This may only be indirectly helpful, but I believe that this match [28.10.1978] was broadcast by The Big Match on LWT & also shown on Match of the Week & Granada-region. I'm sure someone will have taped it!

I was at this game 😀. 1978 seems about right, because I was with my Dad. It would have been a division two game, not "top flight"... I remember that we lost, but I don't recall it being on TV...

A ref sent this to us and posted it on our facebook page “This happened in Sunday league game last weekend. All escalated from a penalty being awarded. To the club assistant calling me a cxxt bastard, prick, going to get me after the game.  Then players reacted after exchanging words. The player that fouled in the box for the awarding of the penalty had an altercation with the other. This mealy went on for 5+ minutes of fighting throwing fists, club Assitant hit players around the head, people being kicked in the head. Obviously I was off the pitch by this point. match abandoned and trying to witness what was happening. Whilst collecting my bag, I was threatened, told it’s all my fault, I’m a racist, im a cxxt Also Followed to my car told I’ll find out where you live I’m coming for you, you ain’t getting paid you cxxt All for The love of the game!!! But….”

I remember him and little Chris drove to San Antonio for my final 4 game. He came to the game, I think they sat near or with my dad for the game. I’ve never been a part of a championship team where the best players weren’t the hardest working and most bought in players on the team. If you want to win, your best players have to lead the way with effort and being a great teammate. Check out Wild superstar Matt Boldy on these clips from yesterday’s game against Detroit. First, he scores a great goal after getting physical and helping to create the turnover. Next he threads a SWEET pass to Kaprizov for the game winner. Then – he gets in front of a one-timer on the ice 6on5 in the dying seconds with a one goal lead. Blocks a bomb from MORITZ SEIDER to seal the win. Minnesota is getting ready to make a run. This was Brock Purdy's best game. Not from a box score standpoint, but he ran out of countless sacks and bailed the offense out on third down numerous times. Some of his best decisions were throwaways. He had 7 throwaways in the game, matching his season total. It wasn't a great game for the 49ers WRs or the running game. That meant Purdy would need to make plays while playing within himself on obvious passing downs. He did. On 3rd & 5 or longer, from the two-minute drill on, Purdy went 6-for-8 with five first downs and a TD in a windy road game vs. a top 5 passing defense. Here are 5 of those third down throws. Quality bounce back after last week.

When this went in I thought great Gravenberch is adding goals to his game. What I didn’t realise was the change in his position, he was moving forward from where he was last season. And that would leave us open. For me put Grav back in the middle and play him as a DM?
