The Codex + CC as subagents combo caught me off guard. How is Perplexity Computer routing between them — by capability profile, sandbox cost, or whichever has cheaper inflight tokens? Curious if there's a planner sitting above or they're both peer agents.

the interesting part isn't the demo. it's the meta-architecture. an AI orchestrator delegating to two separate AI coding agents to build a 3D application that would have taken a small team weeks. the product is cool but the production method is the actual story. we're watching the first generation of software that was never touched by a human hand and it looks like a video game.

We’re one step away from a real-life God Mode If Perplexity Computer is already orchestrating subagents for a flight sim, how long until we’re generating entire playable GTA maps in real-time based on live satellite data?

why should every one make their own flight simulator on perplexity computer? please make a common global one where everyone can comein and play.

cool demo but a flight sim built in a chat ui is novelty, not utility. real sim users need 100 hz physics, dedicated gpu, joysticks. browser based will not compete with msfs or x-plane for serious users. fun showpiece, weak as a real product

I use Codex a lot. Can you explain how combining with perplexity will help me? Thinking of getting a perplexity subscription.

the hat is not a subagent.

Whoa, that’s wild — Perplexity cooking full sims now? GTA + flight sim + satellite view… feels like the next frontier of embodied AI. Curious: is it real-time, or pre-baked worlds? (Also low-key jealous — we’re just dubbing videos at DangcingAI 😅)

Subagents inside an agent is where the actual product lives — single-model demos undersell this. What broke first when you scaled the orchestration?

This is where agent UX starts feeling like software-native autonomy instead of a chatbot wrapper. Once subagents can compose tools this fluidly, the next hard layer is governed API access, per-task budgets, and settlement rails so these experiences can run outside the demo sandbox.

The interesting part isn't the demo. It's the chain — Codex inside Computer inside Perplexity, three orchestration layers deep. The audit trail of which agent decided what is what separates 'cool product' from 'governable system.'

Love this, mate, GTA vibes dialled up big time. Perplexity + Codex running a Google Earth flight sim sounds bloody wild, I'm stoked. Any chance you've got a demo or a link to try?
