He stands in front of a chalkboard in a white shirt and opens by defining what linearity means before touching any physics. No slides. No animations. A man, a board, and a room of students working through the hardest framework in science. MIT OpenCourseWare started this in 2001. Faculty were told there would be no royalties and no extra pay for filming. Adams builds the course from the ground up.
