Deadly Strength Sins Most lifters don’t need more information. They need fewer stupid detours. Here are the biggest mistakes keeping people weak, beat up, and stuck. MAJORING IN MINORS Chasing big lifts but treating skull crushers like the Super Bowl? Been there. Blew up my elbows years ago acting like assistance work was the main event. Assistance lifts support the foundation. They are not the foundation. The squat, bench, deadlift, carries, presses, rows: That’s the meat and potatoes. Cable kickbacks are seasoning. MOVEMENT INTENTION You are not sculpting delts during a 700-pound squat. Core lifts are about moving heavy weight from Point A to Point B: Fast. Clean. Violent. Efficient. Save the slow squeeze-and-feel bodybuilding mindset for curls, laterals, and cable crossovers. Heavy training requires aggressive intent. HIGH REPS FOR MAX STRENGTH Running marathons will not improve your 40-yard dash. Same idea with endless 20-rep sets building a huge 1RM. Technique changes under maximal strain. The bar path changes. The timing changes. Your body changes. A warm-up at 50% does not teach you how to survive 90%. If maximal strength is the goal: Lift heavy. 85%+. Low reps. Specific intent. Specificity beats sweat equity. WARM-UPS Want to get better at squatting? Warm up by squatting. Light weight. Perfect reps. Explosive intent. Groove the pattern. Wake up the nervous system. Build the fire before the heavy sets arrive. Specificity is king. EXERCISE ORDER Train your priority first. Period. You do not pre-fatigue your nervous system with fluff then expect greatness under a heavy bar. Fresh mind. Fresh body. Main lift first. FINAL THOUGHTS Getting strong is not complicated. The problem is lifters drown in noise. Fancy exercises. Circus tricks. Random workouts. Endless novelty. Meanwhile the strongest people in the world keep hammering the basics with intent, consistency, and progression. Lift with purpose. Prioritize core lifts. Do not let fancy fluff neuter your progress. Locked, loaded, and ready.

Foxtail grass might look like an innocent, fluffy weed, but it is one of the single most dangerous hazards a pet owner can face in their own backyard. As these grasses dry out, their seed heads break apart into sharp, arrow-like structures. Due to their barbed design, they move in only one direction: forward. If a dog walks through a patch, these seeds can easily embed themselves between paws, hitchhike into ears, or be inhaled up the nose. Once inside, they don't stop moving, often burrowing deep into tissue and causing severe infections, abscesses, or internal damage that requires emergency surgery. Beyond the devastating risk to pets, letting foxtails take over a lawn ruins the turf. They are highly invasive, opportunistic growers that crowd out desirable grasses, rapidly spreading thousands of seeds that can remain viable in the soil for years. How to Safely Eradicate Foxtails Manual Pulling (Early Stage): If the infestation is manageable, pull them out by the roots while they are still green and before the seed heads dry out. Wear heavy gloves and ensure the entire root structure is removed. Mowing with a Bag: Never use a side-discharge mower on dry foxtails, as this will only launch and scatter the seeds across the yard. If mowing, use a bagging attachment to collect and safely discard the debris. Targeted Vinegar Solutions: For localized patches where non-chemical options are preferred, a high-concentration horticultural vinegar (20% acetic acid) can kill the weed down to the root on a hot, sunny day. Dog-Friendly Turf Alternatives Replacing patchy areas with resilient, dog-safe grasses can prevent foxtails from taking hold in the future: Kentucky Bluegrass: A hardy, lush option that handles high foot traffic and recovers quickly from pet wear. Perennial Ryegrass: Known for fast germination, this grass creates a dense barrier that naturally competes against invasive weed seeds. Maximizing Lawn Health Safely To build a naturally weed-resistant lawn, boosting soil health is key. Insect frass (the organic waste/castings of cultivated insects) makes an excellent, 100% pet-safe fertilizer. Look for a high-quality, pure Mealworm Frass. It provides a gentle, slow-release balance of nutrients and contains chitin, which naturally stimulates the lawn's immune system to fight off fungal pathogens without posing any toxic risk to dogs or local wildlife.

The best exercise for the brain you’ve probably never seen. According to Michael J. Lavery’s book “Whole Brain Power”, using a 4-pound sledge hammer to bounce a golf ball up and down dramatically amplifies both your neurological and physical demands Massive Central Nervous System (CNS) Activation The sheer weight of a 4-lb sledge forces the CNS to fire at a much higher intensity. To keep a lively golf ball bouncing on a heavy, rigid piece of steel, your brain has to send incredibly powerful, rapid-fire signals to your muscles. This level of resistance forces maximum motor unit recruitment, teaching your nervous system to fire more efficiently under tension. Elite Grip and Forearm Strength Lavery heavily emphasizes the link between hand/grip strength and brain health, viewing the hands as the direct external extension of the central nervous system. Bouncing a ball requires a loose, reactive wrist to absorb and redirect impact, but holding a 4-lb hammer requires immense isometric grip strength. Managing that weight leverages extreme stress onto the forearms, wrists, and fingers, building dense, functional grip strength that standard lifting rarely touches. Accelerated Neuroplasticity via Forced Focus With a light hammer, you can cheat the movement or rely on casual reflexes. With a 4-lb sledge, there is zero room for error. The high penalty for a missed bounce (the heavy hammer dropping or completely throwing off your rhythm) forces the brain into a state of hyper-vigilance and deep cognitive focus. This intense concentration triggers a higher release of acetylcholine and dopamine, the exact neurotransmitters required to stimulate neuroplasticity and forge new neural pathways. Overcoming Hemispheric Dominance (Ambidexterity) When you transition the 4-lb sledge to your non-dominant hand, the challenge scales exponentially. Because the non-dominant hemisphere of your brain isn't used to managing that much weight combined with fine motor precision, the drill forces rapid communication across the corpus callosum (the bridge connecting the left and right sides of the brain). It quickly exposes and corrects deep-seated muscular and neurological imbalances between your two sides. Cortical Mapping and Joint Stability Holding a heavy weight at the end of a lever arm requires all the stabilizing micro-muscles in your wrist, elbow, and shoulder rotator cuff to fire simultaneously. This builds incredible joint integrity while expanding your brain’s "cortical map"—its internal blueprint of where your body is in space (proprioception). Benefits: - Maximum Central Nervous System Recruitment - Dense Grip and Forearm Strength - Forced Cognitive Focus & Neuroplasticity - Rapid Dual-Hemisphere Brain Activation - Enhanced Proprioception & Joint Integrity - Growth Hormone (GH) and Testosterone - “ Fountain of Youth" Endorphins - Dopamine and Acetylcholine - Insulin Sensitivity and Blood Sugar Regulation

"There Is A Direct Relationship Between Autism & Alzheimer's With The Amount Of Aluminum In Their Brain Tissue." Ted Kuntz "And Yet...That Is What Is Being Injected Into Our Babies." "Injected Aluminum Is 100% Absorbed...Whereas Aluminum Eaten In Food, Only 0.1% Is Absorbed." When a newborn gets the Hep-B shot at birth...500 mcg of Aluminum Adjuvant is injected straight into the bloodstream...all 500 mcg of Aluminum are absorbed into the baby's system. When someone consumes foods or drinks containing 500 mcg of Aluminum, which travels thru the digestive tract & filtered by the liver & kidneys...only 0.50 mcg of Aluminum is absorbed into the system. For comparison...the FDA has a maximum limit of Aluminum allowable in baby formula to include no more than 15 mcg for an 8lb baby (3.6 kg) to prevent Aluminum accumulation & toxicity. Babies & children are being injected with thousands of micrograms of Aluminum at every 'well baby' visit to the pediatrician. If a child receives all vaccine doses on the childhood vaccination schedule which contains between 90 & 120 doses...they will be injected with more than 13,000 mcg of Aluminum by 18yrs old. All 13,000 mcg are absorbed 100% directly into the bloodstream & spread throughout the body to toxify all organs including the brain. Common Vaccines & Aluminum Content Of Each: 500 mcg - Recombivax (Hepatitis B) 500 mcg - Gardasil 9 (HPV) 625 mcg - Infanrix (DTaP) 600 mcg - Kinrix (DTaP/Polio) 850 mcg - Pediarix (DTaP /Polio/Hep B) 330 mcg - Pentacel (DTaP/Polio/HIB) 330 mcg - Quadracel (DTaP/Polio) 319 mcg - Vaxelis (DTaP/Polio/Hep B/HIB) 225 mcg - PedvaxHIB (H. influenzae B) 250 mcg - Havrix (Hepatitis A) 225 mcg - Vaqta (Hepatitis A) 450 mcg - Twinrix (Hepatitis A & B) From clinical research studies, Aluminum stays in the body & brain with a 94% retention rate in internal organs, causing grave harm. While no one wants Apartheid back, many are asking why South Africa was, by far, better run then than it is now. Why is this? Under Apartheid SA was run by industry, not ideology. South Africa under apartheid (roughly 1948–1994) ran a state-supported capitalist economy, not a communist one. There were strong protections of property rights, unlike now where the black government can seize your property, causing investor uncertainty. Predictable commercial law, aggressive industrialization, large-scale mining, manufacturing, and energy investment. A technocratic, merit-based civil service (for whites only — considered as racist as the black one today, but, back then under white management, administratively effective). The economy grew rapidly in: 1950s–1970s (often 5–7% GDP growth) Heavy industry (steel, chemicals, armaments, energy). Infrastructure (rail, ports, power stations). 2. The current economy is not truly communist, but it is state-heavy and politically captured. Post-1994 South Africa is best described as: A mixed economy with strong state control High redistribution promises, and weak execution capacity. The ruling party, African National Congress, follows a Tripartite Alliance ideology with: South African Communist Party and COSATU. This results in rigid labor laws, cadre deployment (political loyalty over competence), and hostility toward private capital. The system is redistributive without productive growth (ie: steal from the whites with a promise to give to the blacks) — a fatal economic flaw. 3. Governance collapse, not equality, is the core problem with the ANC. The biggest difference is state capability. The Apartheid state was highly centralized, technically competent and the country's infrastructure was maintained. Post-apartheid state: Widespread state capture with politicized bureaucracy. Collapse of SOEs (Eskom, Transnet, SAA) Weak local government Massive corruption. Economic equality cannot be achieved when the state cannot deliver basics like electricity, rail, water, or policing. High unemployment (~32%, higher in reality) Low investment Shrinking tax base due to emigrating whites, and dependence on social grants. You cannot redistribute what you do not produce.

A quiet, solidly mounted anvil does make a meaningful difference in the quality of blacksmithing work. When an anvil rattles due to poor bolting, base imperfections, or instability, it absorbs and dissipates much of the hammer’s energy through vibration and movement rather than transferring it efficiently into the hot metal. This leads to less effective deformation with each blow, requiring more strikes before the workpiece cools, which can result in incomplete shaping, uneven grain flow, surface defects, or even cracks from rushed or insufficient hammering. Precision also suffers because vibrations make it harder to land accurate, controlled blows, especially during detailed operations like drawing tapers, punching, or fullering. The smith tires more quickly, leading to greater inconsistency across pieces or production runs, while the excessive bounce accelerates wear on both the anvil face and tools. In contrast, a quiet anvil—firmly bolted to a heavy stand, timber base, or concrete with a flat contact surface—returns nearly all impact energy to the metal. Forging feels crisp and “dead,” allowing cleaner, faster, and more predictable shaping with better metallurgical results, such as improved grain refinement and fewer internal flaws. Modern smiths often add rubber pads or reinforced mounts specifically to achieve this stability, making it one of the highest-return upgrades for consistent, high-quality manufacture.

The lack of water available to firefighters in Los Angeles was unavoidable, say experts and the media. Hydrants ran dry because the fires were just too big and the water system too old. Even if the large Santa Ynez reservoir had been filled with water, it likely would not have made a difference, they say. But there are good reasons to believe that it would have made a very significant difference. The Santa Ynez Reservoir is just a few thousand feet away from where the massive Pacific Palisades fire started and is the second largest of L.A.’s “ten major active reservoirs.” It’s too early to say precisely how much of a difference it would have made, and there’s no question that LA’s fire system is antiquated. It was never created to battle so many different fires at once. What’s more, the use of so many hydrants and the destruction of so many service lines to private residences resulted in a major loss of water and, thus, of water pressure. But the Santa Ynez reservoir was uphill from the Pacific Palisades fire and the firefighters doing battle with it would likely have had first access to its 117 million gallons of water before other firefighters below them. And that would likely have kept water pressure high. While the media downplayed the significance of the Santa Ynez, a senior water utility executive has come forward to tell Public that “117 million gallons is a huge amount of treated water storage to have available for firefighting. Massive. Maybe one of the biggest treated water storage reservoirs on the whole West Coast.” The person I spoke with has worked as a senior professional in a California water utility for two decades. The person told Public that the LADWP should never have drained the Santa Ynez reservoir of water. Instead, it should have kept it full for emergency use, and only drained it to repair a torn cover after the fire risk was far lower and after LADWP had a contractor under contract and ready to perform necessary repairs.... Please subscribe now to support Public's award-winning investigative journalism, read the rest of the article, and watch the full video!

Presenting Savitri’s Lal Chamcham recipe as several of you requested it. These luscious Bengali Mithai take some time to prepare but are actually very simple to make and the results are so delicious, that your family will demand them every week. #SavitriCooks —————————- Lal (caramel) Chamcham Recipe A rich and flavorful take on the classic Bengali sweet, these lal caramel-infused chamchams are firm, juicy, and delicately coated with khoya. Follow this step-by-step guide for a unique, delectable dessert. Ingredients For the Chenna (Paneer): •2 liters whole milk •3-4 tablespoons vinegar For the Sugar Syrup: •1 cup sugar •3 cups water For the Caramel: •¼ cup sugar •½ cup water Final Assembly: •⅓ cup cold water •Crumbled dry khoya (for coating) Instructions Step 1: Prepare the Chenna Boil the milk in a heavy-bottomed pan, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching. Once it comes to a boil, add vinegar slowly while stirring. The milk will curdle and separate into chenna (curds) and whey. Strain the chenna through a muslin or cheesecloth placed over a colander. Rinse the chenna under cold water to remove any vinegar flavor. Squeeze out excess moisture. Hang the cloth and let it drain for at least 2 hours. Step 2: Knead and Shape the Chenna Transfer the drained chenna to a plate. Knead for 7–8 minutes until it becomes smooth and starts to release oil. Divide the dough into small portions and shape into smooth, cylindrical balls. Cover with a damp cloth and set aside. Step 3: Cook the Chamchams In a wide pot, combine 1 cup sugar with 3 cups water. Bring to a boil. Once the sugar is fully dissolved and the syrup is bubbling, gently add the shaped chamchams. Cover with a lid and simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes. Uncover and gently stir to ensure even cooking. Step 4: Make the Caramel In a separate pan, melt ¼ cup sugar over low heat. Do not stir initially; swirl the pan if needed. When the sugar turns a rich golden brown and is fully liquefied, carefully add ½ cup water. The mixture will bubble up rapidly, stir vigorously to dissolve any lumps. Once smooth and lump-free, turn off the heat. Step 5: Add Caramel to Chamchams Slowly pour the prepared caramel into the simmering chamchams. The sweets will absorb the golden color and develop a rich caramel flavor. Cover again and simmer for another 10 minutes. Add ⅓ cup cold water, cover, and simmer for a final 15 minutes. Turn off the heat. Let the chamchams rest in the syrup for 10–12 hours to fully absorb flavor and moisture. Step 6: Finish and Serve After soaking, gently transfer chamchams to a sieve and let excess syrup drain. Once they are dry to the touch, roll them in a platter of crumbled dry khoya. Serve chilled or at room temperature with garnish of choice. Enjoy!

The Most Ignorant Statement From Vaccine Promoters Is..."You Get More Aluminum In Your Food Than You Ever Get In A Vaccine." This Is A Complete Fallacy & Lie For Those Who Know Real Science. Ingested Aluminum...Only 0.1% Is Absorbed. Injected Aluminum...100% Is Absorbed. If you consume foods or drinks containing 250 mcg of Aluminum, which travels thru your digestive tract & filtered by the liver & kidneys...only 0.25 mcg of Aluminum is absorbed into your system. When 250 mcg of Aluminum Adjuvant is injected straight into your bloodstream...all 250 mcg of Aluminum is absorbed into your system. The FDA's own research & maximum limit of Aluminum in food & nutrition products for children states: "In an attempt to limit the risk of aluminum toxicity, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requires manufacturers of pediatric nutrition products to contain a maximum daily aluminum dose of 4 to 5 mcg/kg/day to prevent accumulation and toxicity." 100% Of The Aluminum Adjuvant From These Vaccines Are Absorbed, Stored & Poison The Body: 330 mcg - Daptacel (DTaP) 625 mcg - Infanrix (DTaP) 600 mcg - Kinrix (DTaP/Polio) 850 mcg - Pediarix (DTaP /Polio/Hep B) 330 mcg - Pentacel (DTaP/Polio/HIB) 330 mcg - Quadracel (DTaP / Polio) 319 mcg - Vaxelis (DTaP/Polio/Hep B/HIB) 225 mcg - PedvaxHIB (H. influenzae B) 250 mcg - Havrix (Hepatitis A) 225 mcg - Vaqta (Hepatitis A) 450 mcg - Twinrix (Hepatitis A & B) 250 mcg - Engerix-B (Hepatitis B) 500 mcg - Recombivax (Hepatitis B) 500 mcg - Gardasil 9 (HPV) 519 mcg - Bexsero (Meningococcal B) 125 mcg - Prevnar (Pneumococcal) 125 mcg - Vaxneuvance (Pneumococcal) 330 mcg - Tenivac (Tetanus & Diphtheria) 330 mcg - Adacel (Tdap) 390 mcg - Boostrix (Tdap) This totals 7,600 mcg of injected Aluminum of which 100% is absorbed. If 7,600 mcg of Aluminum is ingested in food or beverages, only 0.1%, which is 7.6 mcg would have been absorbed. Aluminum stays in the body & brain with a 94% retention rate in internal organs, causing grave harm. Aluminum can only be chelated out thru a heavy metals chelation protocol. 👇FDA's Aluminum Limits In Formula👇 👇Chronic Aluminum Retention From Vaccines👇 👇214 Research Papers: Vaccines Cause Autism👇 Speaker: Dr Chris Shaw Dr Christopher Shaw, PhD Video: HAZARDBOYS

🚨New: Yan Diomande on why he turned down PSG, Manchester City, Liverpool and Arsenal — and why Real Madrid is the only move he consider: 🗣️Yan Diomandé: “The interest from PSG, Manchester City, Liverpool and Arsenal was flattering on paper. But when you actually look at how those teams play and what they would ask of me, the mismatches were obvious. At PSG the system is fluid and star-heavy. They need attackers who can constantly rotate positions and share the ball with three or four other high-profile forwards. I play my best football with clear space to attack 1v1 and finish moves myself. That setup never felt like the right environment for a winger who wants to be decisive every week rather than one of several options. Manchester City is even more specific. The structure is world-class, but it turns wide players into disciplined positional pieces. You have to track inside, hold your shape, and sacrifice a lot of the freedom that makes a dribbler dangerous. I didn’t want to become another efficient cog in that machine, no matter how many trophies it wins. Liverpool’s intensity is impressive, but the way they attack relies on constant chaos and overlapping runs from full-backs. My game is more about control, timing the dribble, and isolating full-backs in space. That high-tempo, transition-heavy style just doesn’t suit how I see myself developing. Arsenal are building something solid under Arteta, but their possession phases are very structured and patient. Wingers are expected to stay in tight positions and recycle the ball a lot. I’m not looking to join a project that is still refining its identity at the highest level. I want a team that already knows how to win the biggest matches. Real Madrid only came into the race late, and that actually made the difference clearer. Their interest felt different. They don’t try to force you into a rigid system. They give attackers freedom to create in the final third while still demanding the mentality to perform when everything is on the line. That combination of freedom and history is what stood out for me. Once those conversations started, the other options stopped mattering.

No studio. No mic. No camera. No host. No guest. And yet — I had my podcast in under 5 hours 🎙️ For a while now, I’ve been exploring ways to convert my English videos into Hindi. Thought about re-recording, dubbing, even using an AI avatar — but all of it felt expensive and effort-heavy So I tried this instead: Step 1: NotebookLM has this feature called “audio overview”. It takes any written text and turns it into a podcast-styled voiceover. I simply dropped my Youtube video URL — and within 10 minutes, there was a clean, translated Hindi podcast with dual-voice narration that actually sounds like two people chatting Step 2: Spent 3 hours stitching everything together: a) Recorded a short intro using Tella b) Generated AI visuals of my podcast co-hosts (Pixelcut + ChatGPT) c) Edited & sequenced everything using DaVinci Resolve — manual cuts, trims, timing etc. Step 3: The usual upload drill — thumbnail + title + description + tags etc. Took me another 1.5 hours And in under 5 hours, I had my own PODCAST EPISODE 👏👏👏 I’ll get faster (and better) with time but imagine the possibilities. Now, I can easily convert my earlier videos — not just in Hindi, but even Tamil, Marathi & other regional languages Likewise, if you want to learn about an industry. Just grab 6–7 relevant video URLs or a couple of research reports, drop them into NotebookLM — and boom, you’ve got yourself a podcast in less than 10 minutes. Turn your commute into a mini MBA 👨‍🎓 It’s early days — but this feels like a whole new format PS: I do wish I had that deep RJ-style voice like my co-hosts 😄 .

“These distribution centers have killed more people than they have helped.” REPORT: The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) – an Israeli- and U.S.-backed entity rejected by major international aid organizations – announced it had suspended food parcel distribution in Gaza, blaming Hamas for claimed “direct threats.” “These threats made it impossible to proceed today without putting innocent lives at risk,” GHF said in a statement. “GHF will not be deterred. We remain committed to safe, secure, and independent aid delivery. We are actively adapting our operations to overcome these threats and fully intend to resume distributions without delay.” Palestinian journalist Ahmed Al-Najjar told Al Jazeera English that “these distribution centers have killed more people than they have helped.” He said, “It’s almost tragically comical to say these GHF sites are closed today, as if they were operating effectively” and “making a difference” in the lives of Palestinians amid the humanitarian catastrophe imposed on Gaza. GHF, which requires Palestinians to walk long distances through dangerous areas to collect heavy boxes of dry food, has been widely described as serving Israeli military objectives under the guise of humanitarianism. Since it began operations about 10 days ago, Israeli forces have repeatedly opened fire on civilians gathered near its aid sites, killing at least 118 people. The United Nations and major aid agencies have said they already have systems in place to deliver aid safely and warned that parallel structures like GHF are exacerbating Gaza’s humanitarian crisis rather than alleviating it.

Santa Claus’ origin story is the Siberian mushroom Shaman🍄🎅🏼🎄 The Shaman, dressed in red & white like the mushroom, riding a reindeer sleigh, brought mushrooms to the community to celebrate Winter Solstice Doors of the yurts were snowed in so people entered by chimney People would hang their mushrooms in stockings above the fireplace overnight to dry When collecting the psychedelic mushrooms, that grew under evergreen trees, (resembling presents, gifts from God), the Shamans would hang them in the tree to dry in the sun during the day while they were harvesting so that the bag of mushrooms was not so heavy to carry This resembled a decorated Christmas tree 🎄 We’ve been lied to about everything Ceremonial psychedelic mushroom use is an ancient spiritual practice whose variations spanned from Russia, Germany and across all Europe The psychedelic experience, impossible to explain, can be so spiritually profound and life changing that it leaves you filled with wonder and gratitude for all your family, friendships and life itself The experience feels like traveling to other dimensions and can even feel more real than everyday waking life, by bringing you to a place that you remember from before you were born The truth is that magic of Spirit is real but this reality has been kept hidden from us by the overlords who rewrote history The modern Santa Claus story has been distorted into a materialistic trauma ritual, by telling your children Santa Claus is real, allowing them to feel the wonder and magic of the supernatural, but then as they grow older, they slowly realize you’ve been lying to them the entire time, leaving them disenchanted and pessimistic about anything magic and spiritual Our true history has been hidden from us It’s time to reclaim humanity’s ancient past The magic of “Santa Claus” is real, it’s just not what you think Merry Christmas🎄✨

While videos circulate online showing British police being heavy handed with ordinary, concerned citizens, the real truth is this, crime across the UK is rising, yet the real criminals walk free without fear of the law. This short clip I’m sharing is from a much longer video taken on a rare weekend out with my family. I don’t usually share these moments publicly because I have a special needs daughter who doesn’t understand what’s happening around her. But this moment is too important to ignore. In the clip, a South Wales Police officer approached me while I was with my family, to demand that I sign a document regarding my complaint about members of the Muslim community in Swansea. For context. I’ve received multiple death threats and abuse, and I made an official complaint, supported by other witnesses, about a man who was openly derogatory towards me. Instead of protecting me, the police told me that if I didn’t immediately explain why I reported the man “a day late,” my complaint would be dropped. Later, they admitted the delay was their own internal communication error because I had, in fact, reported the incident on the same day. Meanwhile, I remain under investigation by South Wales Police. Since January 2025, they’ve had full access to my X account and even seized my phone. I was arrested and imprisoned for 15 hours over something I said online, yet a hateful incident that happened right in front of police officers has been brushed aside. Now, I’m being harassed in public, while with my family, for simply daring to file a complaint. It feels as though the pressure is being deliberately applied so I’ll give up and drop the case. This is the state of policing in the UK today: instead of protecting victims, they harass the complainants. Instead of confronting real criminals, they punish the people who speak up. The system is broken. And the people deserve better.
