There’s a difference between the theory of gravity which is derived from the theory of relativity and the law of gravitation which describes gravitation as a constant in mathematical form. Gravity in the form of spacetime warping is a theory, this is why GR is titled ”The Theory Of Relativity” and not, “The Fact Of Relativity”. This takes nothing nothing more then a simple google search to figure out, just google it.
