If we ignore pregnancies started due to illegal activity (Rape and incest etc.) then "her body her choice" applies to the sex she engaged in, which should be considered consent of pregnancy. Murder isn't justified because you made poor choices. But, the issue is we are telling young women that the most dangerous thing they can do is to get pregnant. The messaging is akin to "getting pregnant is the same as death" - which makes Abortion in their eyes the only solution to not die themselves basically.
