Why. Why build such a tunnel if not for war. Why does Iran hate Israel so much to spend Billions financing Terrorists in Lebanon (Hezbollah), Gaza (Hamas), the West Bank (PLO/Fatah) and Yemen (Houthi's). Time for regime change. In Iran. 400 tons seems a major exaggeration. That’s roughly half a ton per meter of tunnel. Calling BS unless there’s more to the job.
