Kindly assist: A few days ago, I was involved in a hit-and-run accident caused by the driver of a white Toyota Hilux GD6 Double Cab, registration number AFS 3613, along Alpes Road opposite Pomona Barracks, just before 8am (Harare). The vehicle moved into oncoming traffic and drove directly into my lane. As it approached, the driver attempted to force his way between my vehicle and an oncoming truck while still in my lane. In the process, the Hilux sideswiped my car before the driver sped off without stopping. Fortunately, my vehicle is fitted with a dashcam, and the entire incident was clearly captured on video, including the vehicle and registration plates. My vehicle sustained scratches, and the rear wheel was also hit, resulting in a severe alignment issue. I am appealing for assistance in identifying and locating the driver responsible for the damage. The matter has already been reported to the police. .GREATER CHENNAI POLICE -GCP Got hit by a lorry (TN 18 BH 9331) from the back on the Vandalur-Walajabad Highway at around 6:03 am. The lorry driver didn’t care one bit and turned out to be even more menacing afterwards. With a car full of senior citizens, I didn’t want to stop the car in the middle of the road and create a ruckus, but I hope you will do something about it. Sharing dashcam video to help you get a sense of the impact (you can’t see it since we got hit on the right rear), the vehicle number, and the damage to my car. Please let me know if you need any other info in this regard. Glad I was in a Volkswagen. Had this been a Maruti Suzuki, the car would have turned for sure and the damage to the passengers would have been worse.

During the journey, near Trimbakeshwar, Nashik, an Ertiga car hit me from behind. After the collision, the Ertiga driver started blaming me, saying that I was riding at high speed, that I had a racing bike, and that I suddenly stopped my bike. The Nashik-Trimbakeshwar highway is a four-lane road with speed breakers placed at village intersections. However, I had slowed down my bike at a speed breaker, and I was not speeding, as you can see in the video. Right after the accident, some people passing by helped me and made me sit aside. Then, locals from Trimbakeshwar arrived and started blaming me, saying that since I had a racing bike, it must have been my fault. They didn’t know anything about the situation but directly accused me. If the car driver didn’t have a dashcam, they would have entirely blamed me and framed me for the accident. I immediately took out my phone and started recording a video. If I hadn’t done that, the villagers would have beaten me badly. As a responsible biker, I was wearing a helmet, gloves, and shoes, which helped reduce my injuries. However, I still got injured, and I am sending you photos of my injuries. My neck and back are also in pain because the car ran over me completely. For my safety, I immediately called the Trimbakeshwar police station. The police arrived quickly and managed the situation very well. I also went to the police station, and the officers there handled the case very efficiently.
