A Next.js feature I think more devs should know about: 𝚝𝚢𝚙𝚎𝚍𝚁𝚘𝚞𝚝𝚎𝚜: 𝚝𝚛𝚞𝚎 PageProps auto-types your params and searchParams. Route<T> catches broken links at build time.

Been using a similar pattern for a long time in the Next.js, but now with the app router we can also add a loader function that's executed in a server component. (Thanks Ryan Florence for the inspiration) ✅ Infer/validate params/searchParams from Zod schema. ✅ Infer data

I was always curious about what visitors do on my site before purchasing. So I added a new feature to DataFast called Journey 🧙🗺️ 1. Create a <goal> 🎯 2. View the journey to <goal> (pageviews, clicks, etc.) 👀 3. Discover patterns and insights 💡 What should I build next?

View Transitions just got simpler with Next.js 16.2. <𝙻𝚒𝚗𝚔> now has a 𝚝𝚛𝚊𝚗𝚜𝚒𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚃𝚢𝚙𝚎𝚜 prop. Tag your navigation with a type, and <𝚅𝚒𝚎𝚠𝚃𝚛𝚊𝚗𝚜𝚒𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗> picks the right animation.

I don't know a ton about Rust, but I was able to build a sentient Machine God that can hear your actual voice and respond to you in real-time. I think it's pretty neat!

This feature allows you to bring your content to life by adding a soundtrack to your photo post on Feed. We’re testing this feature with carousel posts now - more to come soon. Any other gems you think I should cover? Let me know 👇🏼

New in TanStack Router: more control over dynamic route params. Use params.parse to accept or skip a candidate, with priority for overlapping dynamic params.

I built a Next.js boilerplate to sell access to private GitHub repos using Gumroad in less than an hour with Cursor and v0 (and I don't know Next.js... AT ALL!)

Teaching my students how to remove and install a toilet—basic skills every man should know. More than plumbing, it’s about showing them trades that pay and paths that build character. This is how you keep kids out of the streets and rebuild America one skill at a time. 🇺🇸
