A is actually the proper way. The sauce has been "married" to the pasta.

I grew up on A, but I switched to B once I was forced to cook my own😝

OMG this comes up everytime I make it, I am A all the way! Hate the thought of waste. Mix it together is more flavorable then slapping it on top.

I’m going with B. I can control the level of sauce. A will be dry AF after a few minutes and you’re gonna wish you had B. But do you, boo. P.S. ain’t jackshit wrong with a side salad. Imma use some country club croutons and toppings too 😅😅😅😅😅

My Italian mother made spaghetti the A way mixed and SERVED in a large metal pot that was dented in several places. Best spaghetti ever!

Neither not enough meat, mushrooms, sweet peppers, or cheese in either one.

I don't want a spaghetti "kit". Gimme the "Damn, who ate the last of the spaghetti" spaghetti.

B. is the only correct answer. You can turn B. into the A. option if that's what you like. Choosing A gets you mushy or dried-out pasta. Things our parents did out of necessity aren't always the way. Let's step the meals up.
