lindy Cameron, British High Commissioner to India, Prof. Charlie Jeffery, Vice Chancellor at University of York, Guy Littlefair, Deputy Vice Chancellor at University of Western Australia, Mr Paul Murphy, Australian Consul General, Raj Echambadi, President at Illinois Tech, Mike Hankey, U.S. Consul General, Ricardo Balbo, Dean at The Istituto Europeo di Design (IED), Walter Ferrara, Italian Consul General and other dignitaries were present too. 9th August 2026, Quick update to clarify an issue that has arisen. Explained in the below video. Yellow card to myself. I say previous posts on 31/08/2026 Of course it should be; 31/07/2026 and 02/08/2026. Links referred to in the video. 1, Home Office Crime Recording Rules for frontline officers and staff 2026/2027. These rules help to ensure that crimes are recorded consistently and accurately. Page 6, The Standard directs a victim focused approach to crime recording. The intention is that victims are believed and benefit from statutory entitlements under the Code of Practice for Victims of Crime (CPVC). This seeks to ensure that those reporting crimes will be treated with empathy and their allegations will be taken seriously. Any investigation which follows is then taken forward with an open mind to establish the truth. 2, WHO declares covid pandemic over. May 2023. 3, U.K. ends all Covid restrictions 24/02/2022. 4, Operation Talla ended when the U.K declared the end of the pandemic allowing police to return to regular duties. Some say 24/02/22, 31/12/2022, it’s irrelevant as normal policing standards resumed. The police who refuse to accept reports of crimes need to be challenged, politely, calmly but factually and this information can be used to do so. I’m getting alot of contact. I try to reply to everyone but it has become impossible to do so. Please understand, due to the many requests I cannot take on individual cases. Thank you. Mark.

#WATCH | Hyderabad | On PIL challenging Industrial Land Transformation Policy, Petitioners' Counsel, Advocate Prateek Reddy says, "A PIL was filed by an environmentalist and retired professor challenging the HILTP GO, wherein the government intends to selectively convert, on an application made by an individual landowner, land in the industrial zone into a multi-use zone. Post-conversion, the GO itself permits residences, schools, hospitals, etc. This was challenged primarily on three grounds. First, it violates the existing master plan, which demarcates industrial zones as “manufactured use zones,” and in those zones the zonal development plan prohibits construction of residences and schools. So the GO is directly contrary to the zonal plan and to the HMD Act. The Supreme Court and this Court have held that as long as zones are fixed in the master plan, any conversion can only happen by amending the master plan. That process has not been followed. Second, in 2013 the government issued a GO stating that all polluting industrial units must be shifted from the present industrial zone to outside the Outer Ring Road, and that only after shifting can there be a change in land use. The present GO does not say this. It claims to draw power from the 2013 GO and says its intentions are the same... The present GO says existing industrial units will continue, and whoever opts for conversion will be charged 30% of sub-registrar value as a one-time fee... Third, Supreme Court law clearly states that industrial units and residential units cannot co-exist due to pollution... We raised all these grounds. The Advocate General made a fair statement in reply, stating that the government will follow the 2013 GO, which says "no conversion till shifting", and that it will follow the HMDA Act and issue notifications. When we pressed for interim relief, the Court said that since there is a plain and clear statement by the Learned Advocate General that they will scrupulously follow the 2013 GO, which prohibits change in land use prior to shifting, we need not have any apprehension. The Court said such a statement must be given due weightage..." (05.12)

Latest News: Bicester Mod Site A for Asylum Seekers has caused a major political upheaval and dismay. Utility companies have been instructed to proceed and plan to deploy within 8 weeks The residents of Piddington that sit immediately next door to the proposed asylum site A, learnt today that without any plans or structured published proposal available for Public review and scrutiny, other than a verbal and written statements from the Home Office of its intentions, understand the utility companies have been instructed to proceed with preparations to make the site viable. The site would need appropriate electrical power supply, water supply and sewage disposal facilities to house 1125 single men. This site was not designed for this purpose and substantial adjustments are being planned and executed in readiness to start work end of August early September 2026. It is my firm belief that the government has no intention to allow due process to be followed and if the planned proposal is published to the public it will be done just on the break of the summer holiday period. This leaves Piddington and the surrounding villages and towns less than 2 weeks to respond to the proposal during a period of time when most people and professional resources are away on holiday. Piddington is seeking independence and self determination, the principality of Piddington that is being railroaded by powers beyond its control, This Plucky little beautiful English village has taken a referendum on 4th July 2026 for independence with a 96% YES result! Timeline: 26th June UK government announced proposal to develop Bicester Site A 3rd July precisely 7 days after the announcement, Piddington agrees to have a vote on the Referendum to become an independent state from the United Kingdom. 4th July Ballots open at 9an and closed at 9 pm with the results of 96% seeking independence as our way to manage this issue. Piddington has a mandate to explore with the UK government and will seek help from the international community to bring leverage against the UK government. Kolkata | West Bengal CM Suvendu Adhikari says, "We held a productive meeting here. Dharmendra Pradhan was supposed to attend, but Sukanta Majumdar was present. 8 high-ranking officials arrived from Delhi. We have joined the National Education Policy and the PM-SHRI scheme. The previous government did not avail of the funds because they failed to comply with the Government of India's policies; even if the Centre had wanted to release the funds, it could not have done so. All issues were discussed. We will receive the entire allocation for this financial year. Discussions covered how to provide modern education to students in schools, colleges, and universities so they need not rely on the private education system; how to optimize the student-teacher ratio; and how to maintain transparency in teacher recruitment by keeping politics out of the process, ensuring appointments are based on merit. Particular emphasis was placed on modernizing educational institutions. Schools will now receive component grants. We have set a target covering 81,000 schools. Gas-based cooking will be adopted for mid-day meals everywhere. Solar panels will be installed across all locations in a phased manner. Clean, hygienic toilets and arsenic-free drinking water will be provided everywhere. Children will eat and drink using proper, clean plates, ensuring a hygienic environment. The initiative will begin in Birbhum, Bankura, Purulia, and Jhargram. Fans will be installed in schools that currently lack them, alleviating the discomfort students face due to the heat. I have directed that sanitary napkin vending machines be installed in girls' schools and have recommended the use of water purifiers to foster a healthy environment. Our government has also decided to conduct inspections of all private educational institutions and private universities to which we have issued a No Objection Certificate (NOC)... Under the National Education Policy, we will transform this into high-quality education. I have also asked the Education Minister to amend the new education law. A bill should be introduced in the Legislative Assembly as soon as possible so that the responsibility of the School Management Committee Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson can be entrusted to a parent. This rule exists in every BJP-ruled state; this state had not implemented it. To be honest, this will take considerable time... The previous government created this mess by focusing specifically on the OBC category. We have rectified that error by introducing a bill in the Assembly. Merely introducing a law in the Assembly will not suffice; the previous government had approached the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court reopened on July 8. Within a few days, the state government will withdraw the OBC case from the Supreme Court. Consequently, the remaining 6,000 appointments will be made, in addition to the 6,000 already verbally promised. As we pledged in our proposal, no political figure will be involved in the recruitment process; we have appointed an official of Chief Secretary rank as the administrator. The reservation roster for ST, SC, and OBC categories will operate based on transparency and merit. Starting August 1, the expenditure for mid-day meals at the primary level will increase from ₹6.78 to ₹10. ISKCON has taken up the responsibility for mid-day meals in several locations, including Kolkata; they will provide high-quality food. You should continue discussing ISKCON and the issue of eggs for a few more days; I will share the rest of the details with you on August 1..."

5 acres of prime public land in the heart of BKC — worth thousands of crores — has effectively been converted into a private retreat for MMRDA officers and their families. The so-called “City Park”, developed using taxpayers’ money as a green lung for the people of Bandra East and surrounding areas, is today shut to the very citizens who paid for it. I personally visited the park today and was shocked to see that public access is restricted through the ‘Jetwan’ staff quarters of MMRDA. While the common Mumbaikar struggles to find open spaces to walk, exercise or let their children play, a select group of bureaucrats is enjoying exclusive access to sprawling gardens, state-of-the-art tennis courts and cricket turfs — all maintained using public funds. To make matters worse, MMRDA recently even hosted exclusive sports events for officers inside this restricted park. This is not governance. This is entitlement. Mumbai’s public spaces cannot become the private playgrounds of unelected Babus. The MMRDA Commissioner must immediately explain: • Under what authority has public access to this park been restricted? • Why is taxpayers’ money being spent on maintaining facilities inaccessible to taxpayers themselves? • Who took the decision to convert a public amenity into a closed officers’ enclave? The people of Mumbai deserve answers. Public land belongs to the public — not to a privileged few sitting in government quarters.

PALGHAR LOVE JI HAD: From Dahanu to London: a case raising serious questions and triggering an SIT investigation in Maharashtra.” A controversial case from Maharashtra’s Palghar district has sparked outrage and intense debate. According to media reports, two young women from Dahanu and Bordi allegedly travelled to London with Muslim men, leading to allegations from family members and demands for a deeper investigation. The case gained further attention after an FIR was filed by the father of one of the women. According to the complaint, the family had saved ₹1.25 lakh for their daughter’s higher education and future plans abroad. The father alleges that his daughter left home on May 16 and never returned. After searching for her through relatives, friends, and local contacts, the family later discovered that she had reportedly travelled overseas. Family members have alleged that the young women were influenced over a prolonged period and gradually distanced from their families. Some reports have also raised questions about how the overseas travel, visas, and living expenses were arranged, leading to speculation about whether individuals beyond those directly involved may have assisted them. In light of the seriousness of the allegations, the Maharashtra government has ordered a Special Investigation Team, or SIT, to examine the matter. Investigators are expected to look into all aspects of the case, including the circumstances surrounding the relationships, overseas travel, financial support, and any possible criminal elements if evidence is found. At this stage, it is important to note that these are allegations and claims made by family members and reported in the media. The investigation is ongoing, and no final conclusions have been reached. However, the case has reignited a broader conversation about online influence, family communication, youth vulnerability, and the need for transparency whenever young individuals suddenly relocate abroad under sensitive circumstances. The truth will ultimately emerge through the investigation and the judicial process. Until then, the questions remain. Disclaimer: This report is based on FIR allegations, statements attributed to family members, and media reports. The matter is under investigation, and all allegations remain subject to verification through due legal process.

GUYS!! NIGERIA, AEDC, AND TINUBU HAPPENED TO MY SMALL COMMUNITY IN LUGBE YESTERDAY!!!😥 For almost 3 years since I built my small hut in this community, we have been battling with epileptic power situation due to the overloaded Transformer which has been serving 3 communities including mine. In December 2025, after myself and a few community members spearheaded a regime change and ensured a proper election was conducted. After the election, we told the newly elected chairman (who happens to be my very very good friend) that the priority is for us to get our own dedicated Transformer for the community. Initially, we were thinking of buying. But considering it will cost over N20million to buy a 500KVA Transformer and another N15million plus for accessories and installation, the mission looked impossible. Then I and others told the Chairman that we can actually give it a try an reach out to the aedcelectricity for a Transformer given that the NERC Nigeria has told Nigerians that it is the responsibility of the DISCOs to provide Transformer and any power related infrastructure to any community or area in need of such infrastructure. Considering the Nigerian factor, many, infact, almost the entire community said it was never going to be possible for AEDC to give us a Transformer free of charge. But as someone who has been an advocate of government and who has always benefited from government by following due process, I encouraged my community and the Chairman that this is actually worth a try. In January 2026, we drafted a Transformer request letter and submitted to the AEDC Head Office at Wuse Zone 4, and the processes began. Low and behold, in less than 4 months, the AEDC, yesterday, delivered a brand new 500KVA Transformer with complete accessories to my community FREE-OF-CHARGE!🤸‍♂️🕺 I have told my community people that we have started benefitting our own share of the N3.3trillion approved by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to GENCOs and all of us have agreed that come 2027, it is TINUBU OR NOTHING!!!🤗💪🏾 God bless the AEDC! God bless NERC!! God bless President Tinubu!!! God bless Nigeria 🇳🇬🙏🏾

In recent years, what has been happening in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa is not just a military conflict, it is a deep-rooted social reaction. 1/ The growth of Tehrik-i-Taliban #Pakistan (#TTP) cannot be explained solely by ideology or external influence, this phenomenon is the direct result of oppression and harsh measures by Pakistan’s military in Pashtun regions. 2/ Every time the Pakistani military conducts operations, arbitrary arrests, civilian killings, humiliation, and economic deprivation, public anger turns into organized resistance. For many in the region, this process has become a “natural response,” not something planned from outside. /3 TTP cannot be seen as an imported group, it is a movement emerging from the Pashtun community itself. There are 30 million Pashtuns living in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and another 20 million in other parts of Pakistan. This large population has long felt treated as second-class citizens by the central government and military. /4 When such a population experiences decades of oppression, losing land, rights, economy, and security, it is not surprising that armed resistance emerges. /5 The Pakistani army has consistently tried to blame Afghanistan for internal instability, but the reality is clear: •The Durand Line is fully fenced and controlled by Pakistan’s military •All border crossings are under strict surveillance •No one can enter or exit without monitoring, /6 So, claims that TTP enters from Afghanistan are simply a political excuse to avoid domestic responsibility. The truth is, TTP originates from the oppressed areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and has nothing to do with Afghanistan. /7 As long as Pakistan’s policies continue to involve, •Shelling Pashtun villages •Bombing weddings •Kidnapping youth without trial •Suppressing Pashtun identity in media and education /8 the growth of this movement will not stop. Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan is neither ‘imported’ nor “imposed”, it is the natural outcome of decades of injustice in Pashtun lands. As long as Pakistan’s policy remains based on oppression and militarization, resistance will continue. /9

I do not understand the logic behind this conversation: 1. The only reason WIKE could not be suspended or expelled f5om PDP is his stranglehold on the Judiciary and President TINUBU 2. WIKE will be nobody today if not for the unholy alliance between him and TINUBU 3. OBI left PDP before the Presidential Primary. How can any serious commentator blame ATIKU for the problems of PDP 4. PDP chose to throw its Primary wide open, a decision that was controlled by WIKE'S group, and WIKE lost, how was that ATIKU's fault again. 5. WIKE lobbied to be ATIKU's running mate and lost out, and later chose to support TINUBU; how's that ATIKU's fault. 6. Was there a guarantee that either ATIKU or OBI or WIKR would have defeated TINUBU on PDP platform. 7. The Constitution of Nigeria supremely allows everyone to pursue his/her own dreams, legitimately, so what's this obsession with trying to suppress ATIKU who has never stopped others from pursuing theirs. 8. Was it ATIKU that scattered the Labor and NNPP Parties. 9.
