The NHS staff confirmed she was very poorly thanks I believe to the lack of care in the home clearly not been eating or drinking fluids and has an infection. I'll be making a written complaint please don't leave your family members in the hands of these for profit care homes. Then consulting a lawyer time to make those responsible to pay.
