A Kansas City woman was denied medical care while suffering back-to-back seizures after her husband filed a complaint against Overland Park Regional Hospital One week agoa man named Quae filed a complaint on behalf of his wife, Nisha, at the hospital due to her experiencing seizures. Hours after her discharge, she was found blocks away in a puddle of water on the side of the road, having another seizure.
