🚨ALERT: 50% of Data Centers will NEVER connect to the grid. Half of the data centers announced in the last 24 months will NEVER connect to the grid. Kevin O’Leary said it. The data proves it. While everyone’s chasing “paper capacity,” $CIFR and $IREN are sitting on EXECUTED grid connections that can’t be replicated. Here’s why they’re untouchable: 266 GW of power projects canceled in 2025 alone. That’s 2.4x the cancellations from 2024. Why? Because the U.S. grid is facing a structural deficit that nobody wants to talk about. • Data centers need 18-36 months to build • Grid connections take 5-7 YEARS (sometimes 12) • Interconnection queues in PJM and ERCOT now average 7 years • Average interconnection cost in MISO: $753,116 per MW Translation: You can announce a data center tomorrow. But you CAN’T connect it to power until 2032. The math doesn’t work. The timeline doesn’t work. The physics don’t work. $CIFR - The Fixed-Price Power Moat: Cipher control one of the lowest-cost power portfolios in North America. > Power cost: $0.027/kWh (fixed, long-term PPAs) > Debt: $0 > Portfolio: 2.2 GW across Texas But here’s what everyone’s missing: Their 1-gigawatt Colchis site has a FULLY EXECUTED Direct Connect Agreement with American Electric Power. Not “in the queue.” Not “under study.” EXECUTED. Energization: 2028. While competitors are stuck waiting 7+ years for interconnection approvals, $CIFR already has a Tier 1 grid connection locked in. And they just signed: • $5.5 billion, 15-year lease with AWS for 300 MW • 10-year hosting deal with Google/Fluidstack for 168 MW That’s $8.5 billion in contracted lease payments for AI infrastructure. $IREN - The Microsoft Validation: $IREN didn’t just secure power. They secured the ONLY thing that matters: a hyperscaler willing to pre-pay billions. November 2025: $9.7 billion AI Cloud contract with Microsoft. Let me repeat that. Microsoft PRE-PAID for capacity that doesn’t exist yet. Deal structure: • 200 MW of liquid-cooled AI capacity • $1.94 billion annual recurring revenue (once online) • 20% prepayment to fund $5.8 billion GPU purchase from Dell • Four “Horizon” data centers at their 750 MW Childress campus But the real alpha? Their 2.91 GW portfolio of GRID-CONNECTED power. Not speculative. Not “in the queue.” Connected. Energized. Operating. > Sweetwater 1: 1.4 GW (energization accelerated to April 26) > Childress: 750 MW (operating) > Prince George: 160 MW hydro (23k GPUs for AI) $IREN is scaling to $3.4 billion in AI Cloud ARR by end of 2026 using only 16% of their total power capacity. The Peer Comparison Nobody’s Talking About: Everyone’s excited about $RIOT, $MARA, $CORZ, and $WULF. Here’s the problem: $RIOT: 1.7 GW portfolio, mostly Bitcoin-focused. 25 MW HPC lease with AMD ($311M over 10 years). That’s 1/30th the size of IREN’s Microsoft deal. $MARA: Building “behind-the-meter” natural gas generation to BYPASS the grid entirely. Smart strategy, but they’re starting from scratch. 1.8 GW capacity, mostly mining. $CORZ: $10B+ contract with CoreWeave sounds massive. But they’re CONVERTING old mining infrastructure. Not purpose-built for AI. Currently unprofitable. $WULF: 750 MW at Lake Mariner. Zero-carbon hydro/nuclear. Clean energy story is strong. But only 72.5 MW of HPC capacity by Q2 2025. Meanwhile: • $CIFR has 2.2 GW with executed grid agreements and $8.5B in hyperscaler contracts • $IREN has 2.91 GW of energized capacity and a $9.7B Microsoft deal The Cooling Bottleneck: Secured power means NOTHING without secured cooling. November 2025: CyrusOne data center in Illinois went down for 10 hours because ONE chiller failed. This facility handles TRILLIONS in CME trading volume. Energy, agriculture, crypto derivatives markets frozen globally. Why? Because AI racks now consume 600 kW of power (enough to power 500 homes). A single rack failure creates catastrophic heat buildup. $IREN’s solution: Liquid-cooled infrastructure at all Horizon facilities. $CIFR’s solution: Turnkey air-and-liquid cooling delivery for AWS. Hyperscalers aren’t paying billions for “power connections.” They’re paying for THERMAL RELIABILITY. The Numbers That Matter: > PJM capacity prices: 10x increase from 2024 to 2025 (extreme scarcity signal) > Interconnection costs in Louisiana/Missouri: $900,000+ per MW > $64 billion in U.S. data center projects blocked or delayed in 2024-2025 > 25+ major data center projects canceled in 2025 alone The grid is saturated. The timeline is broken. The infrastructure doesn’t exist. But $CIFR and $IREN? They already own the infrastructure. They already have the grid connections. They already have the hyperscaler contracts. The Bottom Line: > AI demand is doubling every 90 days. > Grid capacity takes 5-7 years to build. > You can’t close that gap with announcements. You close it with EXECUTED agreements and ENERGIZED megawatts. $CIFR: $0.027/kWh power, $8.5B in contracts, 1 GW Tier 1 grid connection $IREN: $9.7B Microsoft deal, 2.91 GW energized portfolio, $3.4B ARR target by 2026. While half the industry fights over interconnection queues, these two are already plugged in. The power crunch isn’t coming. It’s here. And the only winners will be the ones who secured their megawatts BEFORE the grid broke. Bullish $CIFR and $IREN. Note: This is NOT financial advice.

At the end of the day, as I discussed with Jordan Peterson, there are just two games to be played, one real, one Woke. The real game is called civilization. The false game is called power. A long post/🧵: The real divide between Woke and not Woke is in power. The Woke game is the power game, and it is a parasite on the real game, which is civilization. Here's roughly how Jordan described the foundation of this idea. There are various rules, norms, etc., in the game society ultimately plays, and these create a hierarchy that is based upon competence, mostly organically, obviously imperfectly. If the rules of the game are good enough, the imperfections (natural corruptions) are minor and society thrives. If they are not, you'll have problems. This is the real game of building society, and it ultimately has to favor competence. This game must be called "civilization" because that's not just its goal but it is also what it does. It civilizes us beyond our base instincts and impulses so we can work together productively in a healthy manner that generates prosperity. As Jordan put it, this game is also a reservoir of value, and reservoirs of value create parasites. What are these civilizational parasites? They’re parallel games organized by and around malignant psychopathological modes like Dark Tetrad traits, psychopathy, and Cluster-B disorders: histrionic, borderline, antisocial, and narcissistic. These malignant pathologies render people incompetent except at manipulation, so they cannot rise far in a healthy civilizational hierarchy. What do they do, then, to gain power and status in life in a game they cannot actually play? They define a parasitic parallel game and rope people into playing it. It is parasitic in that it draws off the real game (civilization) and mimics its form so that the hosts (people in society) are less likely to realize it’s there, but it doesn’t build or create of its own. It siphons and tears down. What drives this game is failing to see what makes the civilizational game and the hierarchy it produces legitimate in the first place. This is characteristic of the psychopathologies at its heart. The narcissist imagines the world should be serving himself at the top, but it isn’t. The problem can’t be himself, so it must be that the game is illegitimate. Otherwise, he’d be at the top, but he isn’t. Therefore, the game is corrupt. His histrionic nature makes him a victim of the real game, preying upon emotions like empathy and righteous indignation to recruit followers. Because of his Dark Tetrad alignment, his game is not only illegitimate but toxic. It’s inherently sadistic, cruel to its recruits in the way typical of all cults—alternating punishment and leniency or even love-bombing. It’s dishonest. It’s psychologically broken from reality. It’s also a Machiavellian game, which means it has no interest in moral or ethical behavior but only in power. Thus, this rival game to the game of civilization is the game of power. The parasitic game—that is, the power game—is based on a fundamental failure to understand the legitimacy of the civilizational game or the approximately legitimate hierarchy it produces. This is a result of its narcissism, mostly. The game cannot be legitimate because the psychopath isn’t on top of it, where he sees himself constantly as a projection from his frail ego. It sees power in the real hierarchy, though, which it can perceive and understand, and for which it blames most of its troubles. What this means is that the (Woke) power game develops a critical theory of the existing legitimate civilization game. That’s why Woke means “using critical theory (and activism).” A critical theory exists not to articulate a vision—at least not beyond a Utopia after the cult power game holds power to enforce its power game long enough—but to “criticize those aspects of the existing society we wish to change,” as Max Horkheimer, creator of the Critical Theory, put it. The critical theory of the power game exists to recruit by delegitimizing the civilization game in the minds of some of its players, usually ones who aren’t succeeding as well. It picks at “contradictions,” failures, and imperfections while casting the whole civilization game as corrupt and unjust. It offers itself as the only alternative to civilization game while pulling at the threads of the civilization game that allow people to believe in it. It all proceeds from the Woke failure to understand the legitimacy of the hierarchy of the civilization game as it proceeds from its set of rules. Misunderstanding legitimacy leads it to conclude that all hierarchies are actually based in power, and all power is fundamentally arbitrary. That is, they do not believe all power is illegitimate. They believe power is the only legitimate thing in any hierarchy, but they also believe that power is located in persons like themselves through their narcissism and projection. Think of Voldemort as an icon of this mode of thinking: “there is no good or evil, only power and those too weak to seek it.” Of course, that quintessential Dark Tetrad perspective is what ensures the psychopathological power game will be rigged to make sure the psychopaths are attracted to it and rise to its top. This belief is what we call Woke. The Woke game is the power game, and it is a parasitic competitor to the civilization game. There is no overlap between these two games. To adopt the power game is to abandon the civilization game entirely and, in fact, to become its enemy. But James, you might ask, isn’t there power in civilization? Yes, there is, and necessarily, but it isn’t what defines the civilization game. It’s a byproduct of the game, not the game itself. The civilization game is fundamentally the building out of an organic and dynamic hierarchy based on a set of rules, or what some people call “muh principles,” that will succeed or fail for that civilization in direct proportion to three things. 1) How aligned with the truth are the rules of the civilization game? 2) How aligned with justice are the rules of the civilization game? 3) How willing are the participants of the civilization game to defend their principles and their game, including against socio-parasitical perversion? The more aligned with truth and justice a civilization game is, the more successful it will be, and the more legitimate its hierarchy. The power that results as a byproduct is extremely legitimate in a highly aligned civilization where people haven’t forgotten their charge to defend the game itself, which is what we call responsibility. A civilization game strongly aligned with truth and justice filled with a preponderance of responsible people will produce a thriving, prosperous society. It only works this way every time. Not everyone is responsible, though. Some are also incompetent because of various pathologies (not talking about for other reasons). Those pathological players may, under certain circumstances, create a parasitic side game with themselves on top through a variety of strategies that mimic the values and principles of the real game while distorting them into power plays because their game is power, as discussed above. They will recruit into that game primarily from those who are resentful of the real game for any variety of reasons, and getting recruited into the power game from the civilization game is called “going Woke.”

14 Indisputable reasons why the Holocaust COULD NOT have happened. 1) The official International Red Cross report states that 271,301 deaths occurred in all of the so called ‘concentration camps’. 2)The number of dead at Auschwitz was revised in 1989 from 4.1 Million to 1.5 Million. And yet, the ‘official’ number of 6 million somehow remains unchanged. 3) The Fuhrer allowed J*ws to leave Germany and Poland. He allowed them to go elsewhere, so long as it wasn’t within Reich territory. If his intent was truly to erase all J*ws, why would he give them such mercy? 4) American gas chamber expert Dr. Fred Leuchter visited all the sites and testified that the supposed ‘gas chambers’ were incapable of supporting death by gassing. Many other experts in this field of research have backed up this claim. Wooden doors, a lack of ventilation, and other issues make the possibility of mass gas-related executions an impossibility. 5) Auschwitz staff themselves have gone on record to say that much of the present-day museum is not original. It’s been edited and added to in order to fit the false narrative that a genocide occurred there. 6) With supposedly there being 6 million deaths, surely we would be able to find the bodies, right? Except that’s not true. Humans can find remains of species from millions of years ago, but we’re unable to find 6 million bodies from 80 years ago? This cannot be ignored. 7) Actual gas chambers from the time made clear markings on the walls due to their chemical potency. And yet, when forensic examination was conducted at the camps, no evidence of gassings was found in the alleged execution chambers. The one exception to this is with the laundry room, where zyklon B was used to stop the spread of typhus. 8) The obsession with 6 million J*ws dying far predates WW2. In newspapers, media and even some J*wish religious scripture, there is time and time again mention of 6 million deaths. To them, it’s practically a sacred number meant to be fulfilled by a lie rather than truth. For decades before the Reich rose to power, the J*ws were always crying that 6 million of them were dying, when in reality it never happened. It was always a lie. 9) The supposed concentration camps had swimming pools, maternity wards, dining halls, recreation areas, and many more luxuries. This doesn’t fit the false narrative of a genocide, and so the now J*wish owners of Auschwitz and other camps have tried to cover up these areas. 10) Along with covering up aspects that don’t fit their narrative, the J*ws have also added on to the camps to better gain sympathy from the masses. The chimney on Auschwitz was not present in 1945. It was later built by the Soviets, because you can’t have gassings without ventilation. 11) The J*wish population in 1933 was 15,315,000. In 1948, it was 15,753,000. Where is the 6 million drop? It doesn’t exist, because it is false. 12) The truth does not fear investigation, and yet in 18 countries today questioning the holocaust gets you arrested, and in dozens more you are persecuted. Why can’t we ask questions? Why can’t we see evidence beyond biased J*wish testimony? 13) Starting in 1941 and ending in 1945, if you start executing people by gassing in every one of the alleged gas chambers non-stop 24/7, you still will not arrive at the number of 6 million. No matter which way you spin it, no matter how you try to defend the story, 6 million deaths are simply not possible. 14) Top Reich leaders denied the claim that an order to execute all the J*ws ever occurred. Even when the personal belongings and diaries of high-ranking officers were captured, there was nothing detailing an order for a genocide. In the words of the great Bishop Richard Williamson- “All the emotion is on one side; all the evidence is on the other.” This is not opinions. This is not hate. These are facts presented for public education on the topic. Start noticing.

🔌⚡Let's start with the obvious: OUR NJ ELECTRIC BILLS ARE OBSCENE. In Governor Mikie Sherrill's mammoth $60.7B budget address, she briefly referenced natural gas and nuclear energy. The rest of the speech followed the "green energy" fairy tale trajectory of her predecessor, with an emphasis on investing in solar energy and battery storage. Here’s the problem: solar and battery storage are SUPPLEMENTS, not primary power sources. Solar works when the sun's out, but the grid needs power 24/7. This may shock and surprise some, but NJ is not Texas so any comparison is completely invalid. And batteries don’t generate electricity; they store excess solar for a few hours and cost billions to build. Most store 2–4 hours of power, next generation shoots for 6–10 hours. A 24-hour battery grid is still theoretical. Here is a comparison of power reliability rates: Solar — about 8% Offshore wind — 40–50% Natural gas — 80%+ Nuclear — up to 95% Meanwhile, PJM (the regional grid operator) warned us that by 2030, the region could lose about 40 gigawatts of reliable power generation (while replacing less than half of it).Since March, there has at least been some movement on the nuclear front in NJ, but on natural gas? Mostly lip service so far. We keep hearing about storage, batteries and demand management. Great story. Where's the generation? NJ ALREADY lost $175M on the Ørsted offshore wind gamble & despite the collapse of several major projects, Trenton continues pushing to revive offshore wind, fighting federal action in court to shut it down. The kicker is that even at full capacity, that project too would have delivered well under 20 gigawatts upon completion — less than half the power NJ actually needs. So how'd we end up here in the first place? NJ used to be an energy EXPORTER. Well, Trenton Democrats shuttered reliable power before replacements existed, so now NJ IMPORTS 35–40% of our electricity from states in our regional grid. The Dems pat themselves on the back for being “green,” while importing electricity from PA generated with much-needed fossil fuels, including coal. It gets more surreal. The same Dems assign blame to (and threaten to leave) PJM. We're importing power and acting like we hold the cards. WE DON'T (just ask Pennsylvania). And "green"? Grid batteries use lithium, cobalt, nickel and other mined minerals, produced through massive industrial extraction & chemical processing. They're ridiculously expensive to build and a disposal nightmare. Is this what they call environmentally-friendly “green energy”? Now look at the budget shell game. The budget highlights spending tied to the Clean Energy Fund ($700M a year) and RGGI (roughly $80–100M annually). Those funds don’t come from Trenton. They come from YOU — surcharges you already pay for, built into your electric bill (don't forget! Over the years, billions of dollars have been diverted out of the Clean Energy Fund to plug other holes in the state budget.) THE GAME IN THE NUTSHELL: Raise your rates. Collect the money through RGGI and Clean Energy Fund charges. Hand a sliver back as a “utility credit.” Smile big at the press conference with your climate activist crew. As the Governor & Majority party celebrate "clean energy" budget spending, understand that most of it is just recycling money you've paid in your electric bill. This budget STILL gambles on “green energy.” With your wallet. SIDEBAR: During the campaign, Mikie Sherrill promised to "freeze electric rates." Fun fact: as Governor, her Executive Order didn’t freeze anything. It "urged" the Board of Public Utilities to "consider" taking action. A far cry from freezing rates, which is not a function of any NJ Governor.

Ripple - XRP - America - Clarity Act WHAT THIS MEANS FOR AMERICA America has been stuck with an old, slow, confusing money system for decades—one that loses people’s hard-earned dollars, hides fees, lets middlemen skim off the top, and keeps the average person in the dark. But what’s happening now changes everything: 1. Money will finally move the way life moves - fast. No more waiting days for paychecks to clear, transfers to settle, or banks to “process” something simple. Money will move instantly, 24/7, with no hidden nonsense. 2. Fees drop. Transparency rises. No more backroom games. The current system hides fees, delays payments, and makes mistakes that nobody can trace. This new system works like a public calculator where errors can’t hide. You’ll see exactly where your money goes. 3. New American jobs, new industries, new small-business growth. Any time a new “highway” gets built—whether it’s roads, electricity, or the internet - millions of new jobs come with it. This new financial “highway” is no different. America will build it, run it, and benefit from it. 4. A stronger dollar that people all over the world trust again. Instead of printing money into worthlessness, America uses real value, real transparency, and real accountability to support the dollar. A strong dollar means: • higher purchasing power • lower inflation • more respect on the world stage 5. Less power for hidden middlemen. More power for Americans. For years, the financial system rewarded insiders and punished regular people. This shift puts the power back where it belongs—in the hands of the public, not the bureaucrats, not the big banks, not the middlemen. 6. America becomes the world’s financial “light tower” again. Instead of reacting to world events, America leads. Other nations turn to us—not because we force them, but because our system is fair, fast, and trustworthy. 7. Our money becomes safer, clearer, and more honest. No tricks. No gimmicks. No fine print. Just honest accounting and immediate settlements. In Plain English: This is America fixing what was broken - with honesty, accountability, technology, and common sense. It means: • Better jobs • Better money • Better opportunities • A better future for families, workers, veterans, retirees, and small business owners It means we stop repeating old mistakes… and start building a system worthy of the people who live in this country. This isn’t about crypto. This isn’t about politics. This is about America upgrading its financial engine so everyone can finally run on equal ground. If our U.S. Treasury and Ripple both held 17% of XRP at $250, shareholders of both entities would have an asset valued at $4.2 Trillion. Starting from Ripple’s most recent $40B post-money valuation, if XRP truly ran to $250 and Ripple still held 17B XRP under a Treasury-blessed XRPL/RLUSD/XRP global monetary regime, reasonable mechanical valuation frameworks spit out multi-trillion-dollar Ripple equity numbers - roughly $1 to $7T+, with the low end already bigger than Visa and Mastercard combined, and the high end bumping into “this changes our world forever” territory. Why I’m All In on $CRO | March 25, 2026 – Remember This 🏆 Conviction isn’t built on hype — it’s built on execution, vision, and timing. After watching the AMA with Kris, CEO of Crypto.com, it’s never been clearer: $CRO isn’t just positioned to win. It’s positioned to lead/take over. Here’s why I believe $CRO will be a top 5 asset/chain: 1. $CRO Enters the ETF Era: It’s official — Crypto.com is powering Truth Social’s ETF infrastructure (backed by United States President Donald J. Trump ) Custody, liquidity, and staking baskets with $CRO included. The goal? -> $CRO in every major ETF. This is how real capital enters. 2. “Make $CRO Great Again” Isn’t a Slogan — It’s a Strategy: The $CRO Mint = A Reset for Greatness In 2021, $CRO was burned defensively. In 2024, it’s being minted strategically. Billions are now being reinvested into Kronos to: •Make it a top 5 chain •Fund builders & world-class teams •Onboard institutional capital •Boost token utility and velocity “Not making big moves is accepting mediocrity. This is a reset.” – Kris 3. 140M Users and Growing Fast: With 150M expected in Q2 and a long-term goal of 250M, @cryprocom is scaling like no one else — all while being profitable with a strong balance sheet. $1.5B revenue. $300M+ EBITDA. It’s the fastest-executing crypto business in the world. 4. U.S. Political Tailwinds Are Here: Kris has been in the White House, Mar-a-Lago, and the Oval Office. The Trump-era momentum is real — and policy is shifting. Two major bills (Stablecoins & Market Structure) are already in motion. The war on crypto is over. The U.S. is going pro-crypto. And Crypto.com is at the table. 6. Institutional Capital Is Lining Up: $CRO isn’t just for retail anymore. It’s being positioned for sovereign wealth, strategic reserves, and ETF flows. ETF issuers = not natural sellers. These are demand engines. – Kris 7. The Roadmap: Precision-Engineered for Domination: Kris laid out a bold, multi-front expansion plan that touches every corner of finance and Web3: •U.S. Equities: TradFi meets DeFi — all in one app •Prediction Markets: Sports, politics, and more — on-chain and first-to-market •Global Transfers: Instant, near-zero fee money movement — no middlemen •DeFi + Wallet Upgrades: Powerfully simple, non-custodial, and ready for mass adoption •TradFi Integrations: Banking, brokerage, and payment layers — unified •AI Infrastructure: Future-proofing the stack for what’s coming next •Exchange Overhaul: Full UX redesign, deeper liquidity, pro-level tools “We want to be the fastest shipping company in the industry.” – Kris This isn’t just a roadmap — it’s a master plan to absorb market share across every vertical 8. The Next-Gen Chain = #Cronos New leadership (Mirko) is focused solely on Attracting unicorn-tier founders, Incentivizing game-changing apps, Positioning $CRO as the native gas “We want world-class teams building billion-dollar projects on , This is the same playbook $ETH ran in 2017 and $SOL ran in 2021 — but with deeper infrastructure and funding”- Kris 9. Ready, What’s Next - #Cryptocom •500+ new hires incoming •Separate P&L on each product •Every unit treated like a startup •Unified mission across Web3, DeFi, TradFi, and real-world utility “We’re building a company that thrives in any market condition.” – Kris And the line that sealed it: “Hold me accountable by March 25, 2026.” – Kris You can argue hype. You can argue narratives. But you can’t argue results. Crypto.com is quietly building the rails of the next financial system — and $CRO will power it. #CRO #CryptoCom #Kronos #Web3 #DeFi #ETFs #BullRun2025 #TrumpCrypto #CryptoNews #MakeCROGreatAgain #Marc

🚨🚨🚨A Stark Warning 🚨🚨🚨 🚨Europe is losing its mind. 🚨Where are we going up against a nuclear power? 🚨Russia could wipe us out in a matter of minutes, they could wipe out all of Europe. 🚨Does anyone think that if Russia is massively attacked within its territory, it will just sit back and do nothing? Obviously not. So, what are we trying to achieve? That they'll get really tired and launch two or three, nuclear bombs on some of the main European capitals? Pedro Baños Retired Spanish Army Colonel: 📑 That Mrs. von der Leyen is going to give Ukraine another 3.3 BILLONES euros another because she says that everything Ukraine has already received isn't enough, right? Because she says that everything Ukraine has already received isn't enough, right? 0:08 Exactly, the problem is that they've made a huge bet on Ukraine, and it has gone badly for them 0:09 a huge bet on Ukraine, and it has gone badly for them 0:12 and now, how do they backtrack, 0:13 how do they admit that this has been a mistake 0:14 from the very start, that they've led an entire people to destruction, 0:17 that they've led an entire people to destruction, 0:18 that already two generations of Ukrainians have died, 0:20 those who haven't fled the country, 0:22 which is a total disaster. 0:23 We only have the casualty exchange numbers between Russia and Ukraine, 0:27 between Russia and Ukraine, and the figures are staggering. 0:30 We can provide them later, right? 0:32 But what's going on? 0:34 As you said, that increase ... 0:36 look, in Spain's case, 0:37 it means multiplying the Defence budget by five, 0:41 Because of course, since the United States first asked for 2%. 0:44 Since we agreed, they said, "Hey, then 3.5%.." 0:47 Since we also agreed, they said, "Well, 5%." 0:49 These people are fools, so let's go, let's ask them for more, right? 0:52 In the end, they are going to buy almost everything from me, 0:54 which I really need. 0:55 But what is the problem, Ambassador? 0:56 When you manufacture weapons, 0:59 there is only one way for that system not to fail you, 1:02 and that is to use the weapons you've produced. 1:05 Because look, 1:06 you manufacture—imagine, it's true, there was a deficit here, 1:08 for example, of artillery shells, 1:10 one hundred fifty-five, or shells for, 1:12 cannons, or, or, or tank shells. 1:15 Fine, that's all well and good, whatever we want. 1:17 You've already produced that one million, five million shells. 1:21 And once you've produced them, what do you do? 1:22 That factory you set up with public money, with subsidies, do you shut it down? 1:28 Or you have the other option, 1:30 which is to go to war to use up that ammunition 1:32 and keep producing more. 1:33 And as it happens, in Europe, 1:35 especially in the main countries, 1:37 the economy is a total mess, 1:39 it's in free fall, 1:43 they desperately need, 1:45 as they can no longer make cars, like in Germany, 1:48 to start making tanks or ammunition instead. 1:51 But France is in the same situation. 1:52 A France that has been expelled from Africa, 1:56 where what the franc meant for them, the CFA. 2:00 And not only that, but also all the resources 2:02 they extracted under more than favorable conditions from these countries, 2:06 starting with uranium from Niger, 2:08 they've run out of it. 2:09 France is having a very hard time, 2:11 with an absolutely brutal social crisis. 2:15 And now we see all this coming together 2:16 with skyrocketing energy prices, 2:19 we can already see that the price of fuels 2:21 in Germany has already surpassed 2.5 euro— 2:24 euros per liter, which is truly outrageous. 2:27 We're talking about, and we saw the news, 2:29 that filling a standard tank 2:32 of an average vehicle now means 200 euros, 2:35 200 euros, which is absolutely insane. 2:38 And what does that mean? 2:39 That they only have one solution, indeed, 2:42 which is to go to war. 2:43 And remember there's something that, 2:45 we studied it in the Command and Staff course 2:47 and when you tell people about it, 2:48 they treat it as little more than a joke too, 2:50 that there is something called the relaxing wars. 2:53 The relaxing wars that have been used throughout 2:55 history 2:57 to get rid of part of the population or to get out of an economic chaos. 3:02 And that's ... 3:03 right now it would be very convenient for them to, 3:04 on one hand, get rid of some of the population, 3:07 that is, get rid of this problem they say they won't be able to pay pensions, 3:10 because all of this increase, besides the cost, don't forget, military, 3:15 means a clear and tangible reduction of the welfare state, 3:20 of the four pillars of the welfare state. 3:22 Some of the more honest politicians, the few there are, 3:25 tell you this openly, others still keep it hidden. 3:28 But, of course, what happens? 3:29 That, in fact, it would be very convenient for them to camouflage the dire situation, 3:33 regrettable, that they have within their own country. 3:35 We see and we can talk about Macron's statements today, 3:39 where he said that we should just about go 3:41 to war because Russia is waging a hybrid war against us 3:43 which is unacceptable and that we have to be prepared. 3:46 Macron said it, as well as some of his top ministers. 3:48 Of course, but the thing is, France is in a very, 3:51 very delicate, extremely delicate situation. 3:53 And also in a France 3:55 where people are not as patient as the Spanish, 3:57 over there, as soon as people get a little heated, 3:59 they take to the streets and burn down half the streets. 4:02 But we've talked about it, the way things are in Germany, 4:04 the way things are in Sweden, the way things are in Finland, 4:07 which, ever since it joined NATO, 4:09 has completely come apart, with unemployment even higher than in Spain, 4:14 a sunken economy. 4:16 And then some only see the way out as the United Kingdom, 4:19 which now even wants to break apart, 4:21 there are already, there are small populations that are asking for independence 4:25 within the United Kingdom, even on the verge, 4:28 as many predict, of an internal civil confrontation. 4:32 And of course, what do they always find? 4:33 Well, we already know that to unite the people, 4:36 to cover up internal chaos, 4:40 you know, create an external enemy 4:42 and declare that you have to go to war against them. 4:43 The problem with all that, Ambassador, 4:44 is that when, and you know this perfectly well, 4:46 you have even much more experience than I do, 4:49 you say, you know that the problem with all this is 4:50 that when you get yourself involved in this war context, 4:53 you are making the population get used to it every day. 4:56 We just have to look at a some newspaper, 4:59 a Spanish one that every day, every single day without exception, 5:02 publishes some story to accuse Russia of anything, 5:05 or to convince the population 5:07 that we must go to war against Russia. 5:09 So, when you already have the, the, the atmosphere, the context, the narrative, 5:13 and you've already created it, all that's left is the incident. 5:15 And we're seeing incidents like these every day. 5:17 Like—now, it's a Danish helicopter, 5:20 or a frigate getting close to a Russian ship, 5:23 or the Russian ship fires a grenade, or some warning flares, 5:27 which is nonsense. 5:28 A flare is—what's even happening— 5:29 what range could it have? 300 meters. 5:31 And that's not going to bring down any helicopter. 5:34 But of course, it must be because the helicopter had come closer precisely 5:38 to the Russian warship in international waters. 5:42 But they're searching, they're only looking for the incident that will make all this blow up completely, 5:46 when, on top of that, they're deceiving us every day with the whole drone issue, 5:50 about Russian drones in the middle of Germany, 5:52 about not knowing, knowing where they came from and they just appear out of nowhere, 5:55 almost as if in, in a space-time shortcut. 5:58 And, and it's like that all the time. And we have loads of information. 6:01 But look, but the thing is there is a fact right now that strikes me as devastating 6:04 to show us how they're speeding this up by the minute, Ambassador, 6:09 Today's news 6:10 that Ukraine has launched drones 6:13 against a Russian nuclear power plant inside Russia. 6:17 Because remember that every so often, he launches strikes on Zaporizhia and 6:19 on top of that, they accuse the Russians of being the ones 6:22 launching drones at their own nuclear plant, 6:24 because they currently have it in their possession. 6:27 No, no, we're talking about inside, inside Russia, 6:31 at a nuclear power plant, Ukraine has launched drones. 6:34 In other words, what they're looking for now is for 6:36 Russia to blow up, 6:38 I mean, for them to say, look, this is where we draw the line, 6:41 I've had enough of you. 6:42 And, and, and on top of that, so that we Europeans can play the victim, see? 6:45 We had already warned you that Russia could attack us at any moment. 6:48 If they're provoking them with the, 6:51 the ones living in the Baltic states, 6:54 whose civil rights have been taken away, 6:55 who have been banned from speaking Russian. 6:57 In other words, they're constantly provoking it so that Russia finally snaps, 7:01 and specifically, 7:02 so that it's the one to take the first step in this war, 7:05 and today's statements from everyone, from Donald Tusk, 7:08 from Macron, from Merz they're honestly chilling. 7:13 That is, they're already openly talking to us about war, 7:16 they're openly talking to us about war. 7:18 And besides, the case of Poland, 7:20 which we'll discuss later too and give the exact data, 7:25 but what's happening with Poland is, is also spectacular. 7:27 And by the way, Trump, 7:30 who used to say he was going to leave Europe, 7:31 and now says no, that he's going to create a massive mega-base in Poland, 7:36 which is a plan that's already been in motion for some time. 7:39 But later, since he said he was going to leave Europe, 7:40 What is going to leave Europe? 7:41 And what we're talking about is quite the opposite, 7:43 about an absolutely warmongering Europe, 7:46 with reckless warmongering. 7:48 Because also, as you were saying, from a military point of view, 7:52 this is madness. 7:53 Where are we going up against a nuclear power? 7:56 They could wipe us out 7:58 in a matter of minutes, 8:00 in a matter of minutes, they could wipe out all of Europe. 8:02 But where are we going? 8:03 Does anyone think 8:05 that if Russia is massively attacked 8:09 within its territory, it will just sit back and do nothing? 8:12 Obviously not. So, what are we trying to achieve? 8:14 That they'll get really tired and launch two or three, 8:18 nuclear bombs on some of the main European capitals? 8:21 What are they trying to do? 8:22 I really don't know. 8:24 And you say, "But let's see." 8:25 Also, here no one, absolutely no one, is talking about diplomacy. 8:29 No one is talking... And you are a diplomat, an ambassador. 8:32 You know how important, vital, essential diplomacy is. 8:35 And let's not forget that the First World War, 8:38 which today is more than proven, was a failure of diplomacy. 8:42 It was a failure of diplomacy in entering the First World War. 8:45 So, what are they trying to do? 8:47 No one, no one speaks of negotiation, no one speaks of, of peace, 8:50 no one speaks of diplomacy, starting with the Kaja Kallas, 8:52 who is the head of European diplomacy. 8:54 So, it's a situation that's not, no, not, truly tremendously delicate, 8:58 and we're not paying enough attention to it. 9:00 But those of us who know something about these issues, 9:02 in your case as a diplomat, in my case as a soldier, 9:05 since we've traveled a lot around the world, 9:07 we know how populations are prepared psychologically for war. 9:12 And that's what they've been preparing us for, for some time now, 9:14 but right now, in an absolutely accelerated way. 9:17 That preparation is blatant now, absolutely blatant, 9:21 how they're preparing us for, 9:23 of course, because you have to convince people how positive war was. 9:27 We've already done many programs on this topic, 9:27 We've already done many programs on this topic, 9:30 about how, yes, how the adversary is demonized 9:33 so that in the end, people are convinced 9:35 that it's even, even good, 9:37 even logical, even "Christian," to, to attack, to attack the enemy 9:42 because he's so bad, so bad, truly evil, that he deserves to be attacked, right? 9:45 Without us realizing, the ones who suffer the consequences are us. 9:49 Mrs. von der Leyen, the president of the Commission, 9:52 has already said that none of her seven children will go to war, 9:54 because they're not prepared for that. 9:56 It will be the children of the poor, right, who go to war, 9:59 they're the ones who get sent. 10:00 So, of course, the, concern is immense, Ambassador. 10:04 But look, today itself, for example, the statements 10:07 from, we can talk about here, 10:10 from Figaro, it says here Macron says, 10:14 he says, "The president of the Republic's alert regarding the Russian threat." 10:19 It would be a mistake by Russia to continue 10:22 acting like this toward Europeans." 10:23 You say, "But look, you're the ones pressuring Russia." 10:26 Or the same thing, here on BFM, 10:29 it says, Macron says: 10:30 "The Russian hybrid threat towards Europeans and France has intensified." 10:36 Well, now they don't even know what to make up. 10:37 Or actually, here too, the EFE News Agency, which says: 10:40 "Macron warns of a shift in Russian aggression and threats in Europe." 10:46 In other words, they are preparing the ground, Ambassador, 10:48 they are preparing the ground. 10:50 When they haven't been able to prove anything 10:52 about these threats, not even the helicopter with the flares, 10:55 nor the drone issue. 10:57 In fact, there's information saying it's all staged. 10:59 There are no videos, no clear images, no remains of those drones. 11:04 And the only piece that exists, one from Poland, 11:06 seems to be all staged, 11:07 it's a shame I can't show the image, 11:10 but we'll talk about it later. 11:11 That is to say, but this really worries me, 11:13 knowing how wars are prepared, 11:15 knowing how populations are prepared, 11:17 specifically so they go to those wars gladly 11:21 and without understanding the goals behind them, 11:23 which certainly have nothing to do 11:25 with the evilness of Russia, 11:26 nor that Russia is out to kill us all, 11:28 they have been feeding us this story, 11:29 since when, Ambassador, for the past four years, 11:32 when they told us that Russia at any moment 11:33 was going to invade all of Europe. 11:35 Anyway, in any case, I find this issue absolutely extremely serious, Ambassador. *Pedro Baños Bajo is a retired Spanish Army colonel, writer, and prominent geopolitical analyst specializing in defense, intelligence, and international relations.

$ASTI Ascent Solar Technologies Space and Drone Solar Panels The "Going to Zero" or Mispriced Space/Drone Solar Play Intro and comparison to $RKLB and $RDW panels Let’s get the ugly stuff out of the way first. $ASTI is a distressed penny stock with a ~$5M-$10M market cap. • They burn millions in cash. • 2024 Revenue: ~$40k. 2025 Revenue (YTD): ~$60k. • They generate less revenue than a single Tesla Model Y. • They have diluted shareholders relentlessly. $ASTI just raised $2M in December with the potential of $3.5M more via warrants while being a ~$5M mcap "company". Yikes. To most, this is "uninvestable trash." Stay away. Full stop. So why did I buy ~5% of the float? IF the technology works and IF they execute then I believe this is a massive market pricing dislocation about to inflect. They have been grinding for years and may finally be hitting an inflection point. $RKLB Rocketlab is the king of space solar and they are my second largest position overall, but here is why $ASTI might be a very high risk but asymmetric bet in Space & Defense right now. 1. The Tech Pivot: Flexible CIGS vs. The World Ascent started in 2005 but pivoted 2 years ago from consumer to pure-play Space & Defense. They have sunk ~$250M and 20 years of R&D into proprietary CIGS (Copper-Indium-Gallium-Selenide) thin-film technology while building out fully domestic and vertically integrated manufacturing capabilities. The Physics: • Thickness: 0.03 mm (Thinner than paper). • Flexibility: Wraps around drones/satellites; rolls up like a poster. • Durability: "Self-Healing" capabilities against space radiation. Can take a bullet or micrometeoroid and keep working. Can handle shocks/vibration. Does not shatter. The Metric that Matters: Specific Power (W/kg) (aka energy to weight ratio) In space, mass means cost and difficult decision decisions. • Rocket Lab ($RKLB) / Spectrolab: ~150 W/kg (System level). • Ascent Solar ($ASTI): ~1,960 W/kg (Module level). $ASTI is roughly 10x lighter for the same power output potential (mass-wise). This frees up design limitations and cost. 2. The Competition: $RKLB & $RDW Rocket Lab (SolAero) & Redwire (iROSA): • Tech: Rigid Crystal Cells (Multi-junction) embedded in a fabric mesh. • Pros: Extreme Efficiency (~30%+). Perfect for limited surface area. • Cons: Heavy, Brittle, Expensive ($3k-$10k per Watt). Manufacturing multi-junction cells (SolAero) involves slowly growing crystals in a vacuum chamber. With radiation the panels degrade and loose efficiency over time which will limit the satellite lifespan. • Use Case: James Webb Telescope, Flagship missions. Ascent Solar (ASTI): • Tech: Flexible Thin-Film on Plastic. • Pros: Ultra-light, Durable, Cheap ($500-$1k per Watt). Manufacturing CIGS is roughly similar to printing newspapers (roll-to-roll). The panels are radiation degradation resistant and will outlive the satellite • Cons: Lower Efficiency (~17.5%). Requires 2x surface area. • Use Case: Mega-Constellations (Starlink/Amazon Leo), Small/Low cost satellites, Drones, Deformable surfaces. The lower efficiency is not an ASTI failing. It is the inherent physics trade-off of not using glass/rigid silicone. The downside however is increased atmospheric drag with very larger/massive panel sheets. Because ASTI modules are ~50% less efficient than rigid panels, they require ~2x the physical surface area to generate the same amount of power. In GEO (High Orbit): Drag doesn't matter. Weight savings are king. A massive solar array allows for more sensors and longer project lifespan. ASTI is highly competitive here. In LEO (Low Orbit): Atmospheric drag is real. A massive solar array acts like a large parachute, causing the satellite to de-orbit faster unless it burns more fuel to stay up. At LEO, smaller satellites are a better fit for ASTI. 3. Durability & Radiation "Self-Healing" Radiation Hardness This is ASTI's "Ace in the Hole" for physics. The Problem: In space, high-energy protons (radiation) smash into solar cells, creating atomic "defects" that trap electrons. Over time, this kills the panel's power output (degradation). The CIGS Advantage: CIGS (Copper-Indium-Gallium-Selenide) material has a unique property where heat (annealing) allows the atomic structure to relax and "heal" these defects. Self-Healing: Because CIGS heals at relatively low temperatures (often achieved just by the sun heating the panel), it suffers significantly less degradation than traditional Silicon or even some GaAs panels over long missions in high-radiation belts (like MEO or GEO). Lifespan: While a rigid GaAs panel might lose 15-20% of its power over 15 years (enough to kill a satellite), CIGS panels heal and can maintain a flatter power curve, potentially outlasting the satellite itself in high-radiation orbits. 4. Brittleness & Flexibility ASTI (CIGS on Polyimide): Flexible. You can roll it like a poster. It can take a bullet or micrometeoroid and the hole will just be a dead spot; the rest of the panel keeps working. It does not shatter. Redwire (ROSA) & Rocket Lab (SolAero): Brittle Cells on a Flex Blanket. $RDW's ROSA (Roll-Out Solar Array) typically uses rigid multi-junction cells (made by SolAero/Rocket Lab or Spectrolab) mounted on a flexible mesh fabric. The Risk: If you bend the cells too far, they crack. They rely on the mesh backing for flexibility, but the active generating material is still a brittle crystal wafer. Much heavier, more expensive, and less durable than $ASTI's option 5. The Inflection Point (Why Now?) After years of silent struggle, late 2025 has seen an explosion of activity. Recent Agreements (Nov/Dec 2025): NovaSpark: Hydrogen-powered military drones. $ASTI panels generate power in the field → NovaSpark creates hydrogen fuel. CisLunar Industries: Integrating ASTI solar with power conversion hardware for deep space longevity. Defiant Space: A strategic alliance to act as the "door opener" for classified DoD/NATO programs. They are field testing with 3 major players: • Company A: Mega-constellation (+2,500 satellites). • Company B: Space Defense (Explicitly mentioned "Golden Dome"). • Company C: Satellite Manufacturer (30-200 unit scale). Management: New board members include a former founding member of SpaceX and a retired Air Force General and Deputy Assistant Secretary for Contracting (acquisitions expert). The company started in 2005 based out of Colorado, but two years ago pivoted to Space & Defense and away from consumer applications. Made in USA: Defense contracts heavily favor domestic supply chains. ASTI manufactures in Colorado. This is a huge moat against cheap Chinese solar. In their Q3 report they note that their market has seen sudden recent acceleration. The space solar industry is currently only capable of 8 to 12 MW per year of production meanwhile the demand is growing to over 100 MW per year. 6. The Risk (The Sword of Damocles) ⚠️ This is critical. $ASTI just raised ~$2M in December. Attached to that raise are ~2 Million Warrants with a strike price of $1.70. These are exercisable immediately. If the stock rips to $3.00, warrant holders exercise at $1.70 and dump on the market for a risk-free 76% profit. This creates a massive "sell wall" and potential 40% dilution of the float. Summary: This is a binary bet. • Bear Case: They run out of cash in 6 months, dilution spirals, stock goes to $0. • Bull Case: They land one of the "Company A/B/C" contracts. Revenue jumps from $60k to projected $20M+ in 2026. The stock reprices from a "bankrupt penny stock" to a "critical defense/space supplier." I have gradually accumulated ~5% of the float. I am ready for it to go to zero. But if the space economy demands "Cheap, Light, and Durable," $ASTI is the only public pure-play. Disclaimer: This is a very high-risk microcap. Do your own due diligence. Not financial advice.

$AMD Massive Rotation from $NVDA $INTC🧵 Not Financial Advice! DYOR! 5-10 minutes before the bell today, last trading day of May 2026, massive rotation out of $INTC and $NVDA into $AMD. I wrote this thread this morning on what $TSM said on Energy Efficiency is now TOP Priotity and why AMD is the biggest winner. Of course I did not have influence on this rebalancing, I was just pointing out why Dr. Su saw this coming years ago. (Check the picture to understand more). I been talking about Agentic AI for like 3-4 years now. OpenClaw broke the CPU:GPU Ratio 1:4 narrative to 1:1 to 5:1 in late Jan and Feb 2026. I will link various threads where you can understand the full picture from supply chain, to TSMC expansion, and different Wafer Ratio for EPYC Venice and MI455X. Energy efficiency is a structural, long-term driver behind institutional rotation from $NVDA and $INTC into $AMD (with spillover strength in $AVGO for complementary networking/custom silicon). This isn't just short-term rebalancing, it's a massive bet on the shift from AI training (performance-at-any-cost) to inference, deployment, and embodied/agentic systems (where total cost of ownership, power draw, and scalability dominate). Precisely What I been writing about $AMD for years now, probably at least more than 5,000 threads. This is the FOMO from Institutions to own $AMD. Do know that AMD is the least owned Semi Stock among vs Peers. AI infrastructure is moving beyond massive training clusters to widespread inference for Agentic AI (running models 24/7) and embodied AI (robots, autonomous agents, edge devices). These workloads prioritize: ~Tokens-per-watt and performance-per-watt ~Lower total power consumption for data centers facing grid constraints ~Better economics at scale (cost-per-token, TCO) ~Thermal and power efficiency for on-device/robotics use Hyperscalers are now thinking more about Margin, Profitability, and $/M Tokens At $516/share. AMD Fwd PEG Ratio is still 35/100+= 0.35 AKA very cheap IMO for the growth and potential. A. Why institutions rotated out of $NVDA? Because Agentic AI is going to dominated by CPUs for years to come, moving violently to 5-10-20:1 CPU:GPU Ratio as enterprises are demanding more than 10-20 agents to run tasks. Now, that does not mean training is going away, Inference is just going to grow much faster. B. Why instiutitons rotated out of $INTC? Because AMD x86 unit share is only at 30-31% but Revenue share is already at 46.2% according to Mercury Research. And Dr. Su wants 50-60% market share, and that would mean 60-70%+ Revenue share where the CPUs TAM Is now already at $200B in 2026 and projected to be $500B by 2030. C. Why $AMD? Because AMD secured meaningful 2nm Capacity, Advanced Packaging and Memory through 2027-2028. And TSMC is expanding 2 primary 2nm Fabs toward 60-65k WPM each, and speeding up 5 2nm Fabs in Taiwan. With total up to 12 2nm Fabs through 2027/2028. 2nm Capacity is expected to be 140k+ WPM toward end of 2026, and 220-240k WPM by end of 2027. Apple has secured 35-45k WPM. And AMD does not have to worry about allocation competition until late 2027 from $AVGO for $META and $GOOGL(This may change) D. Agentic AI will evolve to 24/7 Autonomous Agent, and that will become the foundational layer for Robotic or Physical AI. Agentic AI (autonomous systems that plan, reason, use tools, self-correct, pursue long-horizon goals, and adapt) provides the high-level cognitive architecture. It turns raw perception and low-level control into useful, general-purpose behavior in the physical world. Physical AI (or Embodied AI) refers to AI that senses, understands, and acts directly in the real world through robots, actuators, and sensors. Agentic capabilities are what make this scalable and useful beyond narrow, scripted tasks. Reactive/programmed machines → To proactive, goal-oriented autonomous agents. How does this work? Autonomous Agent layer is the brain ~Vision-Language-Action models or robotics foundation models. ~Agentic loops: Planning, chain-of-thought reasoning, reflection, tool use (simulators, APIs), multi-step task decomposition. ~Persistent 24/7 operation with Memory, world modeling, continuous learning. Institutions may not like $AMD from 2022-2025, but they cannot stop this evolution and it is inevitable. Part of my main thesis for AMD to get to $5 Trillion Market Cap Long Term. Conclusion: Institutions are rotating capital toward AMD not merely for tactical rebalancing, but because Dr. Lisa Su and her team anticipated this exact inflection years in advance and have been methodically engineering AMD’s platform to dominate it. Dr. Su has long championed the convergence of Agentic AI as the high-level cognitive foundation for Physical AI and robotics. As far back as her 2023/2024 CES keynote and earlier strategic commentary, she described Physical AI (including humanoid robotics and edge autonomy) as “the next big thing”; a natural extension of agentic workflows moving from digital reasoning to real-world action. She emphasized that enabling persistent, 24/7 autonomous agents requires a full-stack approach: high-performance CPUs for orchestration and motion control, dedicated accelerators for real-time vision and multimodal inference, and open software ecosystems for rapid development. This vision aligns precisely with the structural drivers we’ve discussed. As AI shifts from training to massive-scale inference and embodiment, energy efficiency, total cost of ownership, and heterogeneous compute become first-order advantages. AMD’s Instinct MI350/MI355 series, Ryzen AI Embedded processors, and EPYC platforms deliver superior performance-per-watt and balanced CPU + GPU + NPU integration ideal for power-constrained robots that must run sophisticated agentic reasoning loops without excessive thermal or battery drain. Dr. Su has repeatedly highlighted the rising importance of CPUs in agentic systems (moving toward 1:1 or even CPU-heavy ratios with GPUs), positioning AMD’s strengths in orchestration, memory handling, and efficiency as critical for the next phase of growth. AMD is engineered for the deployment realities of embodied agents: scalable, efficient, and deployable at the edge and in physical systems. The institutional flows out of NVDA and INTC into AMD reflect recognition of this prepared leadership. Dr. Su didn’t just see the future of Agentic AI powering robotics, she has spent years building the silicon, software, and partnerships to make it practical and economically viable. This rotation signals confidence that the companies best positioned for the physical, always-on intelligence layer will capture the highest-volume opportunities in the coming decade. 🔊UNBELIEVERS: ONE MORE TIME—DON'T CLOSE YOUR EARS!! The tribulation is coming, and you are completely unprepared for what’s around the corner! It will be the worst time in all of history, and you have no idea what’s coming. God is about to unleash His judgment on this world, and NO ONE will stop Him. The 7-year tribulation will soon begin, but before that, He will come to take His Church OUT of this world. IT'S TIME TO TURN TO JESUS!! 🔥Times are about to change once the Church is removed! The world as we know it will come to an end and it will face the 7-year tribulation. 📜It's all written in the book of Revelation which is a letter written by Jesus to His Church, where He tells us HOW He will judge and unveil His divine nature to this world after being hidden for 6,000 years. He opens the scroll and breaks the seals, revealing what is about to happen. ⚠️SNEAK PEEK OF WHAT'S COMING UP! 👉🏼First, Jesus will descend from heaven to resurrect and rapture His Church. All believers who have died in Him will be raised from the dead, and then, those of us who are still alive will be taken to heaven to be the Lord. The world will try to spin it as if it's related to aliens or some other fabricated story—do NOT be deceived! Remember, it's written: 📖 "For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord." 1 Thess 4:15-17 🖊️After the Church is taken away, the Antichrist will emerge and will sign a 7-year peace agreement with Israel allowing them to rebuild the third temple. This agreement will mark the beginning of the 7-year tribulation. It will be a time of great trouble, the worst the world has ever seen! 👉🏼During this time, according to the Book of Revelation, God will unleash 21 divine judgments upon the Earth, leading to the death of over half the world's population. These judgments will include turning both the seas and fresh drinking water into blood and causing the sun and moon to lose their light. 📜THIS IS HOW IT WILL UNFOLD: 👉🏼 Seven Seals: 1/4 of the world’s population dies. (Revelation 6) 1. The White Horse (Antichrist-false peace). 2. The Red Horse (War). 3. The Black Horse (Drought/Famine/Economic disaster). 4. The Pale Horse (Plague/Disease). 5. Martyrdom of those who refuse to worship the beast (The Tribulation saints massacre). 6. A massive earthquake reshapes the earth. 7. Silence in Heaven. 👉🏼 Seven Trumpets: 1/3 of the world’s population dies. (Revelation 8-11) 1. Hail and fire mixed with blood. 2. A great mountain cast into the sea. 3. Wormwood — a meteor that poisons a third of the drinking water. 4. A third of the sun, moon, and stars darkened (great cold and darkness) 5. First Woe (Those who accept the mark suffer under a plague of demonic locusts). 6. Second Woe (one-third of mankind killed by a demon army). 7. Third Woe (Lightning, Voices, Thunder, an Earthquake, and Great hail.) 👉🏼 Seven Vials/Bowls (Revelation 16) 1. Grievous Sores on those who take the mark of the beast. 2. The rest of the seas turn to blood. 3. Rivers and fountains turned to blood. 4. Great heat. 5. Great darkness over the earth. 6. The Euphrates River dries up. 7. A Massive earthquake and vast earth changes. 🕞During the midpoint of the tribulation, 3.5 years after the Antichrist signs the deal with Israel, he will sit in the temple, declaring himself as God and demanding to be worshipped. Israel will realize they've been deceived and seek refuge. If you're still here during this time, DO NOT ACCEPT THE MARK OF THE BEAST, it will be your doom, and you will go straight to hell! 👉🏼 The Battle of Armageddon (Revelation 19) At the conclusion of the seven years, the Beast's armies, alongside the kings from the east, assemble in the Megiddo Valley (Israel) with the intent to annihilate the remaining Jewish population. At this moment Christ will return in power and glory, accompanied by the Armies of Heaven. Together, they defeat the evil armies, securing the final victory! 👉🏼 The Judgment of the Nations (Matthew 25) Christ judges the remaining nations. This will be the end of the 6,000 years and a new era will begin for this world. 👉🏼THE MILLENIAL KINGDOM: Christ will reign on the throne of David in Israel, ruling over the earth for a thousand years. During this time, the world will be freed from the curse of sin, and it will become a peaceful place, as it was originally intended to be from the beginning! 🔥As far as our understanding goes, without salvation, all those who rejected Him will be sent to Hades (Luke 16:22–23) upon death, where they will experience an excruciating time waiting for the end of the 7-year tribulation and the 1,000-year millennial period when Jesus will rule on Earth. 💣After this, Satan who was bound will be released, and he will revolt against God again, but his rebellion will be finally defeated. At that point, the Bible tells us that he will be thrown into the lake of fire (Revelation 19: 19-20; 20:7-10). Then everyone who has died, whether they were important or not who rejected Christ and His cross, will face God at the "Great White Throne" (Revelation 20:11–15). 👉🏼Next, "the books" described in Revelation 20: 12 will be opened. These books hold records of everyone's deeds, whether good or evil. It's crucial to understand that God knows everything that has ever been said, done or even thought. Using this information, God will fairly judge each person based on their actions. 📕Another book will be opened at this moment, known as the "Book of Life" (Revelation 20: 12). This specific book plays a crucial role in deciding whether a person will receive eternal life with God or endure eternal punishment in the lake of fire. 🔥On this horrific day, all those who are not morally perfect and have rejected the free gift of salvation in Christ, His cross, will be thrown into hell, known as the lake of fire. Their fate will be sealed, and there will be NO HOPE of ever getting out! (Revelation 20:13) 👉🏼I don't share any of these terrible things with you to scare you, but to awaken you to the reality you face. The most important decision of your entire life is where you put your trust. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life! He died so you can spend eternity at His side! 👉🏼God says: 📖" ‘As I live,’ says the Lord God, ‘I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn, turn from your evil ways! For why should you die, O house of Israel?" Ezekiel 33:11 ✝️Ready or not, the world as we know it is coming to an end, and at the end of that road, we will ALL face HIS cross. At that point, our future will depend on ONE decision we make here on Earth — choosing Jesus! Jesus Christ is Lord! 🔚At the end of that road, it will not matter what your opinion of Jesus is anymore. The Bible states that "every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord." 🔊 At the cross is where it all ends for every person who has ever lived. The most important decision that you could ever make in your life is to believe in Jesus, this is where our life truly begins! 🔊TURN to HIM BEFORE YOUR FATE IS SEALED! DON'T REFUSE HIS INVITATION!! Jesus is coming for His Church to rescue us from those horrific 7 years of tribulation that the world must endure. We are at the end of the road! 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 ⚠️Believe Jesus is the Son of God, who shed His blood for you, and died on the cross for our sins, He was buried and resurrected during the third day, according to the Scriptures, so we can have eternal life with Him. The moment you believe in Him and that He died for your sins - you're saved, justified, sealed until the day of redemption, and rapture ready! The Holy Spirit will come to live inside of you - He will help you, guide you, change you, and be with you FOREVER! 📖"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God." (John 3:16-18) ︵‿︵‿︵‿︵︵‿︵‿︵‿︵︵‿︵‿︵‿ Maranatha!🤍🤍🤍

WHY YOU WAKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT Your brain has 20,000 neurons clustered in the hypothalamus. They form the suprachiasmatic nucleus. This is your master clock. It's been running since before birth. At 25, this clock kept you unconscious until morning. At 65, the same clock runs on less melatonin, weaker signals, and a rhythm that physically shifted 2-3 hours earlier. It fires a wake signal between 2-4 a.m. Four systems inside your body shifted with age. They converge at the same hour every night. The thoughts that arrive at 3 a.m. feel different from the same thoughts at 3 p.m. because your brain runs a different program in the dark. The part that would normally tell you those thoughts aren't emergencies is still asleep. THE CLOCK MOVED FORWARD The suprachiasmatic nucleus generates a near 24-hour rhythm controlling when you feel alert and when you feel sleepy. In young adults, peak sleepiness arrives around 11 p.m. Peak alertness arrives around 9-10 a.m. Blue light at 480 nanometers activates melanopsin cells in the retina. These cells send signals directly to the suprachiasmatic nucleus, synchronizing your clock to the day-night cycle. With age, the clock shifts earlier. This is circadian phase advance. The sleepiness signal arrives at 7-8 p.m. instead of 11 p.m. The wake signal arrives at 3-4 a.m. instead of 6-7 a.m. The entire sleep-wake window moves forward 2-3 hours. The suprachiasmatic nucleus itself degrades. Neurons deteriorate. The amplitude of the circadian signal weakens. Peaks become shallower. Troughs become less deep. The radio station loses transmitter power until the signal becomes fuzzy and inconsistent. The clock's sensitivity to light cues diminishes through two mechanisms. The aging lens yellows and thickens, filtering more blue light before it reaches the melanopsin cells. The suprachiasmatic neurons themselves respond less robustly to whatever signal does arrive. Weaker input through a cloudier window. Less responsive neurons processing that input. The clock drifts. When the circadian clock drifts without strong light cues, it drifts earlier. Phase advance is the default direction of an unanchored aging clock. MELATONIN COLLAPSED The pineal gland releases melatonin at night to initiate and maintain sleep. This hormone declines with age. The pineal gland calcifies gradually over decades, reducing functional tissue and capacity to produce melatonin. By 65, nighttime melatonin levels can be one-third to one-quarter of what they were at 30. Sometimes less. Melatonin doesn't just initiate sleep. It maintains depth and continuity across the full night. When melatonin is low, sleep is shallower, more fragmented, more vulnerable to interruption. Even if you fall asleep at a reasonable hour, low melatonin cannot hold you through to morning. Your body tries to put you to sleep at 8 p.m. and wake you at 3 a.m. That's a 7-hour sleep window. It might be enough sleep for your shifted clock. But you fight the 8 o'clock drowsiness. Social life, television, family, habit. You stay up until 10 or 11. The clock doesn't adjust to your social schedule. It fires the wake signal at 3 regardless. The clock runs on light and biology, not preferences. You lost 2-3 hours from the front of your sleep window by staying up late. The alarm still goes off on the original schedule. The 3 a.m. waking isn't a malfunction. It's your shifted clock doing exactly what it was programmed to do. This is social jet lag. The gap between your biological clock time and your social clock time creates the same physiological mismatch as flying across two or three time zones. Your body is in one time zone. Your social life is in another. The drowsiness you fight at 8 p.m. is your body's genuine sleep onset signal. The waking at 3 a.m. is your body's genuine wake signal. The problem isn't the signals. The problem is overriding one without being able to override the other. There's a compounding factor. The shifted clock means your body wants to sleep earlier. The reduced melatonin means it cannot hold sleep as deeply or as long. You're caught between two problems: a clock that fires the wake signal too early and a chemical supply that cannot maintain the sleep signal through the full night. Even if you went to bed at 8, the reduced melatonin might still fail to hold you past 3 or 4. The clock shifted the window. The melatonin shrank it. DEEP SLEEP DISAPPEARED Sleep cycles through stages roughly every 90 minutes. Light sleep, deeper sleep, deeper sleep, then REM. The stage that matters most for feeling rested is slow-wave sleep, stage N3, the deepest phase. Brainwaves drop to large, slow delta oscillations at 0.5-4 hertz. During slow-wave sleep, the glymphatic system activates. Cerebrospinal fluid flushes through brain tissue along channels that open when neurons shrink slightly during deep sleep. This clears metabolic waste: adenosine, the molecule that builds sleep pressure during the day, and amyloid beta proteins, the plaques associated with Alzheimer's disease. Growth hormone pulses during N3. Tissue repair peaks. Memory consolidation occurs. The hippocampus replays the day's experiences and transfers them to long-term cortical storage. This is the sleep that makes you feel like you actually slept. At 25, roughly 20% of the night is spent in slow-wave sleep. By 65, that drops to 10-15%. By 75, some people get almost none. My sleep tracker tells me that I almost never get less than 30%... and I'm 60. It is possible to have restorative deep sleep no matter what your age is. In my case even at lower sleep duration. High energy availability alsp plays a big role. The slow wave generating circuits in the medial prefrontal cortex usually deteriorate with age, producing weaker and less frequent delta oscillations. The deep sleep itself becomes shallower. The waves are smaller. The duration shorter. The restorative process is less complete. If deep sleep is the period when the brain clears amyloid beta, then reduced deep sleep means reduced clearance. Less deep sleep leads to more amyloid, which leads to less deep sleep, which leads to more amyloid. The relationship is bidirectional and self-reinforcing. If you never feel fully rested no matter how many hours you spend in bed, if 8 hours produces the recovery that 6 hours used to produce, if you wake in the morning with the sense that something was missing from the night, the missing component may be slow wave sleep. The hours were there. The depth was not. Slow-wave sleep that remains concentrates in the first half of the night, the first two to three sleep cycles. By 2-3 a.m., most of the deep sleep budget has been spent. What remains for the second half of the night is lighter stage one and stage two sleep, interspersed with REM. Light sleep has a dramatically lower arousal threshold. Stimuli that would not have registered during slow-wave sleep can push you above the waking threshold in light sleep. A slight temperature change in the room. A bathroom urge from a bladder that fills faster with age. A noise from outside. Even the natural shift in body position. You wake at 3 a.m. partly because the sleep you're in at 3 a.m. is physiologically different from the sleep you're in at midnight. The fortress walls got thinner as the night progressed. By 3 o'clock, you're sleeping behind a screen door instead of a vault. You could sleep through thunderstorms at 30. Now you wake at the sound of a refrigerator cycling on. The physics isn't about the noise. It's about the stage of sleep you're in when the noise arrives. At midnight, during slow-wave sleep, your arousal threshold is high. The brain runs delta waves that suppress responsiveness to external stimuli. At 3 a.m. in stage 1 or stage 2, the threshold has dropped to a fraction of its midnight level. The same sound that the sleeping brain would have filtered at midnight wakes you at 3 because the brain is no longer running the program that filters it. CORTISOL ARRIVED EARLY Your body runs a cortisol rhythm called the cortisol awakening response. In the final hours of sleep, the adrenal glands begin increasing cortisol output, preparing the body for waking. Mobilizing glucose into the bloodstream. Priming the immune system for the day's pathogens. Raising blood pressure and heart rate toward daytime operating levels. In a young adult, this cortisol rise begins around 4-5 a.m. and peaks roughly 30-45 minutes after waking. With age, the rise begins earlier. 2-3 a.m. in many older adults. Low-carb diets can also trigger a relatively strong cortisol release, waking you up early.. The same circadian phase advance that shifted the sleep-wake window also shifted the cortisol curve. Every rhythm the suprachiasmatic nucleus controls moves in the same direction. Cortisol alone doesn't wake you. But combined with already light sleep and a shifted circadian clock, the cortisol rise adds a third signal, pushing you toward wakefulness at precisely the hour when the other two systems have already weakened your defenses. Three systems converging on the same window. The clock says wake up. The sleep stage says the walls are thin. The cortisol says the body is preparing for morning. All three signals arrive at 3 a.m. Not by coincidence. All three are governed by the same shifted circadian master clock. If the waking comes at almost exactly the same time every night, not randomly scattered across the early morning hours but clustered within the same 30-minute window, that precision is the signature of a circadian event. Cortisol is antagonistic to melatonin. The two hormones suppress each other. Cortisol inhibits melatonin production. Melatonin suppresses cortisol. In a young person with high melatonin and correctly timed cortisol, the two hormones hand off smoothly. Melatonin dominates the night. Cortisol rises toward morning. The transition is seamless. In an aging body with depleted melatonin and early-arriving cortisol, the handoff happens too soon. When cortisol starts rising at 2-3 a.m. and melatonin is already low, the biochemical conditions for staying asleep collapse. The melatonin that should be holding you under is insufficient. The cortisol that should not be arriving for another two hours is already here. Two hormones that are supposed to hand off like relay runners, one finishing as the other begins, instead collide in the same hour because both shifted on the same aging clock. The balance tips toward waking. THE WORST THOUGHTS ARRIVE When you wake at 6-7 a.m., cortisol is high, light enters your eyes, and your prefrontal cortex comes online in its task-oriented mode. You think about what to do, what to eat, where to go. Executive function engages. The thinking is directed, practical, forward-looking. Problems that exist at 7 a.m. feel like problems to be solved. Manageable, bounded, addressable. When you wake at 3 a.m. in the dark with no tasks to perform and no light to signal daytime, a different network activates. The default mode network. The brain's self-referential processing system fires in the absence of external input and directed task. This is the rumination network. It runs replays of conversations you had years ago. It generates worry scenarios about events that may never happen. It revisits regrets from decades past with a vividness that feels more real than memory should. It rehearses confrontations that will never take place. It asks questions that have no answers at any hour, let alone at 3 a.m. At 3 a.m., the default mode network has nothing competing with it. No light. No task. No external stimulation. No social interaction. And the executive prefrontal cortex that would normally evaluate, contextualize, and override the rumination is still partially offline. The prefrontal cortex is the last brain region to fully activate upon waking. It requires light exposure and time to reach full operating capacity. This is the region that says this thought is not an emergency. This worry is not proportionate to reality. This problem can wait until morning and will look different then. At 3 a.m., that region is sleeping while the default mode network runs at full power. You're awake enough to think. But the thinking is the uncontrolled, self-referential, catastrophizing kind. The system that controls and contextualizes thought has not caught up with the system that generates it. The worry loop feels more intense at 3 a.m. than the same thoughts would feel at 3 p.m. because the brain regions that regulate emotional response and assign proportionality are not yet operational. You're running the worry software without the control software. The thoughts feel urgent and catastrophic because the part of your brain that would tell you they are neither is still asleep. The thoughts are not true in the way they feel true. They're running on hardware that cannot evaluate them yet. The 3 a.m. thoughts have a specific quality that daytime worry doesn't. A sense of certainty. Of inevitability. Of problems being larger and solutions being fewer than they actually are. The distortion isn't emotional. It's architectural. The brain regions that generate worry are online. The brain regions that evaluate worry are not. By 7 a.m., when the prefrontal cortex has fully activated and light has entered the eyes and cortisol has reached its appropriate peak, the same problems that felt catastrophic at 3 a.m. feel manageable. Nothing changed about the problems. Everything changed about which brain regions are processing them. If you've lain in the dark at 3 a.m. and felt that your problems were larger, your regrets sharper, your fears more certain than they would be by breakfast, that wasn't weakness. It wasn't anxiety disorder. It was the default mode network running without prefrontal supervision, amplified by cortisol that arrived early, in a brain that had already run through its deep sleep budget and could not pull you back under. Four systems, all doing what the physics of aging programmed them to do, all converging on the same hour. Subscribers have access to detailed practical applications of remedies in a second attached post.
