Nobody talks about how hard the beginning of carnivore actually is. I'm going to. When I started, I had no idea what I was doing. I came from a low-fat mindset. I was eating chicken breast and eggs and keto-style foods, trying to figure it out as I went. I didn't understand fat intake. I didn't understand electrolytes. I was just doing my best. By day four and five, I felt like I'd been hit by a car. My body ached everywhere. The cravings were more intense than anything I'd ever experienced. The food noise was deafening. I cried more than once that first week because my brain was genuinely going through withdrawal from sugar and dopamine. I thought something was wrong with me. It wasn't. It's a normal part of transitioning away from carbs. But I didn't know that, and nobody told me. It took weeks before I understood electrolytes. Even longer before I understood fat adaptation. Around weeks three and four I finally learned that increasing dietary fat was the key, not restricting it. After several months of intentionally eating more fat, the cravings changed completely. Later I went through a dopamine detox where I removed sweeteners, gum, dairy, and comfort foods so my brain could reset its reward system. That changed everything about how strong the cravings felt and how long they lasted. Today I still get cravings sometimes. But they're quiet thoughts now, not urgent signals. There's a difference. I wrote my book and created my Week Zero Grocery Guide and First 7 Days Survival Guide because I didn't have any of this support when I started. I don't want that to be your story too. 👑All resources in my bio

In 1983 a Stanford-trained MD named Stephen Phinney published a paper in the journal Metabolism that should have ended thirty years of sports nutrition orthodoxy in a single afternoon. The conventional wisdom in 1983 was simple. Carbohydrates were the fuel of endurance athletes. Without them, performance would collapse. Every coach, every nutritionist, every sports drink company agreed. Phinney decided to test the assumption. He recruited five well-trained cyclists and locked them in a metabolic ward. Week one, they ate a normal high-carbohydrate diet. Then for the next four weeks they ate less than twenty grams of carbohydrate a day. Eighty-five percent of their calories came from fat. Same total energy as before. Every macro counted, every meal supervised. He took muscle biopsies. Muscle glycogen dropped by fifty percent. Then he sent them to ride to exhaustion. Their average endurance time was maintained. The body had switched fuel sources. With glucose unavailable, it had ramped up fat oxidation in the muscles. The cyclists were running on body fat instead of muscle glycogen, and they could ride just as long. Phinney had proven, in 1983, that elite endurance performance was possible on essentially zero carbohydrate. He published the data in a peer-reviewed journal. He submitted it for the world to read. It was buried. The sports nutrition industry had nothing to sell to athletes who could run on their own body fat. The gel companies. The drink companies. The pasta-loading rituals. Phinney's paper was an industry-killer, so the industry ignored it. Thirty-three years later Volek's FASTER study ran the same experiment in ultra-runners and found the same result. The athletes burned fat at twice the rate science had thought possible. Phinney went on to co-found Virta Health and reverse type-two diabetes through nutritional ketosis. Your body has been burning fat the whole time. Phinney proved it in 1983. The sports drink companies still pretend he did not. #NSNG #StephenPhinney #Keto #LowCarb #EnduranceSports #Virta

Listen up everyone!! Today I finally let the humans off the couch by dragging my baby brother Kenji (yes, THAT Kenji, the 30-lb chaos gremlin with the face of an angel and the impulse control of a Roomba on Red Bull) on his Very First Official Group Outing™ with the elite squad: Cloe, Dug, and moi, the undisputed queen of bounce physics. And holy snowballs… the kid didn’t just survive. He ATE. Loose-leash heeling like he invented the damn sport. Scaling snow piles like a caffeinated mountain goat auditioning for the Olympics. Strutting over campus grates like they were red carpets and he was late for his close-up. Not one single squirrel sighting (rude, nature, get your life together), but we DID encounter a full-grown adult male human in a reindeer costume posing for photos like he invented Christmas. I stared. He blinked. I won. Meanwhile, the big dogs were out here doing premium-level snow acrobatics. I personally invented the sport of “maximum vertical bounce with bonus sass.” Cloe and Dug were serving looks and spins. Kenji? Too busy discovering the entire planet like it owed him rent money. Didn’t even glance at the other dogs. Zero zoomie meltdowns. Zero leash tantrums. Just pure, unfiltered “I’m the main character and y’all are background extras” energy. Proud big sister confession: I may have to retire the “yeet him into next week” threat. Temporarily. He’s still on probation for trying to summit Mount Chesnyy at 3 a.m. last week, but today? Today my gremlin became a legend. Video evidence attached. Watch the tiny legend conquer the frozen tundra while I demonstrate why gravity is just a suggestion. Try not to ugly-cry at the cuteness. I double-dog dare you. #BigSisterChesnyy #KenjiTheTinyTerror #ServicerottieSquad #FirstLeashWalkGodTier #RottieRoyalty #ProudOfMyLittleMenace #UofACampusNowBelongsToUs #BounceQueen #ReindeerGuyGotServed

🚨 ALERT, TEXAS 🚨 The Islamization of Texas Rages On... Your Political Leaders Kneel Before a Foreign Imam Nothing says “Texas pride” like handing the keys of your cities to an unelected religious ruler. This week, Mawlana Hazar Imam, the 50th Imam of the Shia Imami Ismaili Muslims, arrived in Houston to a red-carpet welcome worthy of a head of state. He was personally greeted by: 🔻 Sugar Land Mayor Carol McCutcheon 🔻 Mayor Pro Tem Rick Miller 🔻 Ismaili Council President Al-Karim Alidina And presented with two Keys to the City: 🗝️ One from Sugar Land 🗝️ One from Houston’s new mayor, John Whitmire ⚠️ NOTICE, TEXAS ⚠️ Your leaders aren’t defending Texas from foreign influence — they’re celebrating it. The ceremony, wrapped in “interfaith celebration” rhetoric, featured a youth performance blending the U.S. National Anthem with the Nashid al-Imamah, a hymn praising the Imam - a symbolic fusion of American patriotism and Islamic devotion that should alarm anyone who still values church-state separation. This was no private religious affair. It was a state-sanctioned display of submission — political reverence disguised as diversity. That red-carpet spectacle wasn’t a one-off gesture. It was the unveiling of something far larger. 🚨 The Monument to Submission: The Ismaili Center Houston Behind the pageantry stands a massive project — the new Ismaili Center Houston, built to anchor a lasting ideological presence in the heart of Texas. 150,000 square feet of Islamic infrastructure A five-story central atrium opening to shaded verandas (eivans) An exterior of sand-colored marble etched with Islamic tessellations Prayer hall, educational spaces, social hall, black-box theater, café, exhibition galleries, and meeting rooms A two-level underground garage for large gatherings Eleven acres of landscaped grounds with nine gardens by designer Thomas Woltz, showcasing ecosystems from desert to coast Developers describe it as “a space for dialogue between Houston’s religious communities.” Yet its scale tells another story — a cultural fortress, not merely a house of worship. This is an architectural declaration of dominion, a marble monument to Islam’s expanding political and cultural footprint in America’s most defiant state. 🚨 A Warning Ignored I first saw plans for this project three years ago, quietly circulating through local networks. Few grasped what it would become — a government-endorsed monument to submission. Now Texans are watching their land, culture, and independence traded away — replaced by imported ideology. 🔻 Texans Speak Out Messages are pouring in from outraged citizens who watched as streets were barricaded, traffic rerouted, and police deployed to give the Imam a royal welcome. Crowds lined the roads waving flags and chanting praise while elected officials smiled for the cameras. 🔻 The Transformation of Texas This wasn’t a religious visit — it was a public pledge of political allegiance. A once-independent Texas is being reshaped piece by piece into something unrecognizable. While Texans fight to preserve their sovereignty, their leaders roll out red carpets for foreign rulers. Texas was built by pioneers who refused to bow. Today, their descendants watch as politicians kneel.

🚨 Texas Under Siege: Jihad Kills 3 in Austin – Now Lubbock's Schools Become Mosques in Rapid Islamic Takeover While Texans start their week, the brutal reality of Islam's threat glares brighter after the horrific jihad attack in Austin early Sunday: 3 dead (including the shooter), 14 injured. The gunman, 53-year-old Ndiaga Diagne (Senegalese-born, naturalized U.S. citizen), opened fire at Buford's bar on Sixth Street, wearing a "Property of Allah" sweatshirt and an Iranian flag emblem. FBI is probing it as potential terrorism tied to Mideast tensions and recent U.S./Israeli strikes on Iran. I say it's rooted in the Qur'an, Muhammad, and their "holy books," commanding violence. And now, look what's ahead for Lubbock... Rapid Islamification is transforming this beautiful city into a growing Islamic hub in just DAYS!???? A young Syrian-American, Mohamad Altabaa (former Texas Tech MSA president with Muslim Brotherhood ties via MSA networks), bought the abandoned Arnett Elementary School and flipped it into the massive "Unity Center" mosque in just 45 days - with "global support" and foreign funds pouring in from worldwide donors. He brags in his own videos: "I just bought this elementary school... converting it into a masjid." Classrooms now prayer halls, gym for sharia segregated events, cafeteria for lavish iftars (brisket, butter chicken), library for Quran classes - built to handle thousands, despite Lubbock's tiny Muslim population (~1,000). Get ready for the massive hijrah and transformation... They promise "unity" with BBQs, sports, and coffee carts, but it's the same bait-and-switch: Start "inclusive" to lure locals, then dominate with Sharia. We're allowing our kindness to conquer our nation. Worse: Altabaa posted videos riding on the back of a motorcycle through war-torn Syria in April 2025 - despite U.S. State Department Level 4 "Do Not Travel" warnings for terrorism, kidnapping, and no safe areas. How? Powerful networks? Overseas backers? Would Syria allow Americans to build endless churches, Christian schools, Jewish schools, or Hindu temples there? He even posed at the tomb of Ottoman conqueror Fatih Sultan Mehmet amid jihadist flags and anti-Jewish crowds. This isn't "community" - it's conquest. Schools to mosques everywhere we turn—they're expanding fast. Texas pattern: Houston, Dallas, now Lubbock. Foreign money via LaunchGood crowdfunding (raised ~$100k for leaks, electricity, gym floors, 300-inch screen + 4K projector, concrete pours, outdoor seating, coffee cart "Barakah Brew," and events "just like that"), Brotherhood links (MSA), no real oversight. In his updates, they already pulled in $80k in the first week alone to get upgrades rolling—then pushed for more in a LaunchGood competition for a $25k prize to replace the leaky roof and renovate the whole school. This “Unity Center” is just another step in the rapid Islamic takeover of Texas. Texas leader they need help! Demand answers on funding sources, foreign ties, and the real agenda before it's irreversible. Share this. Tag your reps. Stop the pattern NOW. See here:

I’ve never been the super patriotic type, but this World Cup has done something weird to me... Watching the U.S. play on home soil while stadiums packed with people from every background and every country got to experience America firsthand did something to me. The roar of the crowds, the sheer size of everything, the food, the chaos, and the pride all hit different when you see the world reacting to it. It felt like people were finally getting a real taste of what this country is like, and for once, they seemed to like what they saw. That hit me in a way I wasn’t ready for! I felt genuinely proud to be an American, and not in some cheesy flag-waving way, but in a “damn, this place is kind of ridiculous and I love it” kind of way. It got me thinking about all the over-the-top, larger-than-life things we have here that most of the world just doesn’t. So here’s my list of American things that blow other countries’ minds: 🇺🇸Texas BBQ. Not whatever sad little grilled meats other countries call barbecue. I’m talking about actual Texas brisket that’s been smoking for 12 hours and somehow tastes like it was blessed by angels. The rest of the world has no idea what they’re missing. 🇺🇸Real cowboys. Not the movie kind. Actual working cowboys who still exist, rope cattle, and look at you like you’re soft if you complain about the heat. We still have a whole profession that belongs in a Western, and we somehow treat it like it’s normal. 🇺🇸Everything is just bigger. Our trucks are bigger. Our portions are bigger. Our personalities are bigger. Even our problems are bigger. We don’t do subtle in this country, baby!! 🇺🇸You can drive for 10 hours and still be in the same country but in a completely different world. One day you’re in the desert, the next you’re in the mountains, and the day after that you’re at the beach. Most countries can’t even offer that in a week. 🇺🇸State fairs. Where deep-frying butter is considered a normal food option and nobody questions your life choices. We turned “let’s see how much we can fry” into a competitive sport. 🇺🇸National Parks that feel like another planet. Places so massive they have their own weather, their own ecosystems, and could probably be their own countries. We just call them “parks” like it’s no big deal. Grizzlies? We got 'em! Manatees? We got those too! Gators? You betcha! 🇺🇸And then there’s the small detail that we have the most powerful military in the world, and most of us treat it like it’s just another thing on the list of American normal. We’ll lose our minds arguing about whether the Cowboys are good this year or if gas is too expensive, all while casually having the ability to project force anywhere on the planet before most countries can even finish their morning coffee. It’s the kind of thing you don’t really appreciate until you realize how many nations would consider that level of military dominance their entire national personality. This World Cup made me realize I’ve been taking a lot of this for granted. We’ve got our issues, sure. But we also have Texas brisket, real cowboys, and the ability to drive across multiple climates without ever showing a passport. That’s pretty cool when you think about it! I'm an American, and I'm damn proud and grateful to be one!

“We were just trying to get him medication… But he was already gone.” Last week, the internationally renowned Indigenous chef Sean Sherman told reporter Nate Halverson that federal agents detained one of his employees on his way to work. The agents said his co-worker matched the description of someone they were looking for, and asked for documents to confirm his identity. By the next day, Sherman said, his employee was already out of Minnesota. He was discovered to be in Texas. “Our employees are not criminals,” Sherman told Nate in the Twin Cities. “They don’t have police records and they’re just here to come to work. We’re literally a nonprofit trying to serve healthy indigenous food to people. We shouldn’t have to worry if we’re going to have guns pulled on us on the way to work at all, but this is our reality.” Sherman said his team tried to intervene. “We were just trying to get him medication,” he added. “But he was already gone. And like, how do we get his medication to Texas now?” Sherman also pointed to a troubling historical resonance at Fort Snelling—the area where people are now being brought and detained in the Twin Cities: This is not the first time it has been used as a detention site. Fort Snelling is where Dakota prisoners following the 1862 Dakota uprising were brought and detained before being forcibly relocated down the river to the Crow Creek Reservation in what is now South Dakota. “It’s just more salt in the wound,” Sherman said.

Virginia Tech's Diggeridoos Tunnel Digging Team are world champions! They won first place at the Not-a-Boring Competition, run by Elon Musk's The Boring Company. Over 8 days, their tunnel boring machine dug further than any other into wet Texas clay, in a downpour, against 7 university teams from 3 countries. This win has been years in the making. They took the fastest launch design award in 2021 and climbed from there: top 5, then 2nd, then the Innovation Award and 2nd again last year. Each time refining and improving on a shoestring against better-funded international teams. This year, in the worst conditions the competition’s ever seen, they brought the title home to Blacksburg. I'll keep saying it: I don't care what grade you made in Differential Equations. I care about what you did on a team like this. These students poured hundreds of hours into this because they wanted to help crack one of modern engineering’s hardest problems. The bigger picture is why this competition matters so much. Elon Musk started The Boring Company after one too many “soul-destroying” LA traffic jams. He argues cities have maxed out their surface space and the only direction left is down. His vision is for vast underground networks that move people and freight around at superfast speeds, and reclaim the surface space back from cars and trucks. But current tunnelling machines are notoriously slow and expensive, often moving slower than a garden snail once you factor in setup, maintenance, and muck removal (the competition is branded as "Beating the Snail”). The student challenge exists to crowdsource the breakthroughs that will finally make tunneling 10x faster and cheaper, finding the next-generation of engineers who’ll crack it. The Diggeridoos are those engineers. My company TotalShield sponsors this amazing team. If you run a technical company and haven't looked at the competition teams at your local university, you're missing one of the best hiring pipelines in the country. Career fairs don't show you who performs under pressure, but this sure does. Congratulations, Diggeridoos. Go Virginia Tech Hokies!

I’ve known Zachary Levi for years, but this was the first time we sat down for an unfiltered conversation- and it was worth the wait. Zachary opened up about faith, fatherhood, and why he’s building a new kind of community in Texas called Wyldwood. He spoke candidly about Hollywood, the backlash he’s faced for speaking his mind, and what it feels like to live out his values in an industry that doesn’t always welcome honesty. We talked about everything from politics and the pandemic to the dangers of AI and what it means to hold onto hope in a world that feels increasingly chaotic. Zachary also shared how becoming a father has deepened his perspective and given him a renewed sense of purpose. This was Zachary Levi at his most real, thoughtful, passionate, and unapologetically himself. The Sage Steele Show is a weekly podcast hosted by former ESPN anchor Sage Steele. Each week, Sage sits down with entertainers, athletes, business people, and politicians to have deep dive personal one on one discussions that enlighten, entertain, and engage. There’s a whole big world out there that’s not just sports, and Sage wants to talk about all of it. Chapters: – Zachary Levi’s Super Ranch: Wildwood – Sage’s First Tattoo Story – What Community Means to Zachary Levi – The First Attempt to Cancel Zachary Levi – How We Judge Each Other’s Political Views – Is Mainstream Media Shifting? – Zachary's First Experience with Being Canceled – Zachary's COVID-19 Tweet – Was the Pandemic Planned? – The Dangers of Artificial Intelligence – Life After Fatherhood: Zachary's New Perspective – What Got Zachary Levi Through Hard Times – Zachary's Biggest Hope for His So

BREAKING: Trump’s USDA just postponed a major reform designed to empower poultry farmers against corporate monopolies. It was set to go into effect in July. Now, it’s postponed to December 2027. We fully supported this rule that would fix the broken “tournament system” used by corporations that dominate the poultry industry to pit small farmers against each other. Journalist Christopher Leonard broke down everything you need to know about the tournament system and why it needs to be reformed: “Just two companies, Tyson Foods and Pilgrim’s Pride—and Pilgrim’s is owned by JBS—control about half of the [poultry] market.” “And it’s not just that so few companies control it today.” “This business is vertically integrated.” “A company like Tyson Foods, for example, owns the feed mill, they own the slaughterhouse, they own the trucking line, they own the hatchery, and they work with farmers under contract.” “When we have an industry that’s consolidated like it is today, we see an old playbook that monopolies use to extract more profit than ever.” And the “most notorious” mechanism they use to extract profit and dominate the industry is the “payment regime that’s called the tournament system.” “These poultry companies… take information on all the farmers that deliver chickens during a given week, and then they rank the farmers against each other based on how fat those birds got on the amount of feed that the farmer was given.” “The companies will give a higher price per pound to the top performers and a lower price per pound to the lower performers whose birds didn’t gain as much weight.” “In a way, that sounds like your typical bonus system, but here’s the key: the bonus for the top performers is actually taken away from the pay of the lower performers.” This now-postponed USDA reform would have banned payment deductions from lower-performing farmers, eliminating these corporations’ key tool to pit small farmers against one another. We strongly urge the USDA to re-commit to implementing this reform by July 2026 for the sake of small farmers, who are struggling more than ever in the face of price spikes as a result of geopolitical conflict. $IREN My Earnings Wishlist pt1 Since many have posted their wishlist before me, I will take a different approach, and will just write down anything that I think is likely to happen in the coming 6-12 months, which interests me, and hasn't been talked about yet, or not into much detail. Chapter 1: New Sites IREN has always said they have a >1 GW pipeline. Last year, Dan Roberts said: "And that can be any number above 1GW". More recent communication mentioned "Multi-GW Pipeline", which brings the bare minimum to 2GW, and that's on top of 2.91GW of disclosed, contracted power. Yesterday, Mike Alfred said that the current 200MW deal with $MSFT is a "tiny part" of their total portfolio. He has also made comments like "Just wait until you see the entire pipeline". Also yesterday, we heard Dan mention "Outside of Texas & Globally", for the locations of their other sites. Within my subscriber group, we keep track of the land that is being optioned and bought by $IREN. Amongst these sites, we try to assess which one is the most likely to be a candidate for a connection agreement, and subsequent energization approval. Currently, the interest has shifted outside of Texas, and I believe that's why more recently we have heard the "global" pipeline come back into the picture. This is also why Dan said "Outside of Texas and Globally". Now, I wasn't going to really talk about development sites. And I think your guess is as good as mine, if you would have the information that I have. So I will not be speculating on particular sites. But will give my realistic expectation for these earnings, or at the latest, somewhere in the coming 6-12 months. Because we know that the 2025-2027 window is the most valuable when it comes to Megawatts, and we have some information that indicates a choice will have to be made before the end of this year with regards to a specific new project — I think a general expectation is in order for the wishlist of the earnings of Thursday. Prediction: $IREN's first new project will either be in Asia-Pacific ("Globally"), or in Oklahoma ("Outside of Texas"). Now I promised not to speculate on particular sites, so I will mostly focus on explaining why I think Asia-Pacific is the most likely to be next. Thanks to one of my best $IREN informers, I was notified of a new job listing by a recruiter in Sydney that is specficially looking for commercial jobs. You may be aware of IREN's job listings on HiBob or LinkedIn, but despite there being 93 open positions listed there, it's still not all that they are looking to hire. But lo and behold: there is a new listing at their commercial recruit which mentions the following: Senior Manager, Corporate Development (AI Data centres - Sydney & Vancouver Our client is a global operator in the digital infrastructure sector, developing and managing high-performance computing (HPC) facilities powered by renewable energy. The business owns and operates large-scale data-centre campuses across North America, with active expansion into the Asia-Pacific region. By combining low-cost renewable power with advanced compute infrastructure, the company is helping accelerate the global energy transition and support the next generation of AI and HPC applications. Now it gets even more interesting when we read the job description: We are seeking two commercially focused professionals to lead M&A transactions from origination through execution. Sitting at the intersection of corporate development, project development, and investment execution, these roles will drive complex deals that underpin the company’s global expansion pipeline. End-to-end transaction management: Lead or co-lead M&A processes including initial engagement with counterparties, structuring, due diligence, negotiation of binding documentation, and execution. Financial and risk analysis: Build and review models to evaluate potential returns, sensitivities, and risk exposures across acquisition, partnership, and joint-venture structures. Now, you may remember I made a post last week about IREN's ARS: One interesting paragraph that I didn't talk about yet, was the M&A paragraph: Consider pursuing strategic acquisitions and other value enhancing opportunities We may strategically assess acquisition opportunities where we believe such transactions can accelerate our strategic roadmap through horizontal or vertical integration, expanding capacity, or gaining intellectual property that may help strengthen our competitive advantage. In addition, we may from time to time, seek to dispose of, or monetize, assets where we believe we can receive value from any such disposition, or monetization, that is accretive to the business. Now before I close this topic, and give my final words on the expectations I have for the announcement of a new site, I want to shortly address the McNallie Money interview with Patrick Fleury that was released yesterday. I think it's one thing to be proud of your own customers and partners by calling them "the best in the world", it's also fine if you think that everyone is imitating your "first ever financial engineering". But I think it's not very classy to throw shade on Texas data center companies, especially peers, that have a pipeline, and long standing relationships with T(D)SP's, and have a realistic line of sight to power. Just because there is 200GW of queued capacity, doesn't mean that seasoned operators like $CIFR and $IREN are making things up. I have evidence in my possession that demonstrates that the companies I am invested in that operate in Texas, have all the means and connections to get these new sites energized. But for the sake of this notion that "having all your sites in Texas is a concentration risk", I am happy to reiterate that $IREN has in fact got a pipeline that expands outside of Texas, and most likely will see an announcement in Asia Pacific, or Oklahoma, within the coming 6-12 months. So let's see if we get something tomorrow, or if it will just be some extra power coming to Childress or Canada. But almost 1 year after the announcement of Sweetwater 2 — I am confident that the time is near that we hear from a new site, potentially outside of Texas or globally.

Fitness Update: End of 3 months of Bulking. Starting a 3 month cut tomorrow, my last cut of 2026. I lost about 50 pounds from January 2025 till the end of March 2026 with a 13 month straight cut aided by Retatrutide and Tirzepatide. Counted calories and ran a deficit and lifted weights the whole time. My body needed a break and a reset from the stress of cutting for that long and constant downregulating of my metabolism. I decided to take April off and just do more calories and more lifting, and that turned into deciding to do May and June as well. So for 3 months straight I've been eating a lot more and lifting a LOT. I've gained about 5 pounds. Abs are not very visible anymore. But I've put on some muscle and strength as well and increased my base metabolic rate by several hundred calories. This is positioning me to be able to better be able to run a deficit again and continue into another cut with more energy and success possible. So this is me thicc boi mode ready to start a cut and get lean and mean. I'm sitting at ~195 right now and ~16-18% body fat. Goal of my cut is to get to the 180 or so range over the next 3 months and be in the 12-13% BF range, at which point I'll do a slow patient bulk through Oct-January and enjoy the fall and Holidays with lots of calories and strength training. Starting tomorrow I'm going to add 30-45 minutes of daily fasted zone 2 cardio first thing in the morning to burn an extra 150-300 cals. And I will drop my daily calorie allowance about 400 calories from what I've been eating the last few months. (2500-2800 down to 2200 to start, lowering later to 2100 and 2000 lowest if necessary to keep rate of loss where I want) This should get me the 1+ pound per week rate of loss I'm looking for. And I'll continue to prioritize lifting and protein as well to preserve the muscle mass I've built up and get as much of the loss to be fat as possible. I'm also going zero alcohol the whole cut as well. If I execute well, I'll be by far the fittest and leanest I've ever been at the end of September and I'm excited to see what that looks and feels like when I get there. Going from 70+ pounds overweight to building your dream physique isn't a quick process, people. Give yourself a couple of years to work on it systematically. It took you years to get out of shape, so you can take a couple years to get into great shape. But once you're there it's easier to stay there than it was to get there thankfully. The work continues. Let me know if you have any questions about anything. I'm documenting the whole process and will keep y'all up to speed. Open book. Building in public for accountability and hopefully to help others with their journey as well. 4th pic is me at my fattest in 2024. Embarrassing to post but necessary conext. I was in a sad, sad state you guys and heading towards diabetes and an early grave. If I can do this, you can do this!

Elon Musk just described a project so large that most people will assume he is exaggerating (Save this). He is not. In the video, Musk lays out the central problem facing every AI company on earth, the entire global chip industry is on a path to produce roughly 100 gigawatts of AI compute per year. That sounds like a lot until you understand that his companies alone Tesla, SpaceX, and xAI will need orders of magnitude more than that. His answer is the TerraFab. It is a joint chip factory spanning 100 million square feet, ten times the size of Tesla's Gigafactory Texas announced in March 2026, with Grimes County, Texas commissioners approving the full scale facility site just last week. The goal is one full terawatt of AI compute output per year. For context, 1 terawatt is 1,000 gigawatts twice the current total electricity consumption of the United States. SpaceX has already committed an initial $55 billion to the prototype phase, with total investment estimates ranging into the trillions. Here is why this matters for Micron specifically. In the video, Musk named Nvidia's Rubin chips as the reference design for TerraFab's first orbital deployments, and said "You're going to need a lot of memory to go with that." A billion full radical equivalent chips per year, each requiring stacks of high bandwidth memory, that is the demand signal Micron just received from one of the most capital-intensive projects in human history. And Micron already cannot keep up with what exists today. Micron's entire 2026 HBM output is fully sold out contracted before the year began. HBM4 entered volume production ahead of schedule and sold out immediately. The structural reason Micron wins here is simple. Every AI chip ever built Nvidia H100s, Rubin chips, custom ASICs, TPUs is useless without high-bandwidth memory stacked directly on top of it. There are only three companies in the world that supply HBM at scale, Samsung, SK Hynix, and Micron. Samsung has had quality issues, SK Hynix is supply constrained. Micron is the only US headquartered HBM manufacturer which matters enormously given CHIPS Act subsidies, domestic procurement requirements, and the political push to keep critical AI memory production on American soil. TerraFab just made the memory deficit permanently larger. Come join Milk Road Pro for our full breakdown of Micron and our entire AI thesis just for $1. Link below!

After being formally condemned by JD Vance, Nick Fuentes unloads. He’s “declaring war” on the Vice President and says he’ll be exposing the entire administration’s connections to Jeffrey Epstein on tonight’s show. “I am now officially never Vance…JD Vance is officially condemned by the real America First…you just lost a huge chunk of support…you just made a big mistake.” “I will reserve my endorsement for a candidate that is actually willing to put America First over Israel…someone who is putting America First over India.” “I condemn you, I condemn your liberal wife, I condemn your sugar daddy Peter Thiel. I condemn little tech. I condemn you and your America last administration. You should worry about this catastrophe which is this second term.” “Why don’t you do your job? Why don’t you march your little fat ass down to the Oval Office and tell this president to start deporting millions of people like you promised to do. Because if you don’t? It’s your ass in 2028.” “JD Vance is the Vice President, as far as I’m concerned, he owns the failures that are happening in this administration.” “Tomorrow night, on my show on Friday (today)…we are going to talk about all of Jeffrey Epstein’s connections to this administration. And that’s going to be a problem for you buddy.” “You wanna play this game? Alright, let’s play…You want to be the President of the United States, I’m a live streamer. You want to go to war with me? You want to go to war with the Groypers?…I don’t think you’re going to like how that ends up for you.” “People always ask me ‘who are we going to vote for in 2028?’…you never know what’s around the corner. I got a few ideas…I don’t think we’re going to have to settle for JD Vance.” “This guy is a creation of the deep state.”
