I don’t care whether my car is powered by gas, electricity or pixie dust. I just care that my car can drive itself. FSD is the greatest technological leap in personal transportation since the invention of the wheel.

yep, it actually does it, I was having heart attack symptoms, and I literally told Grok, drive me to the nearest hospital with emergency services. It took me right to the emergency room. This was about three months ago. Amazing that the car was able to take me straight to the emergency room!

I just got an email about this. And it’s really amazing. There are a lot of different ways that FSD can help in case of a problem or emergency. However, since the car is not autonomous, you’re still supposed to be a word in watching it and I wouldn’t want anybody to think that Tesla is being irresponsible in any way by promoting these type of things. I’m sure there will be a time, and reality is not the same as legality. It is great that Tesla can help people in times of emergencies because real emergencies do happen regardless of what the rules are.

Great story and I'm glad the car found the hospital better than it found my lunch spot today. If and when Tesla fixes naviagation, FSD will be near perfect.

What do you mean remotely rerouted? I cannot send a destination to my own Tesla remote I have to be next to or in the vehicle. So please elaborate on exactly how this happened or I have to call bs?

If implemented secure enough, in-vehicle AI could eventually be used to detect issues like this and take care of it itself without outside interaction.

This is wonderful, but tbh I’m curious why the car didn’t detect the driver wasn’t paying attention and then decided to pull over whenever it can, which is basically what FSD will do to us when we pretend to be unconscious since v14. Is there a specific rule saying, like, when detected driver being unconscious and routing to hospital, then don’t pull over immediately? Or is it because it is too dark so attention monitoring simply does not work effectively?

Too bad FSD supervised would pull over if you actually passed out. This is another great reason to release the unsupervised update for Tesla FSD owners/subscribers. I’m tired of the nagging. The driving is so damn good it’s boring as hell just sitting there. Please for the love of human life, give us unsupervised!!!!! We know it’s ready!!!!!
