Never cross in front of a large parked/stopped vehicle. Unfortunately tempo not to blame completely though speed was fast.

Follow this golden rule, while crossing or in general while driving - if you are not sure / not able to see thru do not cross.

All at fault. 1. PWD -> Bus stop is supposed to be after the crossing 2. Rider -> Check before crossing 3. Bus Dr -> Check RVM warn the truck / scotty 4. Truck -> Anticipate slow down in crossing 5. Public -> Demand better / scientific infrastructure 🙏

These type of mirrors should be installed at such junctions. This will enable the riders to make a better judgement of the traffic.

Fault of the truck driver. The lady halted, looked and only then proceeded. But the lorry driver looked at the bus which halted in front, still proceeded to over take with out even thinking why the bus stopped.

The bus didn’t stop for the lady it seems like it stopped for regular stop, so the truck driver wouldn’t be expecting the lady

She is at fault for driving onto a road that fast when she was blind sided, also bus fault for overtaking the stopped bus at that high speed.

How come there was no traffic light in the intersection? Also the truck who stopped for her created a blind spot. No human is in fault here.

Surely The Lady Crossing She Should've Checked Before Crossing

Bike rider. Driving thumb-rules. never cross a blind spot. 🤷🏾♂️ always with a clear and through line of sight
