She returned with a boyfriend 💗✨ A little mallard duckling got lost and was left all alone. A woman found him and took him home to rescue him. With the help of her neighbor Gary, they cared for the weak little duckling and raised him until he grew up. When he had grown all his feathers and strong wings, he flew for the first time — and everyone cheered with joy. The duck gradually integrated with the wild duck flock, but he still regularly returned to his rescuers’ house as if it were his “second home.” Most touching of all, the female duck later brought her boyfriend back to “introduce” him to her human family. She even returned with her own babies and showed her ducklings to the people who had saved her. 🦆💗

Last night i found a fledgling crow, they usually spend a few weeks on the ground being tended to by their parents after leaving the nest, but he was in a really dangerous spot with lots of feral cats and cars and foot traffic. After a call to a local wildlife rescue, they said i could wrap him in a towel and move him to a safer spot, so i did just that and he was so polite while i moved him to a safe raised garden bed nearby
