This is why every civilized country has centralized systems to handle these things cz once u leave it like this for illiterates to calculate it there will be problems and violence. This altercation is unnecessary.

Sometimes it’s not the coins added that we can’t pay oo. The fact that they think they’re wise and we are not is irritating. Like bro just charge 8% and bounce. Why try to exploit us? Hmm

Whenever there's a reduction in fuel, these guys finds it very difficult to reduce fares, they get angry and lose interest in the job. But Whenever there's an increase, they're always quick to do it. I've noticed this trend paaaaaa

Some Ghanaians can be too lawless, always doing as they please and taking advantage of everything. I live in Trasacco, where the fare used to be 4 cedis. Drivers started forcing 5 cedis, and now that theirs increment, they are taking 6 cedis. @GhPoliceService

We have to collectively defend people who try to stop drivers from overcharging the far. If you find anybody in this situation lend your voice and support them. Report the car to the nearest police station. Thats how we can win and make this nation better.

The drivers on that ridge(Adukrom,Akropong,Larteh,Mamfe,Mampong....) increased their fares before it was officially sanctioned.I thought they wouldn't increase it again only for them to do so with the new directives..in about 3 months the fares have been increased twice

@Nii_Ayitey__ Those who stay on the Adenta-Dodowa dey suffer pass. You pick a car from Madina and you’ll pay Dodowa fare no matter where you’ll alight.

@TettehPernor So why can’t the govt just procure big buses, allocate a min number based on the number of ppl who move from one location to another. Eg, 5 from Kasoa to Accra, 5 from Adenta to Accra, 5 from Tema to Accra, 5 from Pokuase to Accra. Buy your metro card and you’re good to go.
