Both are equally the culprits. The car should have applied indicators before turning which was so incorrect on the other hand The auto should have applied brakes to stop instead of trying to just rush through.

Faulter is both. Wagon R owner is at high speed although he turn the indicator but didn't check the right mirror before turning right. But auto driver is also at high speed and ignored the blinking indicator.

Not just mirrors, you should have the basic decency to signal your turn using the right or left signal light. Most morons on the road drive without any semblance of social responsibility.
