He says workers like accountants and programmers do not actually want co-pilots, because they feel their jobs are at risk and then resist using the tool properly. China produces 20x+ as much solar as the U.S. (over 1 TW vs. just 50 GW). If solar is the only scalable way to meet the 100s of GWs of extra demand we'll have because of AI, what exactly is the story of how America wins AI? Is China privileged in the long timelines world? If you've got tens or hundreds of millions of autonomous vehicles and maybe even a comparable number of humanoids, maybe more than that, on the humanoid front, well, that's just the most amount of data. And if that video is being processed, it just seems likely that the cars will definitely get way better than human drivers, and the humanoid robots will become increasingly indistinguishable from humans, perhaps.
